1Effect of Heat Treatment on the Microwave Electromagnetic Properties of Carbonyl Iron/Epoxy-Silicone Resin Coatings显示文摘Microwave absorbing properties of the carbonyl iron particles filled epoxy-silicone resin coatings showed visible degression when the coatings were heat treated at 300 ℃ with different time.The complex permittivity and permeability of the coatings before and after heat treatment were measured.After heat treatment at 300 ℃,the real part of permittivity of the coatings increased with increasing treatment time and showed frequency dependence dielectric response.The complex permeability showed remarkable variation while the resonance frequency of the coatings heat treated at 300 ℃ shifted from 7 to 12 GHz.The electromagnetic results indicated that microwave absorbing properties of the coatings showed more dependent on the complex permeability.The results showed that the difference of the electromagnetic and microwave absorbing properties before and after heat treatment was mainly attributed to the crystalline state transition of carbonyl iron particles.Yuchang Qing,Wancheng Zhou,Shu Jia,Fa Luo and Dongmei Zhu State Key Laboratory of Solidification Processing,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi an 710072,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,11:6

8Simultaneously tuning structural defects and crystal phase in accordion-like Ti_(x)O_(2x−1)derived from Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene for enhanced electromagnetic attenuation显示文摘Single Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene(MTO)materials are not suitable for electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption due to their high conductivity and impedance mismatch.To address this issue,we ingeniously took advantage of easily oxidized characteristics of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene to establish structural defects and multiphase engineering in accordion-like TixO_(2x−1)derived from Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene by a high-temperature hydrogen reduction process for the first time.Phase evolution sequences are revealed to be Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/anatase TiO_(2)→Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/rutile TiO_(2)→TixO_(2x−1)(1≤x≤4)during a hydrogen reduction reaction.Benefiting from conductance loss caused by hole motion under the action of an external electric field and heterointerfaces caused by interfacial polarization,the impedance match and EM attenuation capability of accordion-like TixO_(2x−1)absorbers derived from Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene are superior to that of pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/TiO_(2)materials.Additionally,simulated whole radar cross section(RCS)plots in different incident angular of the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene/rutile TiO_(2)product are lower than−20 dBm^(2),and the minimum RCS value can reach−43 dBm^(2),implying a great potential for practical applications in the EM wave absorption.Moreover,the relationship among charges,defects,interfaces,and EM performances in the accordion-like TixO_(2x−1)materials is systematically clarified by the energy band theory,which is suitable for the research of other MXene-derived semiconductor absorbing composites.Yang Li Yuchang Qing Yuerui Zhang Hailong Xu 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,10:0
9Co-Ni Electromagnetic Coupling in Hollow Mo_(2)C/NC Sphere for Enhancing Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Performance显示文摘For enhancing the electromagnetic wave(EW)attenuation and adsorption,rational constructing and homogeneously distributing bimetallic electromagnetic coupling units in hollow structure is an effective way,but hard to achieve.Herein,a CoNi-doped hybrid zeolite imidazole framework was synthesized as precursor,which was further converted into a hollow CoNi-bimetallic doped molyb-denum carbide sphere(H-CoNi@MoC/NC)through a two-step etching and calcination strategy.At the loading amount of 15 wt%,a strong absorption of minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of-60.05 dB at 7.2 GHz with the thickness of 3.1 mm and a wide effective ad-sorption bandwidth(EAB)of 3.52 GHz at the thickness of 2.5 mm were achieved,which was far beyond the reported MoC-based metallic hybrids.The crucial synergistic Co-Ni electromagnetic coupling effect in the composite was characterized,not only enhanc-ing the dipolar/interfacial polarization,but also promoting the impedance matching,displaying the optimized EW absorbing perfor-mance.Xiufang Yang Wenming Gao Jiamin Chen Xing Lu Dong Yang Yifan Kang Qi Liu Yuchang Qing Wenhuan Huang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,1:0
10Dielectric Properties of SiC_f/PyC/SiC Composites After Oxidation显示文摘In this paper,the SiC fiber-reinforced SiC matrix composites with a 0.15μm thick pyrocarbon interphase(noted as SiC/PyC/SiC) were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI).The SiCf/PyC/SiC were oxidized in air at950 'C for 50 h.The dielectric properties after this high temperature oxidation were investigated in X-band from room temperature(RT) to 700℃.Results suggested that:ε′ of the SiC_f/PyC/SiC after oxidation increased at first then decreased with temperature elevating;ε″ increased with temperature raising in the temperature range studied.SONG Huihui ZHOU Wancheng LUO Fa QING Yuchang CHEN Malin LI Zhimin 2016Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society2016,,2:0
