| 1 | Microfluidic Electrospray Niacin Metal-Organic Frameworks Encapsulated Microcapsules for Wound Healing显示文摘Niacin metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)encapsulated microcapsules with alginate shells and copper-/zinc-niacin framework cores were in situ synthesized by using a microfuidic electrospray approach for wound healing.As the alginate shells were bacteriaresponsively degradable,the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules could intelligently,controllably,and programmably release calcium,copper,and zinc ions,depending on the degree of infections.Te released ions could not only kill microbes by destroying their membrane and inducing the outfow of nutrient substance,but also activate copper/zinc superoxide dismutase(Cu/ZnSOD)to eliminate oxygen free radicals and rescue the cells from oxidative stress injury.Furthermore,the simultaneously released niacin could promote hemangiectasis and absorption of functional metal ions.Tus,the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules were imparted with outstanding antibacterial,antioxidant,and angiogenesis properties.Based on an in vivo study,we have also demonstrated that the chronic wound healing process of an infected full-thickness skin defect model could be signifcantly enhanced by using the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules as therapeutic agent.Terefore,the microfuidic electrospray niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules are potential for clinical applications. | Guopu Chen Yunru Yu Xiuwen Wu Gefei Wang Guosheng Gu Feng Wang Jianan Ren Huidan Zhang Yuanjin Zhao | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 21 |

| 5 | Rare inherited missense variants of POGZ associate with autism risk and disrupt neuronal development显示文摘Excess de novo likely gene-disruptive and missense variants within dozens of genes have been identified in autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and other neurodevelopmental disorders.However,many rare inherited missense variants of these high-risk genes have not been thoroughly evaluated.In this study,we analyzed the rare missense variant burden of POGZ in a large cohort of ASD patients from the Autism Clinical and Genetic Resources in China(ACGC)and further dissected the functional effect of diseaseassociated missense variants on neuronal development.Our results showed a significant burden of rare missense variants in ASD patients compared to the control population(P=4.6×10-5,OR=3.96),and missense variants in ASD patients showed more severe predicted functional outcomes than those in controls.Furthermore,by leveraging published large-scale sequencing data of neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)and sporadic case reports,we identified 8 de novo missense variants of POGZ in NDD patients.Functional analysis revealed that two inherited,but not de novo,missense variants influenced the cellular localization of POGZ and failed to rescue the defects in neurite and dendritic spine development caused by Pogz knockdown in cultured mouse primary cortical neurons.Significantly,L1CAM,an autism candidate risk gene,is differentially expressed in POGZ deficient cell lines.Reduced expression of L1cam was able to partially rescue the neurite length defects caused by Pogz knockdown.Our study showed the important roles of rare inherited missense variants of POGZ in ASD risk and neuronal development and identified the potential downstream targets of POGZ,which are important for further molecular mechanism studies. | Wenjing Zhao Jieqiong Tan Tengfei Zhu Jianjun Ou Ying Li Lu Shen Huidan Wu Lin Han Yanling Liu Xiangbin Jia Ting Bai Honghui Li Xiaoyan Ke Jingping Zhao Xiaobing Zou Zhengmao Hu Hui Guo Kun Xia | 2019 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2019,46,5: | 0 |
| 6 | Bladder Bleeding Due to Placenta Percreta:Report of Four Cases and Management Discussion显示文摘Placenta percreta with bladder bleeding can occur during gestation or postpartum,posing a great threat to both mother and fetus.But it is rare and lacks standard management strategies.We reported four cases suffering from bladder bleeding caused by placenta percreta even with hemorrhagic shock admitted between January 1^(st),2011 and December 31^(th),2020 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Clinical information,including age,gravidity and parity,ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging manifestations,onset gestational age,bladder bleeding volume,clinical manifestations under bleeding,diagnosis,hemostatic methods,hospital stay,treatment cost,and prognosis,are presented.Two cases had bladder bleeding during the second trimester,respectively on the 22^(+3)and 23^(+5)weeks.Pregnancy was terminated timely.The other two cases had bladder bleeding on the 2nd day post near-term cesarean section when activity.All the four cases achieved successful hemostasis following angiography and concomitant embolization for iliac vessels,and one of them received electrocoagulation hemostasis under cystoscopy,but failed.They all had favorable clinical outcomes and had no long-term complications.The neonatal outcome in the two cases that bladder hemorrhage occurred after near-term c-section was good.The newborns did not survive in two cases in which bladder hemorrhage occurred at the second trimester of pregnancy.Timely termination of pregnancy is recommended when such a condition develops during gestation.Diagnosis of bladder bleeding is relatively easy,for it is characterized by fast speed and large volume,with concomitant distension of the lower abdomen,blood discharge from the urethral orifice,or the indwelling catheter.Interventional embolization is an effective means to treat bladder bleeding caused by placenta percreta,while electrocoagulation hemostasis under cystoscopy must be applied with great caution.For the pregnant women with a high risk of placenta percreta,timely and accurate diagnosis should be achieved during the gestational age,and bladder bleeding should be concerned when placenta penetrates through the anterior wall of uterus. | Huidan Zhao Xianlan Zhao Chuanna Liu Ya Tao Yan Zhou | 2021 | Maternal-Fetal Medicine2021,3,4: | 0 |
