A Remote Sensing-based Analysis on the Impact of Wenchuan Earthquake on the Core Value of World Nature Heritage Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuary显示文摘In this study,we used remotely sensed data,GIS modeling, and statistical methods to evaluate the damage caused by the Wenchuan Earthquake (May 12,2008) to the giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) habitat in the World Nature Heritage Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuary (WHSGPS) in China.A landscape ecological analysis found increases of landscape heterogeneity, complexity, and fragmentation in the giant panda habitat after the earthquake.A terrain analysis found that slope and elevation are directly associated with the distribution of the damaged areas. As slope and elevation increase, the size of the damaged area keeps increase until to a peak, and then starts to drop. The total area of the damaged vegetation in our study area is 114.26 km 2,accounting for 3.78% of the study area;30.46% of that 114.26 km 2 is located in the Core Zone of WHSGPS.There are 18.57km 2 of the damaged vegetation located in the identified suitable giant panda habitat, accounting for 1.75% of the total area of suitable giant panda habitats in the study area.Based on these findings,we conclude that the Wenchuan Earthquake does not have significant impact on the WHSGPS as a whole.YU Hu ZHAO Yongtao MA Yuewei SUN Yulian ZHANG Hu YANG Shihong LUO Yong 2011Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,3:8
Damping Collaborative Optimization of Five-suspensions for Driver-seat-cab Coupled System显示文摘Both the seat and cab system of truck play a vital role in ride comfort. The damping matching methods of the two systems are studied separately at present. However, the driver, seat, and cab system are one inseparable whole. In order to further improve ride comfort, the seat suspension is regarded as the fifth suspension of the cab,a new idea of 'Five-suspensions' is proposed.Based on this idea,a 4 degree-of-freedom driver-seat-cab coupled system model is presented.Using the tested cab suspensions excitations as inputs and seat acceleration response as compared output, the simulation model is built.Taking optimal ride comfort as target,a new method of damping collaborative optimization for Five-suspensions is proposed. With a practical example of seat and cab system, the damping parameters are optimized and validated by simulation and bench test. The results show the seat vertical frequency-weighted RMS acceleration values tested for the un-optimized and optimized Five-suspensions are 0.50 m/s^2 and 0.39 m/s^2,respectively,with a decrease by 22.0%,which proves the model and method proposed are correct and reliable. The idea of 'Five-suspensions' and the method proposed provide a reference for achieving global optimal damping matching of seat suspension and cab suspensions.ZHAO Leilei ZHOU Changcheng YU Yuewei 2016Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016,29,4:4

Effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the quantitative expression of P-gp, LRP, MRP, GST-π in NSCLC and its clinical significance显示文摘Background and objective Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) plays an important role in systemic chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). P-glycoprotein (P-gp), lung resistance related protein (LRP), multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) and glutathione S-transferase (GST-π) may be associated to drug resisitance to chemotherapy in NSCLC. The aim of this study is to investigate the expressions of P-gp, LRP, MRP and GST-π in samples from NSCLC patients before and after treatment with NACT, and their quantitative changes, so that to evaluate the influence of NACT on drug resistance to chemotherapy of NSCLC. Methods Total 92 specimens from 72 cases of NSCLC, including 52 samples of surgery excision from non-NACT-treated patients and 20 paired samples before and after NACT from the same patient, were studied. The expression of P-gp, LRP, MRP and GST-π was detected with tissue chip technique and immunohistochemistry. The quantitative analysis was carried out by computer image analysis system. Results In the samples before NACT, the positive rate of P-gp, LRP, MRP, GST-π expression was 66.67% (48/72), 72.22% (52/72), 81.94% (59/72), 83.33% (60/72), respectively. The expressive intensity of P-gp, LRP and GST-π was significantly stronger in adenocarcinoma than that in squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.001, respectively); there was no significant difference in the expression of MRP between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (P>0.05). In samples after treatment with NACT, the expression of P-gp, GST-π demonstrated by average optical density (AOD) and integral optical density (IOD) were significantly higher (P<0.05, P<0.001 respectively) than that in biopsied samples taken before NACT; The change in expression of P-gp, GST-π was also showed difference by different histopathological types, differentiations, ages, sizes, clinical stages as well as lymph node metastasis or not (P<0.05 or P<0.001). There was no significant difference between samples taken before and after NACT (P>0.05) in the expression of LRP and MRP demonstrated by both of AOD and IOD. Conclusion The results suggest that drug resistance in adenocarcinoma is primarily stronger than that in squamous cell carcinoma. NACT may enhance acquired drug resistance of NSCLC through inducing the expression of drug resistance protein. The results indicate that acquired drug resistance must be considered with the application of NACT to NSCLC patient in clinic, especially to patient in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Since NACT may lead to the enhancement of acquired drug resistance in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, this may dwindle the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy after surgery. Comparative examination of drug resistance proteins before and after NACT, combining with comprehensive consideration of chemical regimens of NACT, should be recommended during chemotherapy of NSCLC for both before and after surgery.XIANG Fenggang YU Wenjuan SHEN Yi WU Cuijiao WANG Yuewei 2007中国肺癌杂志2007,10,5:2

Simulation of nonlinear vibration responses of cab system subject to suspension damper complete failure for trucks显示文摘The strong vibration responses of the cab system can be restrained by the damper force and the friction of the suspensions for trucks. After the failures of dampers, especially in the case of the complete failure, the anti vibration effect of the friction is prominent. However, the nonlinear vibration response characteristics of the cab subject to the damper complete failure have not been revealed. In order to reveal the nonlinear vibration response characteristics,a dynamic model of the cab system was established and its vibration equations were given. The friction forces existing in the suspensions were determined by the bench test. The influences of the friction forces on the cab vibration under different amplitude harmonic inputs were investigated when the dampers completely fail. The cab vertical displacement changes with the excitation amplitude and the vibration represents various motion states, including the periodic motion, the quasi-periodic motion, and the chaotic motion. The simulation results show that when the dampers fail, the proper friction forces help to suppress the quasi-periodic motion and the chaotic motion of the cab and to reduce the amplitude of the periodic motion. The proper friction forces can make the cab movement far away from the chaos area. They also help to avoid the fatigue damage of the cab floor and suspension parts to improve the service life of the suspension parts and to reduce the maintenance cost of the cab suspensions.Leilei Zhao Jian Guo Yuewei Yu Xiaohan Li Changcheng Zhou 2020International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2020,11,2:0
A simple hydroxypyridine ionic liquids for conversion of CO_(2)into quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones under atmospheric conditions显示文摘The transformation of CO_(2)into high value-added product is a promising pathway for utilizing CO_(2).However,the process tends to require harsh reaction conditions owing to CO_(2)chemical inertness.Designing a high efficiency catalytic system with environmentally benign characteristic are important determinants. In this work, protic ionic liquids[TMG][2-OPy]were prepared via one-step neutralization between 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine and 2-hydroxypyridine,applying to the domain of synthesizing quinzoline-2,4(1 H,3H)-diones from CO_(2)and 2-aminobenzontiles without any solvent or metal, achieving the yield of 97%at 90℃for 8 h under atmospheric.A series of substrates with good to acceptable yield were detected, revealing the generality and universality of the catalyst.Furthermore, the system could be facilely reused for at least six runs, retaining the yield of 94%.A preliminary kinetic equation is calculated with the activation energy of 68 kJ·mol^(-1),and a plausible reaction mechanism was put forward. This study highlights that the[TMG][2-OPy]enables to activate CO_(2)carboxylation efficiently.Bowen Jiang Meiling Weng Jigang An Yuewei Fan Jia Liu Ying Liu Ting Yu Leizhi zheng Guoqiang Yang Zhibing Zhang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,62,10:0

Modeling and analytic optimization of dynamic comfort for wheelchair robots undergoing random roads显示文摘To make a rapid comfort assessment and a reasonable dynamic parameters choice of wheelchair robots, this paper proposes a dynamic comfort coefficientκand analytically optimizes the cushion damping.Firstly,a traveling vibration model of the occupantwheelchair system for wheelchair robots running on random roads was created.Secondly, the analytic formula of the occupant RMS(root mean square)acceleration was deduced. Moreover, the dynamic coefficientκwas proposed and its influence laws were revealed. Finally, the cushion system optimal damping ratio was calculated based onκ.The results show that theκvalue is only determined by the parameters of the occupant-wheelchair system. The smaller theκvalue is,the better the dynamic comfort is for wheelchair robots running on random roads.By minimizingκ,the occupant-wheelchair system can achieve a statistically optimal dynamic comfort effect.Leilei Zhao Yuewei Yu Changcheng Zhou Xiaohan Li Fuxing Yang 2018International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2018,9,5:0
Test verification of a seat-cabin system vertical dynamic model for high-grade fork lift trucks显示文摘The seat-cabin system of fork lift trucks has a great influence on ride comfort. On the basis of the structure and characteristics of the seat-cabin system for a high-grade fork lift truck,a seat-cabin system vertical dynamic model was created. The vertical dynamic responses of the model under the random irregularities excitation were calculated. The calculated responses including the seat dynamic response and the cabin dynamic responses at the four corners are very close to the field measurement data and the relative deviations of the(root mean square)RMS acceleration responses are all less than 6.0%.The results show that the vertical dynamic model is acceptable and can truly describe the basic mechanical behavior of the seat-cabin system. The model provides a good basis for investigating the relations between the dynamic parameters and the vibration attenuation characteristics of the seat-cabin system to further improve ride comfort.Leilei Zhao Yuewei Yu Changcheng Zhou Shaofang Mao 2018International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2018,9,1:0
Vibration characteristics simulation and comparison of traditional cab system model and seat–cab coupled model for trucks显示文摘To define the application fields of the traditional cab system model and the seat–cab coupled model, this paper mainly aims to investigate the differences of the vibration characteristics of the two models.First, the two models and their motion equations were introduced. Then, based on the mechanical parameters of the seat and cab system for a truck, the transmissibility characteristics of the two models were analyzed. The results show that the traditional model can relatively accurately predict the pitch and roll vibration characteristics of the real seat–cab system. However,it overvalues the vertical vibration transmitted from the front suspensions of the cab.Third, the typical excitation conditions and the measuring points were selected. Finally, under the typical excitation conditions, the dynamic responses of the measuring points were calculated. The results show that under the vertical excitation condition, the dynamic responses of the two models have obvious differences.Under the roll excitation condition and the pitch excitation condition, the roll responses and the pitch responses of the cab between the two models show almost no obvious difference.Under the random excitation condition, the vertical acceleration responses have relatively larger deviations between the two models, however, the angular acceleration responses are almost the same. For the preliminary design of the cab system, the traditional cab system model can be used. However, for the accurate design and the optimization of the seat–cab system, the seat–cab coupled model is recommended.Leilei Zhao Yuewei Yu Changcheng Zhou Simon Feng 2019International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2019,10,3:0
Analytical modeling and simulation on lateral mechanical characteristics of high-speed train traction motor hanging leaf spring显示文摘In this paper, using the theoretical analysis method, according to the actual structure of the hanging leaf spring of the traction motor mounted on the frame, the lateral force model of the hanging leaf spring of the traction motor was established. Then, through theoretical deduction, the deformation analytical calculation formula and the stress analytical calculation formula of the hanging leaf spring were established. The correctness of the leaf spring’s lateral force model was established and its deformation and stress analytical formulae were verified using ANSYS finite element analysis software.Based on this, according to the deformation analytical formula and the stress analytical formula of the leaf spring established, the influence of the main structural parameters on the mechanical characteristics of the leaf spring was discussed, and the reliability of the analytical analysis method of the lateral mechanical characteristics of the traction motor hanging leaf spring was verified by the loading–unloading test. The results show that the deformation and the load of the leaf spring change linearly. The changes of leaf spring’s stress at different positions can be considered as being composed of three sections:a linear change section in the root,a nonlinear change section in the middle, and a nonlinear change section in the end.In the structural parameters, the end thickness h2 has the greatest influence on the stiffness and the stress of the leaf spring, and the maximum thickness of the leaf spring eye h1 has the least influence on the stiffness and the stress of the leaf spring. The influence degree of other parameters on the stiffness of the leaf spring is h_(3),L_(1),L_(3),L_(2) in order, and the influence degree on the stress of the leaf spring is h_(3),L_(1),L_(2),L_(3) in order. In addition, when the root thickness h_(3) is greater than a certain value, the maximum stress point of the leaf spring appears at the end position L_(2).This study can provide a useful reference for the intelligent forward design and the rapid analysis of the mechanical characteristics of high-speed train traction motor hanging leaf spring.Yuewei Yu Leilei Zhao Changcheng Zhou 2019International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2019,10,3:0
Analytical simulation of dynamic characteristics of seat system with nonlinear suspension considering friction effects显示文摘The friction inevitably exists in the nonlinear suspension system for seats. It affects dynamic characteristics of the seat with the nonlinear suspension system.Analysis of the influences of the friction on the seat vibration responses is helpful to improve comfort. Moreover,it is also an important part of promoting the industrialization application of the nonlinear suspension system for seats. In order to verify the influences,a model of the seat with the nonlinear suspension system considering friction effects was established by combining experiments.Based on the model,by using the harmonic balance method, the analytical formulas of the seat frequency-domain vibration response considering friction effects were deduced, and the influences of the friction on the frequency response characteristics of the system were simulated and analyzed. Moreover, the influences of the friction on the time-domain response characteristics were investigated. The results show that the existence of the friction can help to reduce the vibration in the peak region and to increase the system stability, however,it is not conducive to the improvement of the seat comfort under random road conditions.Leilei Zhao Yuewei Yu Changcheng Zhou Xiaohan Li Dehui Huang 2020International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2020,11,6:0
Modeling and simulation of twin-tube hydraulic shock absorber thermodynamic characteristics and sensitivity analysis of its influencing factors显示文摘In order to find out the sensitivity of the thermophysical and structural parameters to the thermodynamic characteristics of twin-tube hydraulic shock absorbers, based on the bench test,a method for calculating the time-varying rate of the external work on the shock absorber oil is proposed. And then,a thermodynamic model of the twin-tube hydraulic shock absorber is established by using the basic thermodynamic principles.By analyzing the influence of each parameter on the thermodynamic characteristics of the shock absorber,it can be seen that, the radius of the working cylinder outer wall has the greatest influence on the temperature rise of the shock absorber, followed by the thermal conductivity of the oil,the height of the oil,the heat transfer length of the cylinder barrel, the radius of the oil storage cylinder outer wall, the emissivity of the oil storage cylinder outer wall, the height of the nitrogen, the thermal conductivity of the nitrogen, the specific heat capacity of the oil,the density of the oil,the thermal conductivity of the cylinder, and the mass of the working oil.The kinematic viscosity of the oil has the least influence on the temperature rise of the shock absorber. The research can provide an effective theoretical guidance and reference for the design of the twin-tube hydraulic shock absorber.Yuewei Yu Leilei Zhao Changcheng Zhou Lin Yang 2020International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2020,11,2:0
