1Effect of the distributor plugging ways on fluidization quality and particle stratification in air dense medium fluidized bed显示文摘Gas-solid fluidized bed separation is a highly efficient and clean technique for coal separation,and can effectively remove ash and sulfur contained gangue minerals from coal.However,the fine coal plugging distributor often leads to uneven fluidization and affects the separation effect.In this paper,different plugging ways were designed to study their effects on the fluidization characteristics and particle mixing.It was found that when the plugging phenomenon occurs,the minimum fluidization velocity of the fluidized bed gradually decreases as the plugging area enlarges.The difference between the top and the bottom of the bed minimum fluidization velocity increases accordingly,and a“stagnation phenomenon”occurs in the bed.The standard deviation of pressure fluctuations at the top of the bed is smaller than that at the bottom of the bed,which is the opposite of normal conditions.As the area of the plugging increases,the dead zone on the side wall of the fluidized bed significantly increases.The size of the dead zone is rapid reducing at the initial stage.It was noticed that the stratification of the low-density products is particularly affected by plugging,whereas the stratification of high-density products is not obviously influenced by certain conditions.Zhonglin Gao Xuesen Chai Enhui Zhou Ying Jia Chenlong Duan Ligang Tang 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,6:7
2Size distribution of wet crushed waste printed circuit boards显示文摘A wet impact crusher was used to breakdown waste printed circuit boards (PCB's) in a water medium. The relationship between the yield of crushed product and the operating parameters was established. The crushing mechanism was analyzed and the effects of hammerhead style, rotation speed, and inlet water volume on particle size distribution were investigated. The results show that the highest yield of 1 + 0.75 mm sized product was obtained with an inlet water volume flow rate of 5.97 m 3 /h and a smooth hammerhead turning at 1246.15 r/min. Cumulative undersize-product yield curves were fitted to a nonlinear function: the fitting correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998. 3Characterization of increased cuticular wax mutant and analysis of genes involved in wax biosynthesis in Dianthus spiculifolius显示文摘Cuticular wax formation on the surface of plant leaves is associated with drought-stress tolerance.The identification of wax biosynthesis-related genes will contribute to the genetic improvement of drought resistance in plants.In this study,we characterize a novel Dianthus spiculifolius mutant with increased cuticular wax.The mutant exhibited stronger drought resistance as indicated by less leaf wilting and death,higher leaf relative water content and water retention capacity,and slower water loss and chlorophyll extraction than did the wild type during drought treatment.In the mutant leaves,2730 upregulated and 2151 downregulated differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified by transcriptome sequencing.A wax biosynthesis pathway of the identified DEGs was significantly enriched.Finally,three key genes(DsCER1,DsMAH1,and DsWSD1)involved in wax biosynthesis were identified and verified by qPCR.These results suggest that differential expression of DEGs involved in wax biosynthesis may be associated with the increase in cuticular wax in the mutant.Taken together,our results help elucidate wax formation patterns in D.spiculifolius.Furthermore,the DEGs involved in wax biosynthesis identified here may be valuable genetic resources for improving plant stress tolerance through increased accumulation of cuticular wax.Aimin Zhou Enhui Liu Jiao Liu Shuang Feng Shufang Gong Jingang Wang 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:4
4Influence of bubbles on the segregated stability of fine coal in a vibrated dense medium gas-solid fluidized bed显示文摘In this paper,the variation of bubble size and number in the separation process of vibrated fluidized bed as well as the influence of bubble movement on the axial distribution of fine coal in different positions of the bed were studied.The result revealed that the size and number of bubbles is correlated with the fine coal separation effect in the separation process.When the bed is in a uniform and stable fluidized state,the size of bubbles in the separation process was in the range of 1-2.5 cm and the number of bubbles was reduced by nearly 50%,which is helpful to promote the stratification and segregation of fine coal.Thereby,after separation,the ash content of refined coal products of anthracite and 1/3 coking coal was reduced to 12.1% and 23.7% respectively,and the content of refined coal was up to 42.5% and 68.5% respectively,which show that the vibrated fluidized bed has a good separation performance,and can separate efficiently the coal of size−6+1 mm.Enhui Zhou Yadong Zhang Yuemin Zhao Qingqing Tian Zengqiang Chen Guannan lv Xuliang Yang Liang Dong Chenlong Duan 2021Particuology2021,19,5:1
5Chemical-NIR dual-powered CuS/Pt nanomotors for tumor hypoxia modulation,deep tumor penetration and augmented synergistic phototherapy显示文摘The complex tumor microenvironment(TME)with the characteristics of severe hypoxia,enriched hydro-gen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and dense nature significantly restricted the therapeutic efficacy of nanomedicine in cancer treatment.Synthetic micro/nanomotors have shown multiple versatility in modulating the abnor-mal TME and overcoming the limited penetration in solid tumor.Herein,we constructed a chemical-NIR dual-propelled nanomotor based on CuS/Pt Janus nanoparticles with IR820 encapsulation for hypoxia alle-viation,deep tumor penetration and augmented synergistic photodynamic(PDT)and photothermal ther-apy(PTT).The deposited Pt effectively catalyzed tumor endogenous H_(2)O_(2) into oxygen,which extremely relieved the tumor hypoxia state and allowed the chemical propulsion of nanomotors.Under NIR irra-diation,the Janus nanomotors exhibited more obvious movement via efficient photothermal conversion.Such autonomous motion significantly improved the tumoral accumulation of nanomotors and facilitated much deeper penetration inside tumor in vivo.In addition,enriched oxygen also promoted the genera-tion of reactive oxygen species(ROS)for augment of PDT,which achieved satisfied antitumor effect in combination with the PTT treatment.Therefore,this strategy based on CuS/Pt Janus nanomotors would provide an innovative dimension for considerable applications in effective cancer management.Wenjun Wang Enhui Ma Pengyu Tao Xiaoyu Zhou Yujuan Xing Liang Chen Yingying Zhang Jingjing Li Kai Xu Hong Wang Shaohui Zheng 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,17:0
