| 8 | Solidification structure of eutectic Al-Si alloy under a high magnetic field-aid-electromagnetic vibration显示文摘An electromagnetic vibration was generated by simultaneously imposing a strong static magnetic field (up to 10 T) and an alternative electricity current to the metal. Its effects on the solidification structure of eutectic Al-Si alloy have been investigated experimentally. It is found that the eutectic structure has been refined by solely imposing high magnetic field while it is coarsened under the electromagnetic vibration. Furthermore, polyhedral Si grains and non-dendritic α-Al appeared when the electromagnetic vibration strength was strong enough. The refining of eutectic structure is attributed to the decrease of diffusion coeffcient caused by the strong magnetic field. The coarseness of eutectic structure may be attributed to the convection caused by electromagnetic vibration. | 9 | Dynamic data packing towards the optimization of QoC and QoS in networked control systems显示文摘A class of networked control systems is investigated whose communication network is shared with other applications. The design objective for such a system setting is not only the optimization of the control performance but also the efficient utilization of the communication resources. We observe that at a large time scale the data packet delay in the communication network is roughly varying piecewise constant, which is typically true for data networks like the Internet. Based on this observation, a dynamic data packing scheme is proposed within the recently developed packet-based control framework for networked control systems. As expected this proposed approach achieves a fine balance between the control performance and the communication utilization: the similar control performance can be obtained at dramatically reduced cost of the communication resources. The yield strength and tensile strength increase with increasing Nb content or decreasing finishing temperature. The bainite distributed in finer ferrite matrix, which is produced at relatively low coiling temperatures, can greatly increase the strength of steel, especially tensile strength, thereby decreasing the yield ratio. A reasonable agreement was found between the predicted and measured results. | 11 | Experimental and density functional theory study of the adsorption of N_2O on ion-exchanged ZSM-5: Part II. The adsorption of N_2O on main-group ion-exchanged ZSM-5显示文摘The adsorption and desorption of N 2 O on main-group ion-exchanged ZSM-5 was studied using temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. TPD experiments were carried out to determine the desorbed temperature T max corresponding to the maximum mass intensity of N 2 O desorption peak and adsorption capacity of N 2 O on metal-ion-exchanged ZSM- 5s. The results indicated that T max followed a sequence of Ba 2+ > Ca 2+ > Cs + > K + > Na + > Mg 2+ and the amount of adsorbed N 2 O on main-group metal cation followed a sequence of Ba 2+ > Mg 2+ > Ca 2+ > Na + > K + > Cs + . The DFT calculations were performed to obtain the adsorption energy (E ads ), which represents the strength of the interaction between metal cations and the N-end or O-end of N 2 O. The calculation results showed that the N-end of the N 2 O molecule was favorably adsorbed on ion-exchanged ZSM-5, except for Cs-ZSM-5. For alkali metal cations, the E ads of N 2 O on cations followed the order which was the same to that of T max : Cs + > K + > Na + . | 14 | Heterogeneous oxidation of carbonyl sulfide on mineral oxides显示文摘Heterogeneous oxidation of carbonyl sulfide (OCS) on mineral oxides including SiO2,Fe2O3,CaO,MgO,ZnO and TiO2,which are the main components of atmospheric particles,were investigated using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (in situ DRIFTS),ion chromatography (IC),temperature-programmed desorption (TPD),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) methods. The main products and intermediates of the heterogeneous oxidation of OCS on these oxides were identified with in situ DRIFTS and IC. The reaction mechanism and kinetics were also discussed. It is found that the reaction mechanism on these mineral oxides is the same as that on Al2O3 for the same final products and the intermediates at room temperature. Namely,OCS can be catalytically oxidized to produce surface SO42- species and gaseous CO2 through the surface hydrogen thiocarbonate (HSCO2-) and HSO3- species. The activity series for heterogeneous oxidation of OCS follows: Al2O3 ≈ CaO > MgO > TiO2 ≈ ZnO > Fe2O3 > SiO2. The specific area,basic hydroxyl and surface basicity of these oxides have effect on the reactivity. | 18 | Genomic and Phenotypic Diversity of Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacteriaceae Isolates from Bacteremia in China: A Multicenter Epidemiological, Microbiological, and Genetic Study显示文摘Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae(CPE) isolates are recognized as one of the most severe threats to public health. However, the population structure and genetic characteristics of CPE isolates among bloodstream infections(BSIs) are largely unknown. To address this knowledge gap, in this study,we included patients with clinically significant BSIs due to Enterobacterales isolates, recruited from 26 sentinel hospitals in China(2014–2015). CPE isolates were microbiologically and genomically characterized,including their susceptibility profiles, molecular typing, phylogenetic features, and genetic context analysis of carbapenemase-encoding genes. Of the 2569 BSI Enterobacterales isolates enrolled, 42(1.6%) were carbapenemase-positive. Moreover, among the 2242 investigated isolates, 1111(49.6%) extendedspectrum β-lactamase(ESBL)-producing isolates were identified in Escherichia coli(E. coli), Klebsiella pneumoniae(K. pneumoniae), Proteus mirabilis(P. mirabilis), and Klebsiella oxytoca. Whole genome sequencing analysis showed the clonal spread of K. pneumoniae carbapenemase(KPC)-2-producing K. pneumoniae sequence type(ST) 11 and New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase(NDM)-5-producing E. coli ST167 in our collection. Plasmid analysis revealed that carbapenemase-encoding genes were located on multiple plasmids. A high prevalence of biofilm-encoding type 3 fimbriae clusters and yesiniabactin-associated genes was observed in K. pneumoniae isolates. This work demonstrates the high prevalence of ESBLs and the wide dissemination of CPE among BSI isolates in China, which represent real clinical threats. Moreover, our findings first illustrate a more comprehensive genome scenario of CPE isolates among BSIs.
