1Diaporthe species occurring on citrus in China显示文摘Diaporthe species are important pathogens of a wide range of hosts including many economically important crops.Diaporthe citri is generally accepted to cause melanose of Citrus fruits,leaves and shoots;stem-end rot of fruits and gummosis of perennial branches.In this study,147 strains of Diaporthe were isolated from diseased leaves,twigs,fruits and branches of Citrus from Shaanxi,Zhejiang,Guangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Hunan,Chongqing and Shanghai and identified by morphology and molecular analysis of nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS),partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α(EF 1-α),tubulin(TUB)and calmodulin(CAL)genes.All strains from Citrus clustered in three clades.Diaporthe citri was the predominant species and is compared with strains from Florida,USA,where this species was first collected and described.Two new taxa differing from D.citri are described as D.citriasiana and D.citrichinensis in this paper.Inoculation tests indicate that all three species are able to cause stem-end rot of fruits,while only D.citri could cause melanose on leaves.Feng Huang Xin Hou Megan M Dewdney Yushi Fu Guoqing Chen Kevin D Hyde Hongye Li 2013Fungal Diversity2013,,4:4
2Heparinized PGA host-guest hydrogel loaded with paracrine products from electrically stimulated adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells for enhanced wound repair显示文摘The microenvironment of the wound bed is essential in the regulation of wound repair.In this regard,strategies that provide a repairing favorable microenvironment may effectively improve healing outcomes.Herein,we attempted to use electrical stimulation(ES)to boost the paracrine function of adipose-derived stem cells from rats(rASCs).By examining the concentrations of two important growth factors,VEGF and PDGF-AA,in the cell culture supernatant,we found that ES,especially 5��A ES,stimulated rASCs to produce more paracrine factors(5��A-PFs).Further studies showed that ES may modulate the paracrine properties of rASCs by upregulating the levels of TRPV2 and TRPV3,thereby inducing intracellular Ca^(2+) influx.To deliver the PFs to the wound to effectively improve the wound microenvironment,we prepared a heparinized PGA host-guest hydrogel(PGA-Hp hydrogel).Moreover,PGA-Hp hydrogel loaded with 5��A-PFs effectively accelerated the repair process of the full-thickness wound model in rats.Our findings revealed the effects of ES on the paracrine properties of rASCs and highlighted the potential application of heparinized PGA host-guest hydrogels loaded with PFs derived from electrically stimulated rASCs in wound repair.Mengyao Li Junliang Li Xueru Xiong Yushi Wang Yong-Guang Jia Xuetao Shi Xiaoling Fu 2023Engineered Regeneration2023,4,3:0
