3Targeted delivery of chlorogenic acid by mannosylated liposomes to effectively promote the polarization of TAMs for the treatment of glioblastoma显示文摘Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)generally display an immunosuppressive M2 phenotype and promote tumor progression and metastasis,suggesting their potential value as a target in cancer immunotherapy.Chlorogenic acid(CHA)has been identified as a potent immunomodulator that promotes the polarization of TAMs from an M2 to an M1 phenotype.However,rapid clearance in vivo and low tumor accumulation have compromised the immunotherapeutic efficacy of CHA in clinical trials.In this study,mannosylated liposomes are developed for targeted delivery of CHA to TAMs.The immunoregulatory effects of CHA,along with the overall antitumor efficacy of CHA-encapsulated mannosylated liposomes,are investigated through in vitro and in vivo experiments.The prepared CHA-encapsulated mannosylated liposomes exhibit an ideal particle size,favorable stability,and preferential accumulation in tumors via the mannose receptor-mediated TAMs-targeting effects.Further,CHA-encapsulated mannosylated liposomes inhibit G422 glioma tumor growth by efficiently promoting the polarization of the pro-tumorigenic M2 phenotype to the anti-tumorigenic M1 phenotype.Overall,these findings indicate that CHA-encapsulated mannosylated liposomes have great potential to enhance the immunotherapeutic efficacy of CHA by inducing a shift from the M2 to the M1 phenotype.Jun Ye Yanfang Yang Jing Jin Ming Ji Yue Gao Yu Feng Hongliang Wang Xiaoguang Chen Yuling Liu 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,3:9
4Effect of organic amine alkali and inorganic alkali on benzotriazole removal during post Cu-CMP cleaning显示文摘Benzotriazole(BTA), an anticorrosion agent of slurry, is the main organic pollutant remaining after CMP of multilayer copper wiring, and also the main removal object of post CMP cleaning. The adsorption of BTA onto the copper could form a dense Cu-BTA film, which makes the copper surface strongly passivated. According to this characteristic, quantitative analysis of BTA residue after cleaning is carried out by contact angle measurement and electrochemical measurement in this paper. A scanning electron microscope(SEM) with EDX was used to observe and analyze the BTA shape and elements. The efficiencies of organic alkali and inorganic alkali on the removal of BTA were studied. The corresponding reaction mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that the adsorption structure of Cu(I)-BTA cannot be destroyed in an alkaline environment with a pH less than 10; the effect of BTA removal by inorganic alkali is worse than that of the organic amine alkali with the coordination structure under the same pH environment; the FA/O Ⅱ chelating agent with the fraction of 200 ppm can effectively remove BTA residue on the surface of copper wafer.Liu Yang Baimei Tan Yuling Liu Baohong Gao Yilin Liu Chunyu Han Qi Wang Siyu Tian 2018Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,12:6
5High-Performance Solid-State Supercapacitors Fabricated by Pencil Drawing and Polypyrrole Depositing on Paper Substrate显示文摘A solid-state powerful supercapacitor(SC) is fabricated with a substrate of Xerox paper. Its current collector based on a foldable electronic circuit is developed by simply pencil drawing. Thin graphite sheets on paper provide effective channels for electron transmission with a low resistance of 95 X sq-1. The conductive organic material of polypyrrole coated on thin graphite sheets acts as the electrode material of the device. The as-fabricated SC exhibits a high specific capacitance of 52.9 F cm-3at a scan rate of 1 m V s-1. An energy storage unit fabricated by three full-charged series SCs can drive a commercial light-emitting diode robustly. 6Structural and magnetic properties of Sm_2Fe_(17-x)Nb_x (x = 0-4) alloys prepared by HDDR processes and their nitrides显示文摘Sm2Fe17-xNbxNy (x = 0-4) powder was synthesized by HDDR treatment and nitrogenation. The effects of partial Nb substitution for Fe on the structural and magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17?xNbx alloys and their nitrides were investigated. It was seen that Sm2(Fe,Nb)17 phase exists in both annealed and HDDR-treated Sm2Fe17?xNbx alloys. However, its content is decreased with the increase in Nb substitution. In annealed alloys, Sm2(Fe,Nb)17 phase becomes unstable and will dissociate into SmFe2 and Fe-rich phases when x > 1.5. With HDDR-treatment, the Nb concentration in recombined Sm2(Fe,Nb)17 phase is decreased, and the content of Fe-rich phases is increased. Sm2Fe17?xNbx powder exhibits dendritic cracks and fine particles with a size of less than 300 nm. In nitrogenated alloys, N atoms mainly enter 2:17-type phase to form Sm2(Fe,Nb)17Ny. Partial Nb atoms in Sm2(Fe,Nb)17Ny phase will be released or excluded by nitrogen atoms. Fe-rich phases increase, and are followed by the amorphous Sm2(Fe,Nb)17Ny phase. Nb substitution for Fe with x = 0.5 and 1.0 in Sm2Fe17?xNbxNy powders increases the coercivity and remanence. 7Optimization of cleaning process parameters to remove abrasive particles in post-Cu CMP cleaning显示文摘The cleaning of copper interconnect chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) is a key process in integrated circuits(ICs) fabrication. Colloidal silica, which is used as the abrasive material in copper CMP slurry, is considered as the main particle contamination. Abrasive particle residuals can cause device failure which need to be removed efficiently. In this paper, a type of CMP cleaner was used for particle removal using a cleaning solution consisting of FA/O Ⅱ chelating agent and FA/O Ⅰ surfactant. By varying the parameters of brush rotation speed, brush gap,and de-ionized water(DIW) flow rate,a series of experiments were performed to determine the best cleaning results. Atomic force microscope(AFM) measurement was used to characterise the surface morphology of the copper surface and the removal of abrasive particles. A scanning electron microscope(SEM) with EDX was used to observe and analyze the particles shape and elements. The optima parameters of CMP cleaner were obtained. 8Construction of chlorogenic acid-containing liposomes with prolonged antitumor immunity based on T cell regulation显示文摘As a potential cancer immunotherapeutic agent,chlorogenic acid(CHA)has entered phase II clinical trials in China as a lyophilized powder formulation for treating glioma.However,the in vivo instability of CHA necessitates daily intramuscular injections,resulting in patient noncompliance.In this study,CHA-phospholipid complex(PC)-containing PEGylated liposomes(CHA-PC PEG-Lipo,named as CPPL),with CHA-PC as the drug intermediate,were prepared to lower the administration frequency.CPPL demonstrated excellent physicochemical properties,enhanced tumor accumulation,and inhibited tumor growth even when the administration interval was prolonged to 4 days when compared to a CHA solution and CHA-PC loaded liposomes(CHA-PC Lipo,labeled as CPL),both of which only demonstrated antitumor efficacy with once-daily administration.Further evaluation of the in vivo antitumor immune mechanism suggested that the extended antitumor immune efficacy of CPPL could be attributed to its distinct immune-stimulating mechanism when compared with CHA solution and CPL,such as stimulating both CD4+and CD8+T cell infiltration,inhibiting myeloid-derived suppressor cell expression,reducing the expression of Th2 related factors,and notably,increasing the memory T cells in tumor tissues.This CHA-containing formulation could reduce the frequency of in vivo CHA administration during cancer treatment via T cells,especially memory T cell regulation.Yun Zhang Yanfang Yang Jun Ye Yue Gao Hengfeng Liao Junzhuo Zhou Yu Feng Dongdong Liu Yingying Meng Xiaoguang Chen Lili Gao Yuling Liu 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7:2

11Whole-brain patterns of the presynaptic inputs and axonal projections of BDNF neurons in the paraventricular nucleus显示文摘Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) plays a crucial role in human obesity. Yet, the neural circuitry supporting the BDNF-mediated control of energy homeostasis remains largely undefined. To map key regions that might provide inputs to or receive inputs from the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) BDNF neurons, a key type of cells in regulating feeding and thermogenesis, we used rabies virus-based transsynaptic labeling and adeno-associated virus based anterograde tracing techniques to reveal their whole-brain distributions. We found that dozens of brain regions provide dense inputs to or receive dense inputs from PVN BDNF neurons, including several known weight control regions and several novel regions that might be functionally important for the BDNF-mediated regulation of energy homeostasis.Interestingly, several regions show very dense reciprocal connections with PVN BDNF neurons, including the lateral septum, the preoptic area, the ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus, the paraventricular thalamic nucleus, the zona incerta, the lateral parabrachial nucleus, the subiculum, the raphe magnus nucleus, and the raphe pallidus nucleus. These strong anatomical connections might be indicative of important functional connections. 12Identifying the Zn-Co binary as a robust bifunctional electrocatalyst in oxygen reduction and evolution reactions via shifting the apexes of the volcano plot显示文摘The performance of an electrocatalyst is closely correlated with the binding strength of key oxygencontaining intermediates,i.e.,*OOH,*O and*OH,in the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Facile strategies to achieve favorable binding strength of these oxygen-containing species are urgently demanded,yet it still remains great challenges.Herein,the Zn-Co bimetallic isolation,which serves as an ideal model,is studied systematically by the density functional theory(DFT).Reaction activity volcano plots are built from 48 models,among them the ZnCoN6-gra(I)configuration is confirmed to be the most stable,featured of the strongest interaction with the oxygen-containing species.Optimal △G*O(free energy change of an atomic oxygen containing intermediate)is facilitated,which effectively drifts the volcano peaks of ORR and OER closer to each other,enabling promising bifunctional catalyst.Moreover,the small overpotential in the simulation of protonation and oxidation by hydroxy groups rationalizes the durability of the catalyst in both acid and alkaline media.Jing Wang Rui Xu Yuling Sun Qian Liu Meirong Xia Yan Li Faming Gao Yufeng Zhao John S.Tse 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:1

19Long-term follow-up of endoscopic papillectomy and the value of preventive pancreatic stent placement(with videos)显示文摘Background:Early-stage ampullary adenomas have only been reported in a small case series on endoscopic management.Hence,this study aimed to evaluate the long-term outcomes of early ampullary adenoma with endoscopic management and identify the risk factors for acute pancreatitis after endoscopic papillectomy(EP).Methods:In this study,115 patients who underwent EP at Changhai Hospital(Shanghai,China)between January 2012 and December 2018 were retrospectively analysed.Endoscopy was performed at 1,3,6,and 12months after EP.Data were statistically analysed using the t-test or the Mann–Whitney U test.Results:A total of 107 patients were included in this study and the follow-up period was 75643 months.The average age of the 107 patients was 54.6 years and the average tumor size was 17mm.The average age of the patients(53.7610.7 years vs 55.2610.5 years,P=0.482),minimum tumor size(13 vs 19mm,P=0.063),and complete resection rate(84.78%vs 85.25%,P=0.947)did not differ significantly between the stent placement and non-stent placement groups.Post-EP acute pancreatitis rates in the non-stent placement and stent placement groups were 11.48%and 4.35%,respectively.The risk of post-EP acute pancreatitis was significantly associated with the preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen level in univariate analysis,but not in multivariate analysis.The risk of post-EP acute pancreatitis was not significantly associated with the placement of the pancreatic stent in either univariate or multivariate analysis.Moreover,delayed proximal pancreatic duct stenosis was not noted in either group during long-term follow-up.Conclusions:EP is a satisfactory option for treating adenomas of the ampulla of the duodenum.Yuling Wang Xiaoqing Zhang Zhenhua Yang Teng Wang Dongqing Zhu Jie Gao Ping-Ping Zhang Peiqin Wang Xingang Shi 2023Gastroenterology Report2023,11,1:0
20An Electrochemical Cleaning Technique for Removal of Surface Contamination before Texturization of Silicon Solar Cells显示文摘In order to decrease the consumption of reagents and silicon during removal of surface contamination before silicon texturing in solar cell manufacturing industry, a new low-cost surface treatment approach of electrochemical cleaning technique(ECT) is reported. In this technique, a powerful oxidizing electrolyte was obtained from the electrochemical reaction on Boron-doped Diamond(BDD) electrodes, and applied during removal of surface contaminations on silicon wafer surfaces. The slightly polished monocrystalline silicon surfaces after cleaning were compared with the ones of primal silicon wafers. The measurement results show that ECT is quite efficient in removing NaCl and organic contaminants. After cleaning, the contrast test was conducted for the textured silicon wafers with/without pre-treatment(polish) separately. The results show that the size of pyramids on the surface without traditional polishing process is homogeneous and smaller than 4μm, and the average surface reflectance is much lower in the wavelength range from 400nm to 800nm.
