| 1 | Impact of the Built Environment on the Spatial Heterogeneity of Regional Innovation Productivity:Evidence from the Pearl River Delta,China显示文摘With the global economy increasingly dependent on innovation,urban discourse has shifted to consider what kinds of spatial designs may best nurture innovation.We examined the relationship between the built environment and the spatial heterogeneity of regional innovation productivity(RIP)using the example of China's Pearl River Delta(PRD).Based on a spatial database of 522546 patent data from 2017,this study proposed an innovation-based built environment framework with the following five aspects:healthy en-vironment,daily interaction,mixed land use,commuting convenience,and technology atmosphere.Combining negative binomial regression and Geodetector to examine the impact of the built environment on RIP,the results show that the spatial distribution of innovation productivity in the PRD region is extremely uneven.The negative binomial regression results show that the built environment has a significant impact on the spatial differentiation of RIP,and,specifically,that healthy environment,mixed land use,commuting convenience,and technology atmosphere all demonstrate significant positive impacts.Meanwhile,the Geodetector results show that the built environment factor impacts the spatial heterogeneity of RIP to varying degrees,with technology atmosphere demonstrating the greatest impact intensity.We conclude that as regional development discourse shifts focus to the knowledge and innovation economy,the innovation-oriented design and updating of built environments will become extremely important to policymakers. | WU Kangmin WANG Yang ZHANG Hong’ou LIU Yi YE Yuyao | 2021 | Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Acquisition algorithm assisted by AGC control voltage for DSSS signals显示文摘An appropriate acquisition configuration in terms of signal quality can optimize the acquisition performance. In view of this, a new approach of acquisition assisted by the control voltage of automatic gain control(AGC) is proposed. This approach judges the signal power according to the AGC control voltage and switches the working modes correspondingly and adaptively. Non-coherent accumulation times and the detection threshold are reconfigured according to the working mode. | 4 | High Sensitivity Acquisition Algorithm for DSSS Signal with Data Modulation显示文摘In direct sequence spread spectrum communication both for satelliteto-ground and inter-satellite links, the system constrains due to radio frequency spectral occupation, channel data throughput and link performances in terms of data channel coding which might result in a signal structure where the symbol duration is shorter than the pseudo code period. This can generate some difficulties in the DSSS signal acquisition due to the polarity inversion caused by the data modulation. To eliminate the influence due to polarity inversion, this paper proposes a novel acquisition algorithm based on the simultaneous search of the code phase, data phase and Doppler frequency. In the proposed algorithm the data phase is predicted and the correlation period for the coherent integration can be set equal to the symbol duration. Then non-coherent accumulation over different symbol is implemented in order to enhance the acquisition algorithm sensitivity; the interval of non-coherent accumulation is the least common multiple between the symbol duration and the pseudo code period. The algorithm proposed can largely minimize the SNR loss caused by data polarity inversion and enhance acquisition performance without a noticeable increase in hardware complexity. | 11 | HDAC I/IIb selective inhibitor Purinostat Mesylate combined with GLS1 inhibition effectively eliminates CML stem cells显示文摘Purinostat Mesylate(PM)is a novel highly selective and active HDAC I/IIb inhibitor,and the injectable formulation of PM(PMF)based on the compound prescription containing cyclodextrin completely can overcome PM’s poor solubility and improves its stability and pharmacokinetic properties.Here,we showed that PM effectively repressed the survival of Ph+leukemia cells and CD34+leukemia cells from CML patients in vitro.In vivo studies demonstrated that PMF significantly prevented BCR-ABL(T315I)induced CML progression by restraining leukemia stem cells(LSCs),which are insensitive to chemotherapy and responsible for CML relapse.Mechanism studies revealed that targeting HDAC I/IIb repressed several important factors for LSCs survival including c-Myc,β-Catenin,E2f,Ezh2,Alox5,and mTOR,as well as interrupted some critical biologic processes.Additionally,PMF increased glutamate metabolism in LSCs by increasing GLS1.The combination of PMF and glutaminase inhibitor BPTES synergistically eradicated LSCs by altering multiple key proteins and signaling pathways which are critical for LSC survival and self-renewal.Overall,our findings represent a new therapeutic strategy for eliminating LSCs by targeting HDAC I/IIb and glutaminolysis,which potentially provides a guidance for PMF clinical trials in the future for TKI resistance CML patients. | Qiang Qiu Linyu yang Yunyu Feng Zejiang Zhu Ning Li Li Zheng Yuanyuan Sun Cong Pan Huandi Qiu Xue Cui Wei He Fang Wang Yuyao Yi Minghai Tang Zhuang Yang Yunfan Yang Zhihui Li Lijuan Chen Yiguo Hu | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,3: | 1 |

| 13 | Simultaneously achieving high energy density and responsivity in submicron BaTiO_(3) film capacitors integrated on Si显示文摘In the research field of energy storage dielectrics,the“responsivity”parameter,defined as the recyclable/recoverable energy density per unit electric field,has become critically important for a comprehensive evaluation of the energy storage capability of a dielectric.In this work,high recyclable energy density and responsivity,i.e.,W_(rec)=161.1 J·cm^(-3) and ξ=373.8 J·(kV·m^(2))^(-1),have been simultaneously achieved in a prototype perovskite dielectric,BaTiO_(3),which is integrated on Si at 500℃ in the form of a submicron thick film.This ferroelectric film features a multi-scale polar structure consisting of ferroelectric grains with different orientations and inner-grain ferroelastic domains.A LaNiO_(3) buffer layer is used to induce a{001}textured,columnar nanograin microstructure,while an elevated deposition temperature promotes lateral growth of the nanograins(in-plane diameter increases from~10-20 nm at lower temperatures to~30 nm).These preferably oriented and periodically regulated nanograins have resulted in a small remnant polarization and a delayed polarization saturation in the film’s P-E behavior,leading to a high recyclable energy density.Meanwhile,an improved polarizability/dielectric constant of the BaTiO_(3) film has produced a much larger maximum polarization than those deposited at lower temperatures at the same electric field,leading to a record-breaking responsivity for this simple perovskite. | Jun Ouyang Yinxiu Xue Chuanqi Song Meiling Yuan Kun Wang Yuyao Zhao Hongbo Cheng Hanfei Zhu Chao Liu | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2: | 0 |

| 15 | Collaborative optimization of linear vibrating screen screening efficiency and dynamic response stability based on coupled DEM-MBK simulation显示文摘The dynamic response stability of the vibrating screen is an important factor affecting the screening effect and the structural performance of the vibrating screen.In this paper,to improve dynamic response stability and screening efficiency,we optimized the configuration of linear screening process parameters based on the co-optimization method with dual objectives via the virtual experiment.Firstly,a coupled DEM-MBK simulation model was established according to the dynamics of linear screen,and the dy-namic response law of the screen machine under material impact was investigated.Secondly,the quantitative index of dynamic response stability according to the time-domain characteristics of the centroid amplitude was established.The trend and significance of three types of screening process pa-rameters,including excitation,damping and structure,on the screening efficiency and dynamic response stability were analyzed through virtual orthogonal experiments.Finally,a parameter configuration scheme to achieve co-optimization was proposed based on the comprehensive balance method.The virtual experiment results show that the screening efficiency and dynamic response stability of the proposed scheme are improved by 3.28%and 49.07%,respectively,compared with the empirical parameter configuration.Obviously,the co-optimization method can maintain high screening efficiency and dynamic response stability at the same time,which is beneficial to improve the service life of the screen surface and screen body. | Xuhui Xia Lingxiao Gou Zelin Zhang Lei Wang Yuyao Guo Weimin Jing | 2023 | Particuology2023,,7: | 0 |

| 17 | Broadband 1T-polytype tantalum disulfide saturable absorber for solid-state bulk lasers显示文摘1T-polytype tantalum disulfide(1T-TaS_(2)),an emerging strongly correlated material,features a narrow bandgap of 0.2 e V,bridging the gap between zero-bandgap graphene and large-bandgap 2D nonlinear optical(NLO)materials.Combined with its intense light absorption,high carrier concentration,and high mobility,1T-TaS_(2) shows considerable potential for applications in broadband optoelectronic devices.However,its NLO characteristics and related applications have rarely been explored.Here,1T-TaS_(2) nanosheets are prepared by chemical vapor deposition.The ultrafast carrier dynamics in the 400–1100 nm range and broadband NLO performance in the 515–2500 nm range are systematically studied using femtosecond lasers.An obvious saturable absorption phenomenon is observed in the visible to IR range.The nonlinear absorption coefficient is measured to be-22.60±0.52 cm MW-1under 1030 nm,which is larger than that of other typical 2D saturable absorber(SA)materials(graphene,black phosphorus,and MoS_(2))under similar experimental conditions.Based on these findings,using 1T-TaS_(2) as a new SA,passively Q-switched laser operations are successfully performed at 1.06,1.34,and 1.94μm.The results highlight the promise of 1T-TaS_(2) for broadband optical modulators and provide a potential candidate material system for mid-IR nonlinear optical applications. | MENGXIA WANG HAILONG QIU TIANWEN YANG ZHENGPING WANG CHUANRUI ZHAO YUANAN ZHAO TING YU YUYAO JIANG MEILING CHEN YAFEI LIAN GE ZHANG HONGJUN LIU ZHANGGUI HU JIANDA SHAO | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,9: | 0 |
| 18 | Prediction of fiber Rayleigh scattering responses based on deep learning显示文摘Distributed acoustic sensing(DAS) is a fiber sensing technology based on Rayleigh scattering,which transforms optical fiber into a series of sensing units. It has become an indispensable part in the field of seismic monitoring, vehicle tracking, and pipeline monitoring. Fiber Rayleigh scattering responses lay at the core of DAS. However, there are few in-depth studies on the purpose of acquiring fiber Rayleigh scattering responses. In this paper, we establish a deep learning framework based on the bidirectional gated recurrent unit, which is the first time to predict the fiber Rayleigh scattering responses, to the best of our knowledge. The deep learning framework is trained with a numerical simulation dataset only, but it can process experimental data successfully. Moreover, since the responses could have a wider effective bandwidth than the experimental probing pulses, a finer spatial resolution could be obtained after demodulation. | 19 | PHD3 inhibits colon cancer cell metastasis through the occludin-p38 pathway显示文摘Prolyl hydroxylase 3(PHD3)hydroxylates HIFαin the presence of oxygen,leading to HIFαdegradation.PHD3 inhibits tumorigenesis.However,the underlying mechanism is not well understood.Herein,we demonstrate that PHD3 inhibits the metastasis of colon cancer cells through the occludin-p38 MAPK pathway independent of its hydroxylase activity.We find that PHD3 inhibits colon cancer cell metastasis in the presence of the PHD inhibitor DMOG,and prolyl hydroxylase-deficient PHD3(H196A)suppresses cell metastasis as well.PHD3 controls the stability of the tight junction protein occludin in a hydroxylase-independent manner.We further find that PHD3-inhibited colon cancer cell metastasis is rescued by knockdown of occludin and that occludin acts as a negative regulator of cell metastasis,implying that PHD3 suppresses metastasis through occludin.Furthermore,knockdown of occludin induces phosphorylation of p38 MAPK,and the p38 inhibitor SB203580 impedes cell migration and invasion induced by occludin knockdown,indicating that occludin functions through p38.Moreover,knockdown of occludin enhances the expression of MKK3/6,the upstream kinase of p38,while overexpression of occludin decreases its expression.Our results suggest that PHD3 inhibits the metastasis of colon cancer cells through the occludin-p38 pathway independent of its hydroxylase activity.These findings reveal a previously undiscovered mechanism underlying the regulation of cancer cell metastasis by PHD3 and highlight a noncanonical hydroxylaseindependent function of PHD3 in the suppression of cancer cells. | Yuyao Li Tanglong Yuan Hongwei Zhang Shuting Liu Jie Lun Jing Guo Yu Wang Yuying Zhang Jing Fang | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11: | 0 |
| 20 | Solid-Phase Enzymatic Peptide Synthesis to Produce an Antioxidant Dipeptide显示文摘Peptide bond synthesis is favorable to the production of bioactive small peptides. However, the abuse of toxic reagents remains an issue for chemical synthesis method, whereas the low product yield and purity limit the widespread use of enzymatic method. In this study, a new solid-phase enzymatic peptide synthesis(SPEPS) strategy was developed to produce an antioxidant tyrosine-alanine dipeptide(Tyr-Ala) by using recombinant carboxypeptidase Y(CPY) as the catalyst. The general SPEPS procedure involves three steps. First, the N-protected acyl donor was covalently attached to solid resin. Second,the peptide bond was condensed between the acyl donor and the nucleophile under the catalysis of CPY. Finally, one-step cleavage was performed to remove the protecting group and cleave the peptides from solid resin.
