9Influence of bubbles on the segregated stability of fine coal in a vibrated dense medium gas-solid fluidized bed显示文摘In this paper,the variation of bubble size and number in the separation process of vibrated fluidized bed as well as the influence of bubble movement on the axial distribution of fine coal in different positions of the bed were studied.The result revealed that the size and number of bubbles is correlated with the fine coal separation effect in the separation process.When the bed is in a uniform and stable fluidized state,the size of bubbles in the separation process was in the range of 1-2.5 cm and the number of bubbles was reduced by nearly 50%,which is helpful to promote the stratification and segregation of fine coal.Thereby,after separation,the ash content of refined coal products of anthracite and 1/3 coking coal was reduced to 12.1% and 23.7% respectively,and the content of refined coal was up to 42.5% and 68.5% respectively,which show that the vibrated fluidized bed has a good separation performance,and can separate efficiently the coal of size−6+1 mm.Enhui Zhou Yadong Zhang Yuemin Zhao Qingqing Tian Zengqiang Chen Guannan lv Xuliang Yang Liang Dong Chenlong Duan 2021Particuology2021,19,5:1

15Air pollution health burden embodied in China's supply chains显示文摘Product trade plays an increasing role in relocating production and the associated air pollution impact among sectors and regions.While a comprehensive depiction of atmospheric pollution redistribution through trade chains is missing,which may hinder targeted clean air cooperation among sectors and regions.Here,we combined five state-of-the-art models from physics,economy,and epidemiology to track the anthropogenic fine particle matters(PM_(2.5))related premature mortality along the supply chains within China in 2017.Our results highlight the key sectors that affect PM_(2.5)-related mortality from both production and consumption perspectives.The consumption-based effects from food,light industry,equipment,construction,and services sectors,caused 2e22 times higher deaths than those from a production perspective and totally contributed 63%of the national total.From a cross-boundary perspective,25.7%of China's PM_(2.5)-related deaths were caused by interprovincial trade,with the largest transfer occurring from the central and northern regions to well-developed east coast provinces.Capital investment dominated the cross-boundary effect(56%of the total)by involving substantial equipment and construction products,which greatly rely on product exports from regions with specific resources.This supply chain-based analysis provides a comprehensive quantification and may inform more effective joint-control efforts among associated regions and sectors from a health risk perspective.Hongyan Zhao Ruili Wu Yang Liu Jing Cheng Guannan Geng Yixuan Zheng Hezhong Tian Kebin He Qiang Zhang 2023Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,4:0

17The effects of pressure, temperature, and depth/diameter ratio on the microvia filling performance of Ag-coated Cu micro-nanoparticles for advanced electronic packaging显示文摘Conductive fillers made from metal nanoparticles offer many advan-tages for the fabrication of a variety of electronic devices,but when they have a porous structure,their poor conductivity limits their adoption in many applications.In this study,an Ag-coated Cu micro-nanoparticle paste is used to achieve compact filling of blind vias on flexible copper clad polyimide laminates through a multistep filling and sintering tech-nique.The filled blind vias achieve a resistivity as low as 6.2μΩ·cm,which is comparable that of electroplated blind vias.Higher sintering pressure and temperature promote the filling performance,while the conductivity deteriorates at a via depth/diameter ratio greater than 1:1.Finite element simulations reveal a stress inhomogeneity in vias with large depth/diameter ratios,which is the key to understanding the evolution of the conductive properties of a paste-filled via.This study provides an effective method for high-performance microvia filling as well as insights into the mechanism that influences its performance.Guannan Yang Shaogen Luo Bo Luo Yan Zuo Shiwo Ta Tingyu Lin Zhaohui Zhao Yu Zhang Chengqiang Cui 2022International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2022,13,4:0

19The Peak Current Control of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Machine with Asymmetric Dual-Three Phases显示文摘The asymmetric dual-three phase BLDC motor has two sets of stator windings,in which the back EMF coefficients are different.This paper takes advantage of the asymmetric dual-three phase BLDC motor’s structural features and proposes a new method for the accelerated problem of the BLDC motor operating in the high speed and the constant electromagnetic power.The dual phase windings of the BLDC motor are integrated into the circuit in the starting stage.When the motor’s back EMF value is equal to the terminal voltage value,switch off a set of RST three phase windingswhose back EMF coefficient is bigger and make the other set of stator windingUVWwith smaller back EMF coefficient continue to operate under the rated power.As the motor rotor speed continues to increase,the electromagnetic torque remains unchanged.By using the peak current control strategy,we can deduce that the phase current of the UVW three-phase winding is twice the RSTthree-phase windingwhen the asymmetric dual-three phase BLDC motor operates at high speed and constant power.Chunyuan Bian Xiaoxia Li Guannan Zhao 2018CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2018,2,1:0
