2DRNet:Towards fast,accurate and practical dish recognition显示文摘Existing algorithms of dish recognition mainly focus on accuracy with predefined classes,thus limiting their application scope.In this paper,we propose a practical two-stage dish recognition framework(DRNet)that yields a tradeoff between speed and accuracy while adapting to the variation in class numbers.In the first stage,we build an arbitrary-oriented dish detector(AODD)to localize dish position,which can effectively alleviate the impact of background noise and pose variations.In the second stage,we propose a dish reidentifier(DReID)to recognize the registered dishes to handle uncertain categories.To further improve the accuracy of DRNet,we design an attribute recognition(AR)module to predict the attributes of dishes.The attributes are used as auxiliary information to enhance the discriminative ability of DRNet.Moreover,pruning and quantization are processed on our model to be deployed in embedded environments.Finally,to facilitate the study of dish recognition,a well-annotated dataset is established.Our AODD,DReID,AR,and DRNet run at about 14,25,16,and 5 fps on the hardware RKNN 3399 pro,respectively.CHENG SiYuan CHU BinFei ZHONG BiNeng ZHANG ZiKai LIU Xin TANG ZhenJun LI XianXian 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,12:1

5The effect of three dimensional model printing for treating complex acetabular fractures显示文摘Purpose:Our goal was to evaluate the effect of three dimensional model printing for treating complex acetabular fractures,especially focusing on duration of operation,blood loss,and quality of reduction.Methods:From 2012 to 2015,sixty consecutive cases with complex acetabular fractures were sampled using stratified random sampling and equally divided into two groups,the non-3-D group using X-rays and computed tomography(CT)scans for pre-operative planning,and the 3-D group using X-rays,CT scans and three dimensional model printing for pre-operative planning and simulation surgery by surgeons.The nurse recorded the duration of the operation and blood loss.The quality of reduction was evaluated by one surgeon who was not the treating physician.Results:All operations were completed by the same senior surgeon.The mean operative time was longer in the non-3-D group as compared to the 3-D,the difference was statistically significant.Average blood loss was(447.7±48.3)ml and(404.3±63.2)ml,respectively for the non-3-D and 3-D groups,also was more in the non-3-D group and there is a statistically significant difference.According to the Matta classification,radiographic grades were excellent in 10,good in 9,and poor in 11 of the non-3-D group and excellent in 18,good in 9,poor in 3 in the 3-D group,The quality of reduction was better in the 3-D group and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Three dimensional printed models can be used in pre-operative planning and surgery simulation.The models are beneficial for reducing operating time and blood loss,increasing the quality of reduction.王虎 Zhang Kun Zhang Binfei Wei Xing Fu YaHui Wei Wei Cong Yuxuan Lei Jinlai Liu Ping Li Zhong Zhuang Yan 2022美中国际创伤杂志2022,21,1:0
6Experimental and Numerical Studies on the Diffusion of CO2 from Oil to Water显示文摘Injecting CO2 into oil reservoirs can improve the oil recovery,meanwhile achieve CO2 storage.The diffusion of CO2 in oil-water systems has a substantial impact on this process.The interface significantly affects the mass transfer of CO2 between oil and water phase.In this paper,based on the determination of the CO2 diffusion coefficient in oil or water phases,the diffusion processes of CO2 from oil to water were experimentally investigated under different pressures.A numerical method was proposed to calculate the pressure drop and the diffusion coefficient in the process of CO2 diffusion from oil to water.The experimental results indicated that the CO2 diffusion coefficient in oil or water increased rapidly with pressure up to the critical pressure of CO2 and gradually slowed down thereafter.The CO2 diffusion from oil to water was much slower than that in oil or water.The diffusion coefficient of CO2 from oil to water was one magnitude lower than that in the single liquid phase of oil or water,and the effect of pressure was not significant.Based on the diffusion coefficient of CO2 in a single liquid phase and the proposed numerical method,the pressure drop and the numerical diffusion coefficient in the process of CO2 diffusion from oil to water were calculated.The relative errors between the experimental and numerical results were within 9%.Therefore,the numerical method proposed herein can be used to predict the diffusion process of CO2 from oil to water and the diffusion coefficient associated with this process.LI Binfei ZHANG Qiliang CAO Aiqing BAI Hao XU Jianguo 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1:0
