1A smart assistance system for cable assembly by combining wearable augmented reality with portable visual inspection显示文摘Background Assembly guided by paper documents is the most widespread type used in the process of aircraft cable assembly.This process is very complicated and requires assembly workers with high-level skills.The technologies of wearable Augmented Reality(AR)and portable visual inspection can be exploited to improve the efficiency and the quality of cable assembly.Methods In this study,we propose a smart assistance system for cable assembly that combines wearable AR with portable visual inspection.Specifically,a portable visual device based on binocular vision and deep learning is developed to realize fast detection and recognition of cable brackets that are installed on aircraft airframes.A Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is then developed to read the texts on cables after images are acquired from the camera of the wearable AR device.An authoring tool that was developed to create and manage the assembly process is proposed to realize visual guidance of the cable assembly process based on a wearable AR device.The system is applied to cable assembly on an aircraft bulkhead prototype.Results The results show that this system can recognize the number,types,and locations of brackets,and can correctly read the text of aircraft cables.The authoring tool can assist users who lack professional programming experience in establishing a process plan,i.e.,assembly outline based on AR for cable assembly.Conclusions The system can provide quick assembly guidance for aircraft cable with texts,images,and a 3 D model.It is beneficial for reducing the dependency on paper documents,labor intensity,and the error rate.Lianyu ZHENG Xinyu LIU Zewu AN Shufei LI Renjie ZHANG 2020Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2020,2,1:5
2Fuzzy intelligent control method for improving flight attitude stability of plant protection quadrotor UAV显示文摘At present,the attitude control method of plant protection UAV is the classical PID control,but there are some imperfections in the PID control,such as the contradiction between speediness and overshoot,the weak anti-jamming ability and adaptability.The physical parameters of plant protection UAV are time-varying,and the airflow also interferes with it.The control ability of classical PID is limited,and its control parameters are fixed,and its anti-jamming ability and adaptability are not strong.Therefore,a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is proposed in this paper.Fuzzy logic control is used to optimize the control parameters of PID in order to improve the dynamic and static performance and adaptability of attitude control of plant protection UAV.In the process of research,the mathematical model of UAV is established firstly,then the fuzzy adaptive PID is designed,and then the simulation is carried out in Simulink.The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has better dynamic and static control performance and adaptability than the traditional PID controller.Therefore,the proposed control method has excellent application value in the attitude of plant protection UAV.Zhihui He Wanlin Gao Xiongkui He Minjuan Wang Yunling Liu Yue Song Zewu An 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6:1
3大肠癌患者外周血CK19和MUC-1mRNA水平及其临床意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: Using nested reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(Nested RT-PCR) to test the mRNA level in peripheral blood CK19 and MUC-1 in colorectal cancer patients and it's clinical significance, to discuss the feasibility of colorectal carcinoma micro-metastasis detection of molecular markers. Methods: The expression level was detected by nested RT-PCR in 20 healthy people, 20 patients with colorectal adenoma and 90 cases of patients with colorectal cancer disease peripheral blood CK19 mRNA and MUC-1 mRNA. Results: The positive expression rate of CK19 mRNA and MUC-1 mRNA were: 58.89%(53/90) and 52.22%(47/90). No CK19 mRNA healthy people 20 cases in the control group in the peripheral blood, the expression of MUC-1 mRNA in 12 cases, the expression rate of 60%(12/20). In 20 cases of colorectal adenoma diseases have the expression of CK19 mRNA in 1 cases, the expression rate of 5%(1/20), the expression of MUC-1 mRNA in 10 cases, the expression rate of 50%. Patients with colorectal cancer CK19 mRNA, MUC-1 mRNA expression rate was significantly correlated with tumor staging, the degree of differentiation of the tumor cells and tumor metastasis(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Marker CK19 mRNA as the detection of micro-metastasis in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer has good sensitivity and specificity, but CK19 mRNA, MUC-1 mRNA can be used to judge the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer index.Qian Wang Jie Liu Zewu An 2014The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2014,13,7:0
