1Simultaneously improving the EMI shielding performances and mechanical properties of CF/PEKK composites via MXene interfacial modification显示文摘In this study, two-dimensional MXene (Ti3 C2 Tx ) was employed to modify the interface of carbon fiber-reinforced polyetherketoneketone (CF/PEKK) composites, in order to simultaneously improve the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performances and mechanical properties. The obtained CF/PEKK composites possessed outstanding EMI and mechanical performances, as anticipated. Specifically, the CF/PEKK composites modified with MXene at 1 mg mL–1 exhibited an excellent EMI shielding effectiveness of 65.2 dB in the X-band, a 103.1% enhancement compared with the unmodified CF/PEKK composites. The attractive EMI shielding performances of CF/PEKK composites originated from enhanced ohmic losses and multiple reflections of electromagnetic waves with the help of the MXene and CF layers. In addition, CF/PEKK composites achieved the best mechanical properties by optimizing the dispersion concentration of MXene to 0.1 mg mL–1 . The flexural strength, flexural modulus, and interlaminar shear strength of CF/PEKK composites reached 1127 MPa, 81 GPa, and 89 MPa, which were 28.5%, 9.5%, and 29.7% higher than that of the unmodified CF/PEKK composites, respectively. 3Study on theoretical model for electrical explosion resistivity of Al/Ni reactive multilayer foil显示文摘Al/Ni reactive multilayer foil(RMF)possesses excellent comprehensive properties as a promising substitute for traditional Cu bridge.A theoretical resistivity model of Al/Ni RMF was developed to guide the optimization of EFIs.Al/Ni RMF with different bilayer thicknesses and bridge dimensions were prepared by MEMS technology and electrical explosion tests were carried out.According to physical and chemical reactions in bridge,the electrical explosion process was divided into 5 stages:heating of condensed bridge,vaporization and diffusion of Al layers,intermetallic combination reaction,intrinsic explosion,ionization of metal gases,which are obviously shown in measured voltage curve.Effects of interface and grain boundary scattering on the resistivity of film metal were considered.Focusing on variations of substance and state,the resistivity was developed as a function of temperature at each stage.Electrical explosion curves were calculated by this model at different bilayer thicknesses,bridge dimensions and capacitor voltages,which showed an excellent agreement with experimental ones.Zehao Wang Tao Wang Pengfei Xue Mingyu Li Qingxuan Zeng 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2:0
4Monocular vision and calculation of regular three-dimensional target pose based on Otsu and Haar-feature AdaBoost classifier显示文摘Using machine vision to identify and sort scattered regular targets is an urgent problem to be solved in automated production lines.This study proposed a three-dimensional(3D)recognition method combining monocular vision and machine learning algorithms.According to the color characteristics of the targets,to convert the original color picture into YCbCr mode and use the 2D Otsu algorithm to perform gray level image segmentation on the Cb channel.Then the Haar-feature training was carried out.The comparison of feature training and Haar method for Hough transform showed that the recognized time of Haar-feature AdaBoost trainer reached 31.00 ms,while its false recognized rate was 3.91%.The strong classifier was formed by weight combination,and the Hough contour transformation algorithm was set to correct the normal vector between plane coordinate and camera coordinate system.The monocular vision system ensured that the field of camera view had not obstructed while the dots were being struck.It was measured and calculated angles between targets and the horizontal plane which coordinate points of the identified plane feature.The testing results were compared with the Otsu and AdaBoost trainer where the prediction and training set have an error of no more than 0.25 mm.Its correct rate can reach 95%.It shows that the Otsu and Haar-feature based on AdaBoost algorithm is feasible within a certain error ranges and meet the engineering requirements for solving the poses of automated regular three-dimensional targets.Yuanhong Li Hongjun Wang Weiliang Zhou Zehao Xue 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,5:0
5Effect of cis/trans molecular structures on pyrolysis performance and heat sink of decalin isomers显示文摘Decalin is considered as an important compound of high-energy-density endothermic fuel,which is an ideal on-board coolant for thermal management of advanced aircraft.However,decalin contains two isomers with a tunable composition,and their effects on the pyrolysis performance,such as the heat sink and coking tendency have not been demonstrated.Herein,we investigated the pyrolysis of decalin isomers,i.e.,cis-decalin,trans-decalin and their mixtures(denoted as mix-decalin),in order to clarify the effects of the cis-/trans-structures on the pyrolysis performance of decalin fuels.The pyrolysis results confirmed that conversion of the tested fuels(600–725℃,4 MPa)decreased in the order cis-decalin>mix-decalin>trans-decalin.Detailed analyses of the pyrolysis products were used to compare the product distributions from cis-decalin,mix-decalin and trans-decalin,and the yields of some typical components(such as cyclohexene,1-methylcyclohexene,benzene and toluene)showed significant differences,which could be ascribed to deeper cracking of cis-decalin.Additionally,the heat sinks and coking tendencies of the decalins decreased in the order cis-decalin>mix-decalin>trans-decalin.This work demonstrates the relationship between the cis/trans structures and the pyrolysis performance of decalin,which provides a better understanding of the structure-activity relationships of endothermic hydrocarbon fuels.Qing Liu Kang Xue Tinghao Jia Zhouyang Shen Zehao Han Lun Pan Ji-Jun Zou Xiangwen Zhang 2024Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2024,18,1:0
6Observations of kinetic Alfvén waves and associated electron acceleration in the plasma sheet boundary layer显示文摘Kinetic Alfvén waves(KAWs),with a strong parallel disturbed electric field,play an important role in energy transport and particle acceleration in the magnetotail.On the basis of high-resolution observations of the Magnetospheric Multiscale(MMS)Mission,we present a detailed description of the acceleration process of electrons by KAWs in the plasma sheet boundary layer(PSBL).The MMS observed strong electromagnetic disturbances carrying a parallel disturbed electric field with an amplitude of up to 8 mV/m.The measured ratio of the electric to magnetic field perturbations was larger than the local Alfvén speed and was enhanced as the frequency increased,consistent with the theoretical predictions for KAWs.This evidence indicates that the electromagnetic disturbances should be identified as KAWs.During the KAWs,the energy flux of electrons at energies above 1 keV in the parallel and anti-parallel directions are significantly enhanced,implying occurrences of electron beams at higher energies.Additionally,the KAWs became more electrostaticlike and filled with high-frequency ion acoustic waves.The energy enhancement of electron beams is in accordance with the derived work done with the observed parallel disturbed electric field of KAWs,indicating electron acceleration caused by KAWs.Therefore,these results provide direct evidence of electron acceleration by KAWs embodying electrostatic ion acoustic waves in the PSBL.ZeHao Zhang ZhiGang Yuan ShiYong Huang XiongDong Yu ZuXiang Xue Dan Deng Zheng Huang 2022Earth and Planetary Physics2022,6,5:0
