| 2 | Statistical spectrum model of wind velocity at Beijing Meteorological Tower显示文摘The wind velocity spectra at Beijing Meteorological Tower are calculated using Hilbert-Huang transform and Fourier transform,respectively.A innovative model of wind velocity spectrum,which is accordant with the characteristics in both the inertial subrange and the large eddies range,is presented in this paper.The method of least squares is adopted to obtain the parameters in the model.Then the differences between the FFT spectrum and the HHT spectrum are compared.It is indicated that the values of the HHT spectrum in the energy containing range are slightly larger than those of the FFT spectrum while the values of the HHT spectrum in both inertial subrange and dissipation subrange are very close to that of Fourier spectrum.It is concluded that the HHT spectrum describes elaborately and accurately the spectrum values in the low frequencies and the fitted wind velocity model provides a reference for reconstructing the near-ground wind field of Beijing city in wind tunnel test and for numerical simulation. | TIAN YuJi YANG QingShan YANG Na LI Bo CHEN Bo | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,11: | 3 |

| 7 | Homotypic clustering of L1 and B1/Alu repeats compartmentalizes the 3D genome显示文摘Organization of the genome into euchromatin and heterochromatin appears to be evolutionarily conserved and relatively stable during lineage differentiation.In an effort to unravel the basic principle underlying genome folding,here we focus on the genome itself and report a fundamental role for L1(LINE1 or LINE-1)and B1/Alu retrotransposons,the most abundant subclasses of repetitive sequences,in chromatin compartmentalization.We find that homotypic clustering of L1 and B1/Alu demarcates the genome into grossly exclusive domains,and characterizes and predicts Hi-C compartments.Spatial segregation of L1-rich sequences in the nuclear and nucleolar peripheries and B1/Alu-rich sequences in the nuclear interior is conserved in mouse and human cells and occurs dynamically during the cell cycle.In addition,de novo establishment of L1 and B1 nuclear segregation is coincident with the formation of higher-order chromatin structures during early embryogenesis and appears to be critically regulated by L1 and B1 transcripts.Importantly,depletion of L1 transcripts in embryonic stem cells drastically weakens homotypic repeat contacts and compartmental strength,and disrupts the nuclear segregation of L1-or B1-rich chromosomal sequences at genome-wide and individual sites.Mechanistically,nuclear co-localization and liquid droplet formation of L1 repeat DNA and RNA with heterochromatin protein HP1αsuggest a phase-separation mechanism by which L1 promotes heterochromatin compartmentalization.Taken together,we propose a genetically encoded model in which L1 and B1/Alu repeats blueprint chromatin macrostructure.Our model explains the robustness of genome folding into a common conserved core,on which dynamic gene regulation is overlaid across cells. | J.Yuyang Lu Lei Chang Tong Li Ting Wang Yafei Yin Ge Zhan Xue Han Ke Zhang Yibing Tao Michelle Percharde Liang Wang Qi Peng Pixi Yan Hui Zhang Xianju Bi Wen Shao Yantao Hong Zhongyang Wu Runze Ma Peizhe Wang Wenzhi Li Jing Zhang Zai Chang Yingping Hou Bing Zhu Miguel Ramalho-Santos Pilong Li Wei Xie Jie Na Yujie Sun Xiaohua Shen | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Host-guest interactions based supramolecular complexes self-assemblies for amplified chemodynamic therapy with H_(2)O_(2) elevation and GSH consumption properties显示文摘Although endogenous H_(2)O_(2) is overexpressed in tumor tissue,the amount of endogenous H_(2)O_(2) is still insufficient for chemodynamic therapy(CDT).In addition,the abundant cellular glutathione(GSH)could also consume·OH for reduced CDT.Thus,the elevation of H_(2)O_(2) and the consumption of GSH in tumor tissue are essential for the increased·OH yield and amplified CDT efficacy.In this paper,hostguest interactions based supramolecular complexes self-assemblies(SCSAs)were fabricated by incorporating cinnamaldehyde(CA)and PEG-modified cyclodextrin host units(m PEG-CD-CA)with ferrocene-(phenylboronic acid pinacol ester)conjugates(Fc-BE)on the basis of CD-induced host-guest interactions.After being internalized by cancer cells,CA can be released from SCSAs through the p H-responsive acetal linkage,elevating the H2O2level by activating NADPH oxidase.Then,Fc can catalyze the H_(2)O_(2) to higher cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals(·OH).Moreover,quinone methide(QM)can be produced through H_(2)O_(2)-induced aryl boronic ester rearrangement and further consume the antioxidant GSH.In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that SCSAs can be provided as potential amplified CDT nanoagents. | Yang Bai Yujie Pan Na An Haitao Zhang Chao Wang Wei Tian Tao Huang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1: | 0 |
