1A smart assistance system for cable assembly by combining wearable augmented reality with portable visual inspection显示文摘Background Assembly guided by paper documents is the most widespread type used in the process of aircraft cable assembly. This process is very complicated and requires assembly workers with high-level skills. The technologies of wearable Augmented Reality(AR)and portable visual inspection can be exploited to improve the efficiency and the quality of cable assembly. Methods In this study,we propose a smart assistance system for cable assembly that combines wearable AR with portable visual inspection.Specifically,a portable visual device based on binocular vision and deep learning is developed to realize fast detection and recognition of cable brackets that are installed on aircraft airframes.A Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is then developed to read the texts on cables after images are acquired from the camera of the wearable AR device. An authoring tool that was developed to create and manage the assembly process is proposed to realize visual guidance of the cable assembly process based on a wearable AR device. The system is applied to cable assembly on an aircraft bulkhead prototype. Results The results show that this system can recognize the number, types, and locations of brackets, and can correctly read the text of aircraft cables. The authoring tool can assist users who lack professional programming experience in establishing a process plan,i.e.,assembly outline based on AR for cable assembly. Conclusions The system can provide quick assembly guidance for aircraft cable with texts, images, and a 3 D model. It is beneficial for reducing the dependency on paper documents, labor intensity, and the error rate.Lianyu ZHENG Xinyu LIU Zewu AN Shufei LI Renjie ZHANG 2020Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2020,2,1:5
2Hypoxia induces T-cell apoptosis by inhibiting chemokine C receptor 7 expression:the role of adenosine receptor A2显示文摘Hypoxia is a major characteristic of the tumor microenvironment, and its effects on immune cells are proposed to be important factors for the process of tumor immune escape. It has been reported that hypoxia affects the function of dendritic cells and the antitumor function of T cells. Here we discuss the effects of hypoxia on T-cell survival. Our results showed that hypoxia induced apoptosis of T cells.Adenosine and adenosine receptors(AR)are important to the hypoxia-related signaling pathway.Using AR agonists and antagonists,we demonstrated that hypoxia-induced apoptosis of T cells was mediated by A^(2a)and A^(2b)receptors.Furthermore,we are the first,to our knowledge,to report that hypoxia significantly inhibited the expression of chemokine C receptor 7(CCR7)of T cells via the A^(2)R signal pathway, perhaps representing a mechanism of hypoxia-induced apoptosis of T cells.Collectively, our research demonstrated that hypoxia induces T-cell apoptosis by the A^(2)R signaling pathway partly by suppressing CCR7.Blocking the A^(2)R signaling pathway and/or activation of CCR7 can increase the anti-apoptosis function of T cells and may become a new strategy to improve antitumor potential.Jintang Sun Yan Zhang Meixiang Yang Yun Zhang Qi Xie Zewu Li Zhaogang Dong Yongmei Yang Biping Deng Alei Feng Weixu Hu Haiting Mao Xun Qu 2010Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,1:3
3Contribution of Temperature Increase to Restrain the Transmission of COVID-19显示文摘The COVID-19 outbreak has already become a global pandemic and containing this rapid worldwide transmission is of great challenge. The impacts of temperature and humidity on the COVID-19 transmission rate are still under discussion. Here,we elucidated these relationships by utilizing two unique scenarios, repeated measurement and natural experiment, using the COVID-19 cases reported from January 23–February 21,2020,in China. The modeling results revealed that higher temperature was most strongly associated with decreased COVID-19 transmission at a lag time of 8 days.Relative humidity(RH)appeared to have only a slight effect. These findings were verified by assessing SARSCoV-2 infectivity under the relevant conditions of temperature(4C–37C)and RH(>40%).We concluded that temperature increase made an important, but not determined, contribution to restrain the COVID19 outbreak in China. It suggests that the emphasis of other effective controlling polices should be strictly implemented to restrain COVID19 transmission in cold seasons.Mengyuan Ren Rongjuan Pei Bahabaike Jiangtulu Junxi Chen Tao Xue Guofeng Shen Xiaoru Yuan Kexin Li Changxin Lan Zhen Chen Xinwen Chen Yun Wang Xiaoqian Jia Zewu Li Audil Rashid Tippawan Prapamontol Xiuge Zhao Zhaomin Dong Yali Zhang Le Zhang Rongwei Ye Zhiwen Li Wuxiang Guan Bin Wang 2021The Innovation2021,2,1:2
4Clinical Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic Among the Uninfected Pregnant Women—6 PLADs,China,2019−2020显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic? The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic potentially affected prenatal care quality and maternal and fetal outcomes globally. What is added by this report?During COVID-19 pandemic period, the rates of caesarean sections(CS)and preterm birth for uninfected pregnant women increased slightly in areas that were relatively severely impacted by the pandemic in China.Bin Wang Hang An Huanqing Hu Wei Zhao Bahabaike Jiangtulu Shuo Wang Jiamei Wang Junxi Chen Manman Long Zewu Li Yu Jin Yuhuan Li Huiting Chen Tao Xue Xiqing Li Kexin Li Wei Du Suhong Gao Jiangli Di Xiaohong Liu Rongwei Ye Zhiwen Li 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,10:0
