Wavelet Analysis and Nonparametric Test for Climate Change in Tarim River Basin of Xinjiang During 1959-2006显示文摘Using wavelet analysis, regression analysis and the Mann-Kendall test, this paper analyzed time-series(1959-2006) weather data from 23 meteorological stations in an attempt to characterize the climate change in the Tarim River Basin of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China.Major findings are as follows:1) In the 48-year study period, average annual temperature, annual precipitation and average annual relative humidity all presented nonlinear trends.2) At the 16-year time scale, all three climate indices unanimously showed a rather flat before 1964 and a detectable pickup thereafter. At the 8-year time scale,an S-shaped nonlinear and uprising trend was revealed with slight fluctuations in the entire process for all three indices.Incidentally, they all showed similar pattern of a slight increase before 1980 and a noticeable up-swing afterwards. The 4-year time scale provided a highly fluctuating pattern of periodical oscillations and spiral increases.3) Average annual relative humidity presented a negative correlation with average annual temperature and a positive correlation with annual precipitation at each time scale, which revealed a close dynamic relationship among them at the confidence level of 0.001.4) The Mann-Kendall test at the 0.05 confidence level demonstrated that the climate warming trend,as represented by the rising average annual temperature, was remarkable, but the climate wetting trend,as indicated by the rising annual precipitation and average annual relative humidity, was not obvious.XU Jianhua CHEN Yaning LI Weihong JI Minhe DONG Shan HONG Yulian 2009Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,4:14
Identification, bioinformatic analysis and expression profiling of candidate mRNA-like non-coding RNAs in Sus scrofa显示文摘Messenger RNA-like non-coding RNAs(mlncRNAs) are a newly identified group of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs) that may be in-volved in a number of critical cellular events. In this study,93 candidate porcine mlncRNAs were obtained by computational prediction and screening, among which 72 were mapped to the porcine genome.Further analysis of 8 representative candidates revealed that these mlncRNA candidates are not highly conserved among species.Remarkably, one of the candidates,sTF35495,was found to be precursor of a putative porcine microRNA.By RACE PCR,we determined that the full length of sTF35495 was 3 kb.The protein-coding potential of this RNA was tested in silico with no significant finding.Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of the subgroup of 8 candidates revealed two distinct expression profiles and two molecules were further validated by real-time PCR.The predicted pre-microRNA sequence in this study provides a potentially interesting insight into the in vivo function of porcine mlncRNAs and our findings suggest that they play key biological roles in Sus scrofa.Bang Xiao Xingju Zhang Yong Li Zhonglin Tang Shulin Yang Yulian Mu Wentao Cui Hong Ao Kui Li 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,12:7

Spatial-temporal variations of vegetation cover in Yellow River Basin of China during 1998-2008显示文摘Using an integrated method combining wavelet analysis and non-parameter Mann-Kendall test, this paper analyzed spatial-temporal variations of vegetation cover in the Yellow River Basin based on SPOT-VEG images from 1998 to 2008.The results indicate:(1) Vegetation cover presented marked seasonal variation during the study period, with minima around winter and maxima in summer. The detail component D5(with semi-period of 240 days) has presented a major contribution to the intra-annual variability.Forest vegetation presents a marked decreasing trend, while alpine shrubs, meadow, typical steppe, desert steppe, and forest(meadow) steppe vegetation all show a marked increasing trend.(2) Mean vegetation amount increased from the upper to lower reaches of the basin. It is low in the Ordos Plateau and Loess Plateau, and high in the southern Loess Plateau and the lower reaches.Amplitude of the annual phenological cycle presents an opposite pattern in spatial distribution with that of the mean vegetation amount.(3) Vegetation cover presented a dominant positive inter-annual change trend, which implies that the eco-environment in the region has steadily improved.Only a few areas show a negative trend, which are located in the upper reaches and the southern Loess Plateau.Qin Nie JianHua Xu Zhuo Li YuLian Hong 2012Research in Cold and Arid Regions2012,4,3:1
A quantitative assessment on groundwater salinization in the Tarim River lower reaches,Northwest China显示文摘Based on monitored data from 840 samples,we assessed the spatial and temporal variability of groundwater salinization in the Tarim River lower reaches combining classical statistics and geostatistics. Results show that total dissolved solids(TDS)is significantly correlated with other related ions, such as Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cl and K+.TDS and underground water level have characteristics of spatial autocorrelation, both of which present the isotropic characteristic and conform to the spherical model in each year from 2001–2009.TDS is basically greater than 1 g/L but less than 2 g/L in the Tarim River lower reaches, which indicates that salt stagnation pollution is more serious. The most serious salinization(3 g/LJianHua Xu WeiHong Li YuLian Hong ChunMeng Wei Jie Tang 2014Research in Cold and Arid Regions2014,6,1:1

Review on Metallization Approaches for High-Efficiency Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells显示文摘Crystalline silicon(c-Si)heterojunction(HJT)solar cells are one of the promising technologies for next-generation industrial high-efficiency silicon solar cells, and many efforts in transferring this technology to high-volume manufacturing in the photovoltaic(PV)industry are currently ongoing.Metallization is of vital importance to the PV performance and long-term reliability of HJT solar cells. In this review,we summarize the development status of metallization approaches for highefficiency HJT solar cells. For conventional screen printing technology,to avoid the degradation of the passivation properties of the amorphous silicon layer,a low-temperature-cured(<250℃)paste and process are needed. This process,in turn, leads to high line/contact resistances and high paste costs. To improve the conductivity of electrodes and reduce the metallization cost,multi-busbar,fine-line printing, and low-temperature-cured silver-coated copper pastes have been developed. In addition, several potential metallization technologies for HJT solar cells, such as the Smart Wire Contacting Technology, pattern transfer printing,inkjet/FlexTrailprinting,and copper electroplating, are discussed in detail.B ased on the summary, the potential and challenges of these metallization technologies for HJT solar cells are analyzed.Yulian Zeng Chen-Wei Peng Wei Hong Shan Wang Cao Yu Shuai Zou Xiaodong Su 2022Transactions of Tianjin University2022,28,5:0
