| 2 | Chinese expert recommendations on ketogenic diet therapy for super-refractory status epilepticus显示文摘Super-refractory status epilepticus(SRSE)is a serious and life-threatening neurological condition.Ketogenic diet(KD)is a diet characterized by high fat,low carbohydrate,and moderate protein.As KD shows effectiveness in controlling seizures in more than half of SRSE patients,it can be a treatment option for SRSE.Currently,KD treatment for SRSE is based on personal experience and observational evidence has been published.In the context of a lack of a validated guideline,we convened a multicenter expert panel within the China Association Against Epilepsy(CAAE)Ketogenic Diet Commission to work out the Chinese expert recommendations on KD for SRSE.We summarize and discuss the latest clinical practice of KD for SRSE in critical care settings.Recommendations are given on patient selection,the timing of KD,diet implementation,and follow-up.More research data are needed in this area to support better clinical practice. | Xin Tong Qianyun Cai Dezhi Cao Lifei Yu Dan Sun Guang Yang Jiwen Wang Hua Li Zengning Li Juan Wang Shaoping Huang Meiping Ding Fang Fang Qun Wang Rong Luo Jianxiang Liao Jiong Qin | 2022 | Acta Epileptologica2022，5，1： | 0 |

| 4 | Numerical investigation of positive dihedral application conditions in compressor cascades显示文摘This study attempts to make a contribution to the understanding of dihedral application conditions and their aerodynamic mechanisms.The present efforts have finished contrastive investigations on several dihedral blades to their corresponding straight ones with different geometric or aerodynamic conditions including aspect ratio,solidity,aerofoil turning angle,inlet boundary layer configuration and inlet Mach number.A dihedral with the angle between the suction side and the endwall to be obtuse,i.e.,positive dihedral,is chosen.The result reveals the dihedral application conditions consist of aerofoil turning angle,inlet boundary layer,inlet Mach number and so on.The further analysis indicates:in a transonic cascade,two considerations are needed on the contrastive relationship between intensities of the two shocks,namely detached shock and passage shock,and the interaction of the shocks with the corner separation. | Detang Zengn Meiyuan Li Yongjun Zhang Chunqing Tan | 2015 | Propulsion and Power Research2015，4，2： | 0 |
