1Hydroxysafflor yellow A improves learning and memory in a rat model of vascular dementia by increasing VEGF and NR1 in the hippocampus显示文摘Hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA) has angiogenesisregulating and neuro-protective effects, but its effects on vascular dementia(VaD) are unknown. In this study, 30 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly allocated to five groups: normal, sham-operation, VaD alone(bilateral carotid artery occlusion), VaD plus saline(control), and VaD plus HSYA. One week after operation, the HSYA group received one daily tail-vein injection of 0.6 mg/100 g HSYA for two weeks. Five weeks after operation, the spatial memory of all five groups was evaluated by the water maze task, and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus was assessed by the long-term potentiation(LTP) method. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and N-methyl-Daspartic acid receptor 1(NR1) expression in the hippocampus was detected via Western blot. We found that, compared with the group with VaD alone, the group with HSYA had a reduced escape latency in the water maze(P <0.05), and the LTP at CA3-CA1 synapses in the hippocampus was enhanced(P <0.05). Western blot in the late-phase VaD group showed slight up-regulation of VEGF and downregulation of NR1 in the hippocampus, while HSYA significantly up-regulated both VEGF and NR1. 7Nonlinear Dynamic Characteristics of the Vectored Thruster AUV in Complex Sea Conditions显示文摘The mobility of the vectored thruster AUV in different environment is the important premise of control system design. The new type of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) equipped with rudders and vectored thrusters which are combined to control the course is studied. Firstly, Euler angles representation and quaternion method are applied to establish six-DOF kinematic model respectively, then Newton second law and Lagrangian approach are used to deduce the vectored thruster AUV's nonlinear dynamic equations with six degrees of freedom (DOF) respectively in complex sea conditions based on the random wave theory according to the structural and kinetic characteristics of the vectored thruster AUV in this paper. The kinematic models and dynamic models based on different theories have the same expression and conclusion, which shows that the kinematic models and dynamic models of the vectored thruster AUV are accurate. The Runge-Kutta arithmetic is used to solve the dynamic equations, which not only can simulate the motions such as cruise and hover but also can describe the vehicle's low-frequency and high-frequency motion. The results of computation show that the mobility of the vectored thruster AUV in interference-free environment and the integrated signals including low-frequency motion signal and high-frequency motion signal in environmental disturbance accord with practical situation, which not only solve the problem of especial singularities when the pitch angle θ = ±90° but also clears up the difficulties of computation and display of the coupled nonlinear motion equations in complex sea conditions. 8Dual-axial self-attention network for text classification显示文摘Text classification is an important task in natural language processing and numerous studies aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of text classification models. In this study, we propose an effective and efficient text classification model which is based on self-attention solely. The recently proposed multidimensional self-attention significantly improved the performance of self-attention. However, existing models suffer from two major limitations:(1) the previous multi-dimensional self-attention models are quite timeconsuming;(2) the dependencies of elements along the feature axis are not taken into account. To overcome these problems, in this paper, a much more computational efficient multi-dimensional self-attention model is proposed, and two parallel self-attention modules, called dual-axial self-attention, are applied to capture rich dependencies along the feature axis as well as the text axis. 13A Preliminary Review on the Metallogeny of Pb-Zn Deposits in China显示文摘Lead and zinc resources are abundant in China, with the reserves of 100 million tons ranking only second in the world. There are more than 3000 lead-zinc mine areas nationwide. The classification of lead-zinc(Pb-Zn) deposits has been a highly controversial issue. From the standpoint of evaluating the potential of mineral resources, we construct a Pb-Zn deposit predictive type of classification scheme, and propose a Pb-Zn deposit comprehensive classification scheme(including 5 classes and 13 sub-types) that regards mineralization as the primary factor and the ore rock as secondary. According to the temporal and spatial distribution of Pb-Zn deposits, we conclude that a multi-period, multi-cycle orogenic environment is the most favorable for lead-zinc deposit growth, that the Proterozoic is the major eon for the growth of igneous-type deposits, the Paleozoic is an important development era for sedimentary Pb-Zn deposits, and the Mesozoic and Cenozoic are the heyday eras of magmatic type lead-zinc deposits.
