2Stereotactic aspiration for hypertensive intracerebral haemorrhage in a Chinese population:a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Objective We aimed to compare the therapeutic effects of stereotactic aspiration and best medical management in patients who developed supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral haemorrhage(HICH)with a volume of haemorrhage between 20 and 40 mL.Methods The clinical data of 220 patients with supratentorial HICH with a volume between 20 and 40 mL were retrospectively analysed.Among them,142 received stereotactic aspiration surgery(stereotactic aspiration group)and 78 received best medical management(conservative group).All were followed up for 6 months.Multivariate logistic regression and Kaplan-Meier survival curves were used to compare the outcome between the two groups.results The rebleeding rate was lower in the group that had stereotactic aspiration when compared with the group with medical treatment(6[4.2%]vs 9[11.5%],χ2=4.364,p=0.037).After 6 months,although the mortality rate did not differ significantly between the two groups(8 cases[5.6%]vs 10 cases[12.8%],χ2=3.461,p=0.063),the rate of a favourable outcome was higher in the group who received stereotactic aspiration(χ2=15.870,p=0.000).Logistic regression identified that medical treatment(OR=1.64,p=0.000)was an independent risk factor for an unfavourable outcome.The Kaplan-Meier curves indicated that the median favourable outcome time in the stereotactic aspiration group was 59.5 days compared with that in the medically treated group(87.0 days).The log-rank test indicated that the prognosis at 6 months was better for those treated with stereotactic haematoma aspiration(χ2=29.866,p=0.000).However,the 6-month survival rate was similar between the two groups(χ2=3.253,p=0.068).Conclusions Stereotactic haematoma aspiration significantly improved the quality of life,although did not effectively reduce the rate of mortality.When selected appropriately,patients with HICH may benefit from this type of surgical intervention.Xuyang Zhang Shaolong Zhou Qiang Zhang Xudong Fu Yuehui Wu Jiasheng Liu Bo Liang Zhuo Yang Xinjun Wang 2019Stroke & Vascular Neurology2019,4,1:19
3Effects of cryogenic treatment on the thermal physical properties of Cu_(76.12) Al_(23.88) alloy显示文摘The thermal diffusion coefficient,heat capacity,thermal conductivity,and thermal expansion coefficient of Cu76.12Al23.88 alloy before and after cryogenic treatment in the heating temperature range of 25°C to 600°C were measured by thermal constant tester and thermal expansion instrument.The effects of cryogenic treatment on the thermal physical properties of Cu76.12Al23.88 alloy were investigated by comparing the variation of the thermal parameters before and after cryogenic treatment.The results show that the variation trend of the thermal diffusion coefficient,heat capacity,thermal conductivity,and thermal expansion coefficient of Cu76.12Al23.88 alloy after cryogenic treatment was the same as before.The cryogenic treatment can increase the thermal diffusion coefficient,thermal conductivity,and thermal expansion coefficient of Cu76.12Al23.88 alloy and decrease its heat capacity.The maximum difference in the thermal diffusion coefficient between the before and after cryogenic treatment appeared at 400°C.Similarly,thermal conductivity was observed at 200°C.WANG Ping LU Wei WANG Yuehui LIU Jianhua ZHANG Ruijun 2011Rare Metals2011,30,6:13
4Optimal proportion of wind and PV capacity in provincial power systems based on bilevel optimization algorithm under low-carbon economy显示文摘In order to boost contributions of power systems to a low-carbon economy,the installed capacity of renewable power generation,such as wind and photovoltaic(PV)power generation should be well planned.A bilevel formulation is presented to optimize the proportion of wind and PV capacity in provincial power systems,in which,carbon emissions of generator units and features of renewable resources are taken into account.In the lowerlevel formulation,a time-sequence production simulation(TSPS)model that is suitable for actual power system has been adopted.In order to maximize benefits of energy conservation and emissions reduction resulting from renewable power generation,the commercial software called General Algebraic Modeling System(GAMS)is employed to optimize the annual operation of the power system.In the upper-level formulation,the optimal pattern search(OPS)algorithm is utilized to optimize the proportion of wind and PV capacity.The objective of the upper-level formulation is to maximize benefits of energy conservation and carbon emissions reductions optimized in the lowerlevel problem.Simulation results in practical provincial power systems validate the proposed model and corresponding solving algorithms.The optimization results can provide support to policy makers to make the polices related to renewable energy.Yue YUAN Yang CAO Xinsong ZHANG Chun LIU Yuehui HUANG Peng LI Kejun QIAN 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,1:11
5Optimal reactive power dispatch of wind power plant cluster considering static voltage stability for low-carbon power system显示文摘The implementation of developing the wind power is an important way to achieve the low-carbon power system.However,the voltage stability issues caused by the random fluctuations of active power output and the irrational regulations of reactive power compensation equipment have become the prominent problems of the regions where large-scale wind power integrated.In view of these problems,this paper proposed an optimal reactive power dispatch(ORPD)strategy of wind power plants cluster(WPPC)considering static voltage stability for lowcarbon power system.The control model of the ORPD strategy was built according to the wind power prediction,the present operation information and the historical operation information.By utilizing the automatic voltage control capability of wind power plants and central substations,the ORPD strategy can achieve differentiated management between the discrete devices and the dynamic devices of the WPPC.Simulation results of an actual WPPC in North China show that the ORPD strategy can improve the voltage control performance of the pilot nodes and coordinate the operation between discrete devices and the dynamic devices,thus maintaining the static voltage stability as well.Shuo YANG Weisheng WANG Chun LIU Yuehui HUANG 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,1:9
6Differentiation potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in duck显示文摘The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are multipotent stem cells which can differentiate into mesenchymal cells in vitro.In this study,MSCs in duck were isolated from bone marrow by density gradient centrifuge separation,purified and expanded in the me-dium.The primary MSCs were expanded for 11 passages.The different-passage MSCs were induced to differentiate into osteoblasts and neuron-like cells.Karyotype analysis indicated that MSCs kept diploid condition and the hereditary feature was stable.The different-passage MSCs expressed CD44,ICAM-1 and SSEA-4,but not CD34,CD45 and SSEA-1 when detected by immunofluorescence staining.There was no significant difference among the positive rates of passages 2,6 and 8(P > 0.05),but a significant difference existed among those of passages 2,6,8 and 11(P < 0.05).After the osteogenic inducement was added,the induced different-passage MSCs expressed high-level alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and are positive for tetracycline staining,Alizarin Red staining and Von Kossa staining.After the neural inducement was added,about 70% cells exhibited typical neuron-like phenotype,the induced different-passage MSCs expressed Nestin,neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) when detected by immunofluorescence staining.There was no significant difference among the positive rates of passages 3,4 and 6(P>0.05),but a significant difference existed among those of passages 3,4,6 and 8(P<0.05).These results suggest that MSCs in duck were capable of differentiating into osteoblasts and neuron-like cells in vitro.Linfeng Li Xiujuan Bai Xuelian Gong Hongkun Liu Lina Chen Weijun Guan Yuehui Ma 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,3:8

11Improving Densification and Mechanical Properties of FeAl/TiC Composites by Addition of Ni显示文摘FeAl/TiC composites were fabricated by hot pressing blended elemental powders. The effects of Ni-doping on thedensification and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. Results show that the density of the com-posites decreases with the content of TiC increasing, and the addition of Ni significantly improves the densificationprocess by enhancing mass transfer in the bonding phase. The mechanical properties of the composites are closelyrelated with their porosity. 12Processing TiAl-Based Alloy by Elemental Powder Metallurgy显示文摘TiAl-based alloys with various compositions (including Ti-48Al, Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb, Ti-47Al-2Cr- 2Nb-0.2B and Ti-47Al-3Cr, in mole fraction) had been prepared by elemental powder metallurgy (EPM). The results have shown that the density of the prepared Ti-48Al alloy increases with increasing hot pressing temperature up to 1300℃. The Ti-48Al alloy microstructure mainly consisted of island-like Ti3Al phase and TiAl matrix at hot pressing temperature below 1300℃, however, coarse a2/r lamellar colonies and r grains appeared at 1400℃. It has also indicated that the additions of elemental Cr and B can refine the alloy microstructure. The main microstructural inhomogeneity in EPM TiAl-based alloys was the island-like a2 phase or the aggregate of a2/r lamellar colony, and such island-like structure will be inherited during subsequent heat treatment in (a+r) field. Only after heat treatment in a field would this structure be eliminated. The mechanical properties of EPM TiAl-based alloys with various compositions were tested, and the effect of alloy elements on the mechanical properties was closely related to that of alloy elements on the alloy microstructures. Based on the above results, TiAl-based alloy exhaust valves were fabricated by elemental powder metallurgy and diffusion joining. 13Rapid, automated, and reliable antimicrobial susceptibility test from positive blood culture by CAST‐R显示文摘Antimicrobial susceptibility tests(ASTs)are pivotal in combating multidrug resistant pathogens,yet they can be time‐consuming,labor‐intensive,and unstable.Using the AST of tigecycline for sepsis as the main model,here we establish an automated system of Clinical Antimicrobials Susceptibility Test Ramanometry(CAST‐R),based on D2O‐probed Raman microspectroscopy.Featuring a liquid robot for sample pretreatment and a machine learning‐based control scheme for data acquisition and quality control,the 3‐h,automated CAST‐R process accelerates AST by>10‐fold,processes 96 paralleled antibiotic‐exposure reactions,and produces high‐quality Raman spectra.The Expedited Minimal Inhibitory Concentration via Metabolic Activity is proposed as a quantitative and broadly applicable parameter for metabolism‐based AST,which shows 99%essential agreement and 93%categorical agreement with the broth microdilution method(BMD)when tested on 100 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates.Further tests on 26 clinically positive blood samples for eight antimicrobials,including tigecycline,meropenem,ceftazidime,ampicillin/sulbactam,oxacillin,clindamycin,vancomycin,and levofloxacin reveal 93%categorical agreement with BMD‐based results.The automation,speed,reliability,and general applicability of CAST‐R suggest its potential utility for guiding the clinical administration of antimicrobials.Pengfei Zhu Lihui Ren Ying Zhu Jing Dai Huijie Liu Yuli Mao Yuandong Li Yuehui He Xiaoshan Zheng Rongze Chen Xiaoting Fu Lili Zhang Lijun Sun Yuanqi Zhu Yuetong Ji Bo Ma Yingchun Xu Jian Xu Qiwen Yang 2022mLife2022,1,3:3
14Molecular basis of CONSTANS oligomerization in FLOWERING LOCUS T activation显示文摘The transcription factor CONSTANS(CO)integrates day-length information to induce the expression of florigen FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)in Arabidopsis.We recently reported that the C-terminal CCT domain of CO forms a complex with NUCLEAR FACTOR-YB/YC to recognize multiple cis-elements in the FT promoter,and the N-terminal tandem B-box domains form a homomultimeric assembly.However,the mechanism and biological function of CO multimerization remained unclear.Here,we report that CO takes on a head-to-tail oligomeric configuration via its B-boxes to mediate FT activation in long days.The crystal structure of B-boxesCOreveals a closely connected tandem B-box fold forming a continuous head-to-tail assembly through unique CDHH zinc fingers.Mutating the key residues involved in CO oligomerization resulted in a non-functional CO,as evidenced by the inability to rescue co mutants.By contrast,a transgene encoding a human p53-derived tetrameric peptide in place of the B-boxesCOrescued co mutant,emphasizing the essential role of BboxesCO-mediated oligomerization.Furthermore,we found that the four TGTG-bearing cis-elements in FT proximal promoter are required for FT activation in long days.Our results suggest that CO forms a multimer to bind to the four TGTG motifs in the FT promoter to mediate FT activation.Xiaolin Zeng Xinchen Lv Rui Liu Hang He Shiqi Liang Lixian Chen Fan Zhang Liu Chen Yuehui He Jiamu Du 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3:2

16Grain Refiner for TiAl Intermetallic Compounds显示文摘The effect of BN addition on the grain size and rnechanical properties of Ti-34.1 wt-%Al alloy was investigated. 18LncRNA H19 inhibits oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells by regulating miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis显示文摘Oxidative stress is one of the important mechanisms of inner ear cell damage,which can lead to age-related hearing loss(ARHL).LncRNA H19 is significantly downregulated in the cochlea of old mouse,however,the role of H19 in the development of ARHL remains unclear.In this study,we aim to investigate the expression and function of H19 in oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells induced by H_(2)O_(2).RT-qPCR and western blot analysis confirms that HEI-OC1 cells stimulated with H_(2)O_(2) decreases the expressions of H19 and SIRT1,but increases the expression of miR-653-5p.Overexpression of H19 could increase cell viability,ATP level and mitochondrial membrane potential,but reduce mitochondrial ROS generation and cell apoptosis ratio in H2O2-stimulated HEI-OC1 cells.MiR-653-5p is a target of H19,which can bind to the 3'-UTR of SIRT1.H19 is found to regulate the expression of SIRT1 through miR-653-5p.Further experiments demonstrates that H19 regulates HEI-OC1 cell viability,ATP level,mitochondrial membrane potential,mitochondrial ROS generation,and cell apoptosis ratio via the miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis.In conclusion,lncRNA H19 inhibits oxidative stress injury of cochlear hair cells via the miR-653-5p/SIRT1 axis.Wen Xie Ting Shu Haisen Peng Jiali Liu Chunhua Li Meiqun Wang Ping Wu Yuehui Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,3:2
19Whole-genome sequencing reveals selection signals among Chinese,Pakistani,and Nepalese goats显示文摘The goat(Capra hircus)is one of the oldest domesticated animal species,with archeological evidence indicating that its earliest domestication from the wild ancestor(bezoar)occurred in the Fertile Crescent 10,000 calibrated calendar years ago(Zeder and Hesse,2000).A variety of well-adapted goat breeds with excellent economic traits have been selected artificially and naturally for human needs in China,Pakistan,and Nepal.For example,cashmere goat breeds produce fine cashmere wool and are mainly distributed on the Himalayan Plateau(e.g.,Nepal and Tibet)and in cold northern China(e.g.,Inner Mongolia and Liaoning).The Toggenburg dairy goat is the most productive breed of dairy goat and is distributed in at least 50 countries on all continents(Ferro et al.,2017).Pakistani ewes are reared mostly for meat and wool purposes,but some are used as dairy goats,such as the Bugi Toori goat and Pateri goat(Bilal et al.,2018).Additionally,indigenous goats of the southern Asian regions are well adapted to the local hot environment.Their unique traits and biodiversity serve as genetic resources that can be used for the artificial breeding of goats.Recently,several studies have provided patterns of genome-wide characteristics in goat populations to explore the underlying genetic basis of trait formation and environmental adaptability in China(Zhang et al.,2018),Pakistan(Kumar et al.,2018),and Nepal(Sasazaki et al.,2021),respectively.However,due to the proximity of these geographic regions,the profiles of genetic differences,gene flow,and common genes related to high trait performance between goat populations from China,Pakistan,and Nepal remain unclear.Yefang Li Ying Gong Zhengkai Zhang Ling Li Xuexue Liu Xiaohong He Qianjun Zhao Yabin Pu Yuehui Ma Lin Jiang 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,5:2
