1Recent progress and future perspectives of flexible metal‐air batteries显示文摘With the rapid development of wearable and intelligent flexible electronic devices(FEDs),the demand for flexible energy storage/conversion devices(ESCDs)has also increased.Rechargeable flexible metal‐air batteries(MABs)are expected to be one of the most ideal ESCDs due to their high theoretical energy density, cost advantage, and strong deformation adaptability. With the improvement of the device design, material assemblies, and manufacturing technology, the research on the electrochemical performance of flexible MABs has made significant progress. However, achieving the high mechanical flexibility, high safety, and wearable comfortability required by FEDs while maintaining the high performance of flexible MABs are still a daunting challenge. In this review, flexible Zn‐air and Li‐air batteries are mainly exemplified to describe the most recent progress and challenges of flexible MABs.We start with an overview of the structure and configuration of the flexible MABs and discuss their impact on battery performance and function. Then it focuses on the research progress of flexible metal anodes, gel polymer electrolytes, and air cathodes. Finally, the main challenges and future research perspectives involving flexible MABs for FEDs are proposed.Tingzhen Li Xinwen Peng Peng Cui Ge Shi Wu Yang Zehong Chen Yongfa Huang Yongkang Chen Jinyuan Peng Ren Zou Xiaoyan Zeng Jian Yu Jianyun Gan Zhiyuan Mu Yuling Chen Jiaming Zeng Juan Liu Yunyi Yang Yujia Wei Jun Lu 2021SmartMat2021,2,4:1
2Dynamic soil arching in piled embankment under train load of high-speed railways显示文摘Piled embankments have many advantages that have been applied in high-speed railway construction engineering. However, the load transfer mechanism of piled embankments, such as soil arching and tension membranes,is still unclear, especially under dynamic loads. To investigate the soil arching and tension membrane under dynamic train loads on high-speed railways,a large-scale piled embankment model test with X-shaped piles as vertical reinforcement was performed,in which twenty-eight earth pressure cells were installed in the piled embankment and an M-shaped wave was adopted to simulate the high-speed railway train load. The results show that dynamic soil arching only occurs when two bogies of a carriage pass by and disappears at other times. The dynamic soil arching and membrane effect are the most significant under the concrete base. The arching height, stress concentration ratio and pile-soil load sharing ratio have a minimal value at 25 Hz.The dynamic soil arching degrades severely at 25 Hz,whose height at 25 Hz is only 0.35 times that at 5 Hz.The arching height fluctuates over a narrow range with increasing loading amplitude. The stress concentration ratio and the pile-soil load sharing ratio increase monotonically as the loading amplitude increases.Niu Tingting Yang Yule Ma Qianli Zou Jiuqun Lin Bin 2023Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,3:0
3Generation of pigs with humanized type Ⅱ collagen by precise human COL2A1 gene knock-in显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common chronic disease, characterized by progressive cartilage breakdown, subchondral bone sclerosis, and aberrant bone outgrowth(Yucesoy et al.,2015;Hussain et al.,2016).OA is one of the leading causes of cartilage damage.Patients with severe cartilage damage require transplantation of articular cartilage to improve their quality of life.Type Ⅱ collagen is a major component of articular cartilage and intervertebral discs and plays an important role in the structure and strength of connective tissues that support muscles and joints(Byers,1994).Ting Lan Yuling Zheng Yangyang Suo Yuhui Wei Hui Shi Quanmei Yan Zhenpeng Zhuang Huangyao Chen Quanjun Zhang Nana Fan Yu Zhao Zhen Ouyang Chengdan Lai Zhaoming Liu Jizeng Zhou Chengcheng Tang Nam-Hyung Kim Qingjian Zou Xiaomin Wang 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,3:0
4A stream-based Parasitic Model for implementing Mobile Digital Earth显示文摘A Parasitic Model is proposed in this study for Digital Earth running on mobile phones through a mobile network.Because of mobile phones’limited capabilities in high-performance computing, rendering, storing, and networking(CRSN),these functions are accomplished by a superior host computer in this model.Rendered virtual scenes are compressed in a time-series as a data stream and are sent to the mobile phone through a mobile network, thus allowing Digital Earth to be operated on a mobile phone. This study examines a prototype and shows that a Mobile Digital Earth based on a Parasitic Model can achieve functionality beyond the mobile phone’s actual hardware capabilities and can reduce network traffic. These results demonstrate quasi-real-time interactions, but with bandwidth increases in next-generation mobile networks such as 4G and 5G,there is potential for real-time interactions in the near future.Wenhang Li Jianhua Gong Ping Yu Qishen Duan Yuling Zou 2014International Journal of Digital Earth2014,7,1:0
