1Modes of occurrence of arsenic in high-arsenic coal by extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy显示文摘The concentration ranges of As and Sb in six Late Permian high-arsenic coals collected from Xingren and Xingyi, Guizhou Province are 94.1 μg·g -1-3 2 and 8 1 μg·g -1-120 μg·g -1, respectively. Based on the mineralogical analysis, no arsenic and arsenic-bearing minerals are detected in these samples and arsenic occurs in coal macerals. By extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS) spectroscopy, we have found that arsenic in these high-arsenic coal samples coordinates with oxygen; the coordination number of As with oxygen for these samples is 4 except one sample(H-9) for which the coordination number of As is 3. Therefore, arsenic in these high-arsenic coals does not occur in sulfide minerals, but occurs in arsenate or arsenite phase, and the preponderance of As is in arsenate of As 5+.Fenghua Zhao Deyi Ren Baoshan Zheng Tiandou Hu Tao Liu 1998Chinese Science Bulletin1998,43,19:7
2Temperature dependence of the point defect properties of GaN thin films studied by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy显示文摘The dielectric functions of GaN for the temperature and frequency ranges of 10–300 K and 0.3–1 THz are obtained using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.It is found that there are oscillations of the dielectric functions at various temperatures.Physically,the oscillation behavior is attributed to the resonance states of the point defects in the material.Furthermore,the dielectric functions are well fitted by the combination of the simple Drude model together with the classical damped oscillator model.According to the values of the fitting parameters,the concentration and electron lifetime of the point defects for various temperatures are determined,and the temperature dependences of them are in accordance with the previously reported result.Therefore,terahertz time-domain spectroscopy can be considered as a promising technique for investigating the relevant characteristics of the point defects in semiconductor materials.FANG HeNan ZHANG Rong LIU Bin LI YeCao FU DeYi LI Yi XIE ZiLi ZHUANG Zhe ZHENG YouDou WU JingBo JIN BiaoBing CHEN Jian WU PeiHeng 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,11:6
3A fractal and scale-free model of complex networks with hub attraction behaviors显示文摘It is widely believed that fractality of complex networks originate from hub repulsion behaviors(anticorrelation or disassortativity), which means that large degree nodes tend to connect with small degree nodes.This hypothesis was demonstrated by a dynamical growth model, which evolves as the inverse renormalization procedure, proposed by Song et al. Now we find that the dynamical growth model is based on the assumption that all the cross-box links have the same probability e to link to the most connected nodes inside each box.Therefore, we modify the growth model by adopting the flexible probability e, which makes hubs to have higher probability to connect with hubs than non-hubs. With this model, we find that some fractal and scale-free networks have hub attraction behaviors(correlation or assortativity). The results are the counter-examples of former beliefs. 8A modified simplified coherent potential approximation model of band gap energy of III-V ternary alloys显示文摘Based on the modification of the simplified coherent potential approximation(SCPA),a model is developed to calculate the composition dependence of the band gap energy of III-V ternary alloys with the same anion.The derived equation is used to fit the experimental band gap energy of In x Al 1 x N,In x Ga 1 x N and Al x Ga 1 x N with x from 0 to 1.It is found that the fitting results are better than those done by using SCPA.The fitting results are also better than those obtained by using the formula with a small bowing coefficient,especially for In x Al 1 x N.In addition,our model can also be used to describe the composition dependence of band gap energy of other III-V ternary alloys.Zhao ChuanZhen Zhang Rong Liu Bin Fu DeYi Li Ming Xiu XiangQian Xie ZiLi Zheng YouDou 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3:1

10The growth and properties of an m-plane InN epilayer on LiAlO_2 (100) by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition显示文摘The m-plane InN (1100) epilayers have been grown on a LiAlO2 (100) substrate by a two-step growth method using a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) system. The low temperature InN buffer layer (LT-InN) is introduced to overcome the drawbacks of thermal instability of LiAlO2 (LAO) and to relieve the strains due to a large thermal mismatch between LAO and InN. Then the high temperature m-plane InN (1100) epilayers (HT-InN) were grown. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) suggest that the m-plane InN (1100) epilayer is a single crystal. The X-ray rocking curves (scans) (XRC) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) indicate that the m-plane InN (1100) epilayer has anisotropic crystallographic properties. 11Effects of Laser Re-heating on Microstructure and Electric Properties of PSN-PZT Ceramics显示文摘Lead zirconate titanate(PSN-PZT) is widely utilized in various areas based on its desirable piezoelectrical properties and stable performance.In order to further improve its electrical properties,the ceramic samples,which have been prepared by traditional solid-state sintering,then are re-heated by strong laser beam.Phase composition and micro-structure have been characterized through XRD,SEM and TEM.Also,Quasi-static d_(33) tester and the capacitance tester have been introduced for measuring electrical performances.The experimental results indicate that the ceramic samples are with more amount percentage tetragonal phase after laser re-heating.Cracks could be induced and initialized by higher input laser intensity.TEM results suggested that,when the input laser power is at 1000 W,tetragonal and rhombohedral phases are co-existed and the ceramic samples are with the best electrical properties.The ceramics heated by power of 1000 W present excellent electric properties,d_(33) increased 24.8%,and tanS decreased 9%,which is distinguish advance compared with original ceramics in solid reaction.ZHANG Jing ZHENG Deyi PENG Guigui CHENG Cheng HU Shunmin ZHANG Hao 2016Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society2016,,4:0
