| 1 | Shear-wave splitting beneath Yunnan area of Southwest China显示文摘Systematic analyses of seismic data recorded by the Yunnan regional seismograph network reveal significant crustal and upper mantle anisotropy.Splitting of the S phase of local earthquakes and teleseismic SKS,PKS,and SKKS phases indicates time-delays from 1.60 ms/km to 2.30 ms/km in the crust,and from 0.55 s to 1.65 s in the upper mantle which corresponds to an anisotropic layer with a thickness about between 55-165 km.The polarization orientations of fast shear waves in the crust are complicated with a predominantly north-south direction,and the mantle anisotropy has a nearly west-east direction.Our results show different deformation styles and mechanisms exist between the crust and upper mantle. | Yutao Shi Yuan Gao Youjin Su Qiong Wang | 2012 | Earthquake Science2012,25,1: | 46 |

| 4 | Multi-channel radar array design method and algorithm显示文摘The array design of radar antenna is no more a new problem at all. Nevertheless, the array design of multi-channel radar, especially that of MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) radar, is a new problem. The performance of space diversion and spatial sampling of target scattering are dependent on the array design of MIMO radar, and consequently, which in turn will determine the performances of target parameter estimation, DOA, and imaging. In this paper, commencing with target scattering model, T/R signal model of MIMO radar, and spatial sampling ability for this system are analyzed. Conceptually, under the far field condition, spatial convolution principle determines the array design theory. | 6 | Bioinformatic analysis of chromatin organization and biased expression of duplicated genes between two poplars with a common whole-genome duplication显示文摘The nonrandom three-dimensional organization of chromatin plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression.However,it remains unclear whether this organization is conserved and whether it is involved in regulating gene expression during speciation after whole-genome duplication(WGD)in plants.In this study,high-resolution interaction maps were generated using high-throughput chromatin conformation capture(Hi-C)techniques for two poplar species,Populus euphratica and Populus alba var.pyramidalis,which diverged~14 Mya after a common WGD.We examined the similarities and differences in the hierarchical chromatin organization between the two species,including A/B compartment regions and topologically associating domains(TADs),as well as in their DNA methylation and gene expression patterns.We found that chromatin status was strongly associated with epigenetic modifications and gene transcriptional activity,yet the conservation of hierarchical chromatin organization across the two species was low.The divergence of gene expression between WGD-derived paralogs was associated with the strength of chromatin interactions,and colocalized paralogs exhibited strong similarities in epigenetic modifications and expression levels.Thus,the spatial localization of duplicated genes is highly correlated with biased expression during the diploidization process.This study provides new insights into the evolution of chromatin organization and transcriptional regulation during the speciation process of poplars after WGD. | Le Zhang Jingtian Zhao Hao Bi Xiangyu Yang Zhiyang Zhang Yutao Su Zhenghao Li Lei Zhang Brian J.Sanderson Jianquan Liu Tao Ma | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Sidelobe reduction based on spectrum reshaping in microwave imaging显示文摘Sidelobe artifacts are a common problem in image reconstruction from finite-extent Fourier data obtained by microwave imaging system.In order to enhance the image quality,sidelobe reduction must be implemented.Taking the sidelobe reduction in microwave imaging as the research subject,this paper presents Fourier imaging technique firstly.Then the point spread function is obtained through Fourier inversion of rectangular spectral support data and the changing effect of sidelobe direction due to reshaping spectral support is demonstrated.Spectrum reshaping makes that the sidelobes of two Fourier images do not overlap.Based on the idea of separating sidelobes from mainlobe,a nolve method that reduces sidelobe levels while maintaining the imaging resolution is proposed.The performance of this method is analyzed.Finally,the simulated and measured data of typical microwave imaging systems such as synthetic aperture radar(SAR),inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)and real aperture radar are used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. | WANG HuaiJun SU Yi XU HongBo ZHU YuTao | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1: | 1 |
| 9 | Water pollution footprints induced by industrial import and export in China显示文摘With the rapid development of foreign trade in China, industrial import and export has been an absolute subject in recent years. The huge trade surplus of import and export trade of industrial products brings not only high profits, but also pollution costs as well. Based on the concept of water pollution footprints(WPFs), this study applies the input-output method and calculates pollutant-producing coefficients of 20 major industrial sectors in China and investigates the WPFs caused by the import and export trades of these industrial sectors. The research results show that WPF resulting from exports exceeds that of imports from 2011 to 2015 in China.
