1Optimal Weight and Parameter Estimation of Multi-structure and Unequal-Precision Data Fusion显示文摘Measured data fusion process is an effective way to improve the data process precision. In this paper,the fusion weight is firstly introduced, and then we study the optimal weight and parameter estimation using multistructure and unequal-precision data fusion. For the linear regression model, it is theoretically proved that the optimal weight is only related to the data measure precision,which is consistent with the classical Gauss-Markov theorem. 2Self-trapped exciton emission in inorganic copper(Ⅰ)metal halides显示文摘The broad emission and high photoluminescence quantum yield of self-trapped exciton(STE)radiative recombination emitters make them an ideal solution for single-substrate,white,solid-state lighting sources.Unlike impurities and defects in semiconductors,the formation of STEs requires a lattice distortion,along with strong electron–phonon coupling,in low electrondimensional materials.The photoluminescence of inorganic copper(Ⅰ)metal halides with low electron-dimensionality has been found to be the result of STEs.These materials were of significant interest because of their leadfree,all-inorganic structures,and high luminous efficiencies.In this paper,we summarize the luminescence characteristics of zero-and one-dimensional inorganic copper(I)metal halides with STEs to provide an overview of future research opportunities.Boyu ZHANG Xian WU Shuxing ZHOU Guijie LIANG Qingsong HU 2021Frontiers of Optoelectronics2021,14,4:1
3Self-supported porous copper oxide nanosheet arrays for efficient and selective electrochemical conversion of nitrate ions to nitrogen gas显示文摘Electrochemical techniques have shown advantages for the removal of low-concentration nitrate.Here,copper oxide nanosheets were grown on self-supporting nickel foam(NF)to prepare electrodes(CuO/NF),which realized the rapid and highly selective conversion of nitrate pollutants in sewage into nontoxic and harmless N_(2).The CuO/NF afforded 100%NO_(3)^(-)removal within 100 min and 99.53%selectivity for N_(2)at-50 mA without producing a lot of by-products(NO_(2)-,NH_(4)^(+),and N_(2)H_(4)).Furthermore,81.8%of NO_(3)^(-)was removed under the given conditions after six experimental repetitions.These results suggest that the cat-alyst has excellent electrochemical stability.The performance of CuO/NF for the electrocatalytic removal of NO_(3)^(-)in simulated wastewater(which contained Cl^(-) and SO_(4)^(2-))was almost unaffected.Because of the high efficiency,high stability,and low cost of CuO/NF,this catalyst is practical for the removal of nitrate for wastewater purification.Xue Li Xue Zhao Jiapei Lv Xiuxiu Jia Shuxing Zhou Yimin Huang Fengqin Chang Hucai Zhang Guangzhi Hu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6:1
4Effects of Strain Channel on Electron Irradiation Tolerance of InP-based HEMT Structures显示文摘The introduction of strain In_(x)Ga_(1-x)As channel with high In content increases the confinement of the two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG)and further improves the high-frequency performance of InGaAs/InAlAs/InP HEMTs.The effect of In_(x)Ga_(1-x)As channel with different In contents on electron irradiation tolerance of InP-based HEMT structures in terms of 2DEG mobility and density has been investigated.The experiment results show that,after the same high electron irradiation dose,the 2DEG mobility and density in InP-based HEMT structures with strain In_(x)Ga_(1-x)As(x>0.53)channel decrease more dramatically than that without strain In_(0.53)Ga_(0.47)As channel.Moreover,the degradation of 2DEG mobility and density becomes more severe as the increase of In content and strain in the In_(x)Ga_(1-x)As channel.The research results can provide some suggestions for the design of radiation-resistant InP-based HEMTs.FANG Renfeng CAO Wenyu WEI Yanfeng WANG Yin CHEN Chuanliang YAN Jiasheng XING Yan LIANG Guijie ZHOU Shuxing 2023原子能科学技术2023,57,12:0
5Fine-grained phosphors for red-emitting mini-LEDs with high efficiency and super-luminance显示文摘Mini-LED backlights,combining color conversion materials with blue mini-LED chips,promise traditional liquid crystal displays(LCDs)with higher luminance,better contrast,and a wider color gamut.However,as color conversion materials,quantum dots(QDs)are toxic and unstable,whereas commercially available inorganic phosphors are too big in size to combine with small mini-LED chips and also have strong size-dependence of quantum efficiency(QE)and reliability.In this work,we prepare fine-grained Sr_(2)Si_(5)N_(8):Eu^(2+)-based red phosphors with high efficiency and stability by treating commercially available phosphors with ball milling,centrifuging,and acid washing.The particle size of phosphors can be easily controlled by milling speed,and the phosphors with a size varying from 3.5 to 0.7 mm are thus obtained.The samples remain the same QE as the original ones(~80%)even when their particle size is reduced to 3.2-3.5 mm,because they contain fewer surface suspension bond defects.More importantly,SrBaSi_(5)N_(8):Eu^(2+)phosphors show a size-independent thermal quenching behavior and a zero thermal degradation.We demonstrate that red-emitting mini-LEDs can be fabricated by combining the SrBaSi_(5)N_(8):Eu^(2+)red phosphor(3.5 mm in size)with blue mini-LED chips,which show a high external quantum efficiency(EQE)of above 31%and a super-high luminance of 34.3 Mnits.It indicates that fine and high efficiency phosphors can be obtained by the proposed method in this work,and they have great potentials for use in mini-LED displays.Yu KANG Shuxing LI Rundong TIAN Guangzhu LIU Haorui DONG Tianliang ZHOU Rong-Jun XIE 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,9:0

7Miniaturized retractable thin-film sensor for wearable multifunctional respiratory monitoring显示文摘As extremely important physiological indicators,respiratory signals can often reflect or predict the depth and urgency of various diseases.However,designing a wearable respiratory monitoring system with convenience,excellent durability,and high precision is still an urgent challenge.Here,we designed an easy-fabricate,lightweight,and badge reel-like retractable selfpowered sensor(RSPS)with high precision,sensitivity,and durability for continuous detection of important indicators such as respiratory rate,apnea,and respiratory ventilation.By using three groups of interdigital electrode structures with phase differences,combined with flexible printed circuit boards(FPCBs)processing technology,a miniature rotating thin-film triboelectric nanogenerator(RTF-TENG)was developed.Based on discrete sensing technology,the RSPS has a sensing resolution of 0.13 mm,sensitivity of 7 P·mm^(−1),and durability more than 1 million stretching cycles,with low hysteresis and excellent anti-environmental interference ability.Additionally,to demonstrate its wearability,real-time,and convenience of respiratory monitoring,a multifunctional wearable respiratory monitoring system(MWRMS)was designed.The MWRMS demonstrated in this study is expected to provide a new and practical strategy and technology for daily human respiratory monitoring and clinical diagnosis.Chengyu Li Zijie Xu Shuxing Xu Tingyu Wang Siyu Zhou Zhuoran Sun Zhong Lin Wang Wei Tang 2023Nano Research2023,16,9:0
