| 1 | clusterProfiler 4.0:A universal enrichment tool for interpreting omics data显示文摘Functional enrichment analysis is pivotal for interpreting highthroughput omics data in life science.It is crucial for this type of tool to use the latest annotation databases for as many organisms as possible.To meet these requirements,we present here an updated version of our popular Bioconductor package,clusterProfiler 4.0.This package has been enhanced considerably compared with its original version published 9 years ago.The new version provides a universal interface for functional enrichment analysis in thousands of organisms based on internally supported ontologies and pathways as well as annotation data provided by users or derived from online databases.It also extends the dplyr and ggplot2 packages to offer tidy interfaces for data operation and visualization.Other new features include gene set enrichment analysis and comparison of enrichment results from multiple gene lists.We anticipate that clusterProfiler 4.0 will be applied to a wide range of scenarios across diverse organisms. | Tianzhi Wu Erqiang Hu Shuangbin Xu Meijun Chen Pingfan Guo Zehan Dai Tingze Feng Lang Zhou Wenli Tang Li Zhan Xiaocong Fu Shanshan Liu Xiaochen Bo Guangchuang Yu | 2021 | The Innovation2021,2,3: | 40 |

| 4 | Remote control of the recruitment and capture of endogenous stem cells by ultrasound for in situ repair of bone defects显示文摘Stem cell-based tissue engineering has provided a promising platform for repairing of bone defects.However,the use of exogenous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)still faces many challenges such as limited sources and potential risks.It is important to develop new approach to effectively recruit endogenous BMSCs and capture them for in situ bone regeneration.Here,we designed an acoustically responsive scaffold(ARS)and embedded it into SDF-1/BMP-2 loaded hydrogel to obtain biomimetic hydrogel scaffold complexes(BSC).The SDF-1/BMP-2 cytokines can be released on demand from the BSC implanted into the defected bone via pulsed ultrasound(p-US)irradiation at optimized acoustic parameters,recruiting the endogenous BMSCs to the bone defected or BSC site.Accompanied by the daily p-US irradiation for 14 days,the alginate hydrogel was degraded,resulting in the exposure of ARS to these recruited host stem cells.Then another set of sinusoidal continuous wave ultrasound(s-US)irradiation was applied to excite the ARS intrinsic resonance,forming highly localized acoustic field around its surface and generating enhanced acoustic trapping force,by which these recruited endogenous stem cells would be captured on the scaffold,greatly promoting them to adhesively grow for in situ bone tissue regeneration.Our study provides a novel and effective strategy for in situ bone defect repairing through acoustically manipulating endogenous BMSCs. | Yanni He Fei Li Peng Jiang Feiyan Cai Qin Lin Meijun Zhou Hongmei Liu Fei Yan | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,3: | 1 |

| 6 | Effect of Temperature on the Carbon, Nitrogen, and Phosphorus Nutrient Budgets of Steelhead Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with Different Sizes显示文摘This study was performed to evaluate the effect of temperature on the carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)nu-trient budgets of adult steelhead trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)with different body sizes.A complete two-factor experiment was con-ducted at four temperatures,i.e.,9(T9),13(T13),16(T1℃℃℃6),and 19(T19);and three body sizes,℃i.e.,0.65 kg±0.02 kg(S1),1.22 kg±0.06 kg(S2),and 2.05 kg±0.09 kg(S3).The following properties of steelhead trout were determined:C,N,and P nutrient budgets;feed intake rate;fecal production rate;oxygen consumption rate;ammonia excretion rate;phosphorus excretion rate;scope of the growth of C,N,and P;and absorption efficiency of C,N,and P.Results showed no significant interaction between temperature and body size in terms of the nutrient budgets of steelhead trout.However,temperature and body size played important separate roles in the nutrient budgets except for the absorption efficiency of nitrogen.The feed intake rate,fecal production rate,ammonia excretion rate,phosphorus excretion rate,and scope of the growth of C,N,and P were the highest in the T16 treatments.The absorption effi-ciency of C and P decreased as temperature increased.Nonlinear multiple regression results indicated that 15 was the approximate℃optimal temperature for the feeding and growth of steelhead trout.The feed intake rate,fecal production rate,oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate,phosphorus excretion rate,and scope of the growth of C,N,and P per unit of the body weight of fish decreased as body size increased.The absorption efficiency of C increased as body weight increased,and the absorption efficiencies of P in the S2 and S3 treatments were significantly higher than those in the S1 treatment.During the culture of steelhead trout,the daily ratio should be adjusted with changes in the temperature and body size of fish.Furthermore,managers should focus on the risk of hypoxia at high water temperatures. | ZHANG Gong GAO Qinfeng ZHOU Yangen DONG Shuanglin WANG Meijun GAO Yonggang | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Catalytic combustion of toluene on Pt/Al_(2)O_(3) and Pd/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts with CeO_(2),CeO_(2)-Y_(2)O_(3) and La_(2)O_(3) as coatings显示文摘CeO_(2),La_(2)O_(3),and CeO_(2)-Y_(2)O_(3) oxides were coated on the surface of spherical granular AI_(2)O_(3)(3-5 mm)through impregnation method,and proved as better supports of Pd and Pt catalysts.The influences of rare earth metal doping on the adsorption rates of Pd and Pt ions,as well as the catalytic performance,were investigated.Results show that the H_(2)PtCl_(6)·6H_(2)O adsorption rates of the Al_(2)O_(3) carriers modified by Ce,La,and CeY increase significantly.These rare earth coatings can adsorb almost all H2PtCl_(6)·6H_(2)O in the solution.Compared with Pt/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst,Pt/Ce-AI_(2)O_(3) and Pt/CeY-AI_(2)O_(3) catalysts have better degradation performance for toluene,and the T_(90) temperatures are both about 147℃.According to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterization,Pt^(0)is an important active species for catalytic oxidation reaction of toluene.After CeO_(2)modification to the conventional Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst,the proportion of Pt^(0)increases from 74.5%to 82.1%.When the Pt^(0)content in the metal state is improved,the redox activity of the catalyst is promoted correspondingly. | Bing Zhou Quanli Ke Meijun Wen Tianbiao Ying Guokai Cui Ying Zhou Zhenyu Gu Hanfeng Lu | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,8: | 0 |
