8Research on Improvement of Utilization of Open Space: Through Demonstration Experiment Focusing on Spatial Elements显示文摘Along with the rise of buildings, a large number of public open spaces have been created for the purpose of mitigating hatching restrictions and the like. However, many of them are used at low levels, and there remain very few known public open spaces. In this research, we set up a resting place to demonstrate the effect of elements and placement in order to obtain knowledge for appropriately managing and utilizing such low use open public spaces. The survey means analyzed the presence/absence of the attraction/retention degree based on the cross-sectional traffic volume by video analysis and a hearing questionnaire survey for the users of the resting place. 9Development and Application of Coated Fertilizer in Japan显示文摘The fertilizer industry faces a continuing challenge to improve its products to increase the fertilizer use efficiency and to minimize any possible adverse environmental impact.For this purpose,studies on the development of coated fertilizers have been done all over the world.In this paper,we are to introduce our coated urea“MEISTER”as the sophisticated fertilizer,with explaining the features and applications in actual fields.“MEISTER”is the coated urea with a mixture of polyolefin and silicate mineral.“MEISTER”has two releasing types.One is the linear type.Another is the sigmoidal type.Release of nitrogen from“MEISTER”mainly depends on temperature which allows precise prediction of nutrient release.Application experiments for rice,Chinese cabbage and long onion are introduced in this paper.Every experiment shows single basal application is possible by using“MEISTER”with keeping yield and high nitrogen recovery.Coated fertilizers show accurate release control of nutrients.The use of coated fertilizers brings:(a)efficient use of fertilizer resources,(b)reduction of environmental load by fertilizer,(c)labor saving.Thus applying coated fertilizers is definitely smart fertilization technology in agriculture.Coated fertilizers seem to closely meet the requirements of an ideal fertilizer.The problem is its high price compared to the normal rapid soluble fertilizer.Unit price of coated fertilizer is expensive on the surface,though total application cost of coated fertilizers is often cheaper than the cost of rapid soluble fertilizers.This sometime disturbs the spread of coated fertilizers.So,we have been trying to make an effort to reduce production cost and doing application enlargement trials of coated fertilizers for becoming more widespread.Through those studies and development,we believe coated fertilizers will contribute to agriculture more in the world.Hiroshi Aoki Yuichi Sekiguti 2019Journal of Food Science and Engineering2019,9,4:0
10Computed tomography virtual endoscopy with angiographic imaging for the treatment of type Ⅳ-A choledochal cyst显示文摘Type Ⅳ-A choledochal cysts (CCs) are a congenital biliary anomaly which involve dilatation of the extrahepatic and intrahepatic bile ducts. We present the case of a 30-year-old woman with type Ⅳ-A CC, on whom threedimensional computed tomography (3D CT) and virtual endoscopy were performed. 3D CT revealed partial dilatation in the posterior branch of the intrahepatic bile duct and a relative stricture between it and the extrahepatic bile duct. Virtual endoscopy showed that this stricture was membrane-like and separated from the surrounding blood vessels. Based on these image findings, complete cyst resection, bile duct plasty for the stricture, and hepaticojejunostomy were safely performed. 11Coronary stenting with cardiogenic shock due to acute ascending aortic dissection显示文摘A 65-year-old man developed chest pain under cardiogenic shock. Coronary angiography revealed severe stenosis from the ostium of the left main coronary artery(LMCA) to the left anterior descending artery(LAD). Intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) identified a large hematoma that originated from the aorta and extended into the LAD, thereby compressing the true lumen. Type A aortic dissection(TAAD) that involved the LMCA was diagnosed by IVUS. Coronary stenting was performed via the LMCA to the proximal LAD, which resulted in coronary blood flow restoration and no further propagation of dissection. Elective surgical aortic repair was performed 2 wk after the stenting.
