2Thermo-flow characteristics and air flow field leading of the air-cooled condenser cell in a power plant显示文摘Special A-frame geometry of the air-cooled condenser cell and the complicated flow field at the exit of the axial flow fan bring on the air mal-distribution on the surface of the finned tube bundles and the deteriorated thermo-flow performances of a condenser cell.It is of benefit to the design and operation optimization of the direct dry cooling system in a power plant to investigate the thermo-flow characteristics of the condenser cell and propose the flow leading measures of cooling air.On the basis of the representative configuration of the air-cooled condenser cell in a 600 MW direct dry cooling power plant,the computational models of the air side fluid and heat flows are built,in which the actual fan blade geometric details are considered.Various flow field leading ways of cooling air are presented and the thermo-flow characteristics in the A-frame condenser cell and through the finned tube bundles are compared.Results show that the flow field leading measures can result in the increased volumetric flow rate and heat rejection,thus bringing on the improved performance of the condenser cell.The improvement of thermo-flow performances depends upon the geometric details of the flow guiding device.ZHANG WanXi YANG LiJun DU XiaoZe YANG YongPing 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:8
3Springback Prediction and Optimization of Variable Stretch Force Trajectory in Three-dimensional Stretch Bending Process显示文摘Most of the existing studies use constant force to reduce springback while researching stretch force. However, variable stretch force can reduce springback more efficiently. The current research on springback prediction in stretch bending forming mainly focuses on artificial neural networks combined with the finite element simulation. There is a lack of springback prediction by support vector regression(SVR). In this paper, SVR is applied to predict springback in the three-dimensional stretch bending forming process, and variable stretch force trajectory is optimized. Six parameters of variable stretch force trajectory are chosen as the input parameters of the SVR model. Sixty experiments generated by design of experiments(DOE) are carried out to train and test the SVR model. The experimental results confirm that the accuracy of the SVR model is higher than that of artificial neural networks. Based on this model, an optimization algorithm of variable stretch force trajectory using particle swarm optimization(PSO) is proposed. The springback amount is used as the objective function. Changes of local thickness are applied as the criterion of forming constraints. The objection and constraints are formulated by response surface models. The precision of response surface models is examined. Six different stretch force trajectories are employed to certify springback reduction in the optimum stretch force trajectory, which can efficiently reduce springback. 5NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF 22MnB5 BORON STEEL AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURES AND EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION显示文摘The effects of strain, strain rate and temperature on the mechanical behavior of22 Mn B5 boron steel deformed isothermally under uniaxial tension tests and the experimental characterization of 22 Mn B5 boron steel in the austenitic region have been investigated. Based on the crystal plasticity theory and thermal kinematics, an improved integration model is presented.In this model, the elastic deformation gradient is the integration variable of the governing equation,which contains not only the elastic deformation but also the thermal effects. In the coupled thermomechanical process, this model can reveal the evolution of microstructures such as the rotation of a single crystal and the slip systems in each of them. 6Dynamic Finite Element Analysis for Interaction between Two Phase Saturated Soil Foundation and Platform显示文摘In this paper, the foundation soil of offshore structure is simulated as a two phase saturated porous medium. The dynamic equations of porous medium and finite element formulation are given. For structural analysis, the technique of multilevel substructure is used, and the saturated soil analysis is set in the highest level substructure model. Based on these theories a dynamic finite element analysis program DIASS for the analysis of interaction between two phase ocean soil foundation and platform structures has been developed. 15Research on various factors influencing the moisture absorption property of sodium polyacrylate显示文摘Sodium polyacrylate was synthesized with acrylic acid as the monomer, and sodium bisulfate and ammonium persulfate as the initiator, by means of aqueous solution polymerization. The factors influencing the properties of moisture absorption, such as monomer concentration, dosage of initiator, and reaction temperature were systematically investigated. The experimental results indicate that the moisture-absorbing property of this polymer was better than other traditional material, such as silica gel, and molecular sieve. The best reaction condition and formula are based on the orthogonal experiment design. The optimum moisture absorbency of sodium polyacrylate reaches 1.01 g/g. The mathematical correlation of this polymer with various factors and moisture absorbency is obtained based on the multiple regression analysis.
