1Magnetic performance and corrosion resistance of electroless plating CoWP film显示文摘The CoWP film with good magnetic performance and corrosion resistance was electrolessly plated from alkaline solution. The technical parameters of the electroless plating system were optimized. When the pH value of electroless plating solution was 11.0 and the reducing agent (NaH2PO2) content was 0.4 mol L 1, the target chemical reactions proceeded in the electroless plating solution smoothly with negligible interference and side effects. CoWP film prepared under optimal deposition condition contained more hexagonal close-packed (hcp) cobalt (ε-Co) of [110] and crystallographic orientation of Co [002]. VSM analysis reveals that the saturation magnetization of the CoWP film is 100~220 Am2 kg 1 and coercivity is (2.87~4.38)×104 A·cm 1. The corrosion behavior of CoWP film in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution was studied by electrochemical experiments. The results prove that the corrosion resistance of the CoWP film deposited under the optimal depo-sition condition exhibites relatively lower corrosion current of (3.054~3.162)×10 6 A·cm 2. 2Preparation of CoP films by ultrasonic electroless deposition at low initial temperature显示文摘Electroless deposition technology has been considered as a kind of common ways to obtain cobalt alloy films. However, in order to get cobalt alloy films, high temperature(353 K) is necessary during the electroless deposition process which will increase costs and energy consumption. Ultrasonic was introduced during electroless plating process to obtain cobalt alloy films at lower initial temperature. It was found that the cobalt thin films could be prepared at lower initial temperature(323 K) with the introduction of ultrasonic. Therefore, different powers of ultrasonic were applied during the electroless deposition process to prepare CoP thin films on copper substrates from an alkaline bath in this investigation. The effects of different powers of ultrasonic on deposition rate, surface morphology, anticorrosion performance and magnetic property of films were studied. It was found that the deposition rate increased gradually with the rise in ultrasonic powers due to cavitation phenomenon. All the CoP films presented the typical spherical nodular structures with the impact of ultrasonic. Smaller and regular shaped structures could be observed when the films were deposited with higher power of ultrasonic which contributed directly to enhancement of anticorrosion performance. Saturation magnetization and coercivity of thin films increased gradually with the rise in ultrasonic powers during the electroless deposition process due to the higher amounts of cobalt.& 2014 Chinese Materials Research Society. 5Effect of magnetic fields on pulse plating of cobalt films显示文摘Magnetic fields parallel to the electrodes were introduced during a pulse plating process to obtain cobalt thin films from alkaline baths. Ef-fects of different magnetic intensities on the composition, microstructure, and magnetic properties of cobalt thin films were investigated. It was found that the deposition speed increased gradually with the increase of magnetic intensity. Almost all of the deposited films were crys-talline and showed Co(002), Co(100) peaks. With the rise on the magnetic intensity, the intensity of Co (002) peak raised gradually. Mag-netic fields would induce cobalt growing along (002) orientation. The films were densely covered with typical nodular structure. Films of smaller grain size and smooth surface could be formed under high magnetic intensity (1 T) as a result of magnetic force and MHD effects. Moreover, higher magnetic intensity induced larger saturation magnetization and lower coercivity. 6Localization method of subsynchronous oscillation source based on high-resolution time-frequency distribution image and CNN显示文摘The penetration of new energy sources such as wind power is increasing,which consequently increases the occurrence rate of subsynchronous oscillation events.However,existing subsynchronous oscillation source-identification methods primarily analyze fixed-mode oscillations and rarely consider time-varying features,such as frequency drift,caused by the random volatility of wind farms when oscillations occur.This paper proposes a subsynchronous oscillation sourcelocalization method that involves an enhanced short-time Fourier transform and a convolutional neural network(CNN).First,an enhanced STFT is performed to secure high-resolution time-frequency distribution(TFD)images from the measured data of the generation unit ports.Next,these TFD images are amalgamated to form a subsynchronous oscillation feature map that serves as input to the CNN to train the localization model.Ultimately,the trained CNN model realizes the online localization of subsynchronous oscillation sources.The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are validated via multimachine system models simulating forced and natural oscillation events using the Power Systems Computer Aided Design platform.Test results show that the proposed method can localize subsynchronous oscillation sources online while considering unpredictable fluctuations in wind farms,thus providing a foundation for oscillation suppression in practical engineering scenarios.Hui Liu Yundan Cheng Yanhui Xu Guanqun Sun Rusi Chen Xiaodong Yu 2024Global Energy Interconnection2024,7,1:0
