1A reactive oxygen species burst causes haploid induction in maize显示文摘Haploid induction (HI) is an important tool in crop breeding. Phospholipase A1 (ZmPLA1)/NOT LIKE DAD (NLD)/MATRILINEAL (MTL) is a key gene controlling HI in maize;however, the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear. In this study, to dissect why loss of ZmPLA1 function could mediate HI we performed a comprehensive multiple omics analysis of zmpla1 mutant anthers by integrating transcriptome, metabolome, quantitative proteome, and protein modification data. Functional classes of significantly enriched or differentially abundant molecular entities were found to be associated with the oxidative stress response, suggesting that a reactive oxygen species (ROS) burst plays a critical role in HI. In support of this, we further discovered that a simple chemical treatment of pollen with ROS reagents could lead to HI. Moreover, we identified ZmPOD65, which encodes a sperm-specific peroxidase, as a new gene controlling HI. 2Response of PM_(2.5)-bound elemental species to emission variations and associated health risk assessment during the COVID-19 pandemic in a coastal megacity显示文摘The coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic is disrupting the world from many aspects.In this study,the impact of emission variations on PM_(2.5)-bound elemental species and health risks associated to inhalation exposure has been analyzed based on real-time measurements at a remote coastal site in Shanghai during the pandemic.Most trace elemental species decreased significantly and displayed almost no diel peaks during the lockdown.After the lockdown,they rebounded rapidly,of which V and Ni even exceeded the levels before the lockdown,suggesting the recovery of both inland and shipping activities.Five sources were identified based on receptor modeling.Coal combustion accounted for more than 70%of the measured elemental concentrations before and during the lockdown.Shipping emissions,fugitive/mineral dust,and waste incineration all showed elevated contributions after the lockdown.The total non-carcinogenic risk(HQ)for the target elements exceeded the risk threshold for both children and adults with chloride as the predominant species contributing to HQ.Whereas,the total carcinogenic risk(TR)for adults was above the acceptable level and much higher than that for children.Waste incineration was the largest contributor to HQ,while manufacture processing and coal combustion were the main sources of TR.Lockdown control measures were beneficial for lowering the carcinogenic risk while unexpectedly increased the non-carcinogenic risk.From the perspective of health effects,priorities of control measures should be given to waste incineration,manufacture processing,and coal combustion.A balanced way should be reached between both lowering the levels of air pollutants and their health risks.Guochen Wang Kan Huang Qingyan Fu Jia Chen Juntao Huo Qianbiao Zhao Yusen Duan Yanfen Lin Fan Yang Wenjie Zhang Hao Li Jian Xu Xiaofei Qin Na Zhao Congrui Deng 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12:2
3Dehydration property of Shrimp(Pandalus borealis)undergoing heat-pump drying process显示文摘Peeled,headed or whole shrimp(Pandalus borealis)was dried in a heat-pump dryer at-2-0℃and 20℃,respectively,and desorption isotherms characterizing the dehydration property of each shrimp sample group were determined.Desorption isotherms of shrimp handled differently and dried at different temperatures(-2-0℃or 20℃)could be well described by Oswin’s model(X=a(1-a_(w)/a_(w))).The regression model of peeled,headed or whole shrimp was established,which is reliable for predicting the desorption isotherms of shrimp undergoing heat-pump drying.The handling methods of shrimp exhibit measurable influence on desorption isotherms of shrimp,whereas drying temperature(-2-0℃or 20℃)has little influence on the constants of a and n in Oswin’s model,of whole shrimp,even though it has certain influence on these constants of peeled and headed shrimp.For heat-pump drying,headed shrimp may have a better stability than peeled or whole shrimp due to the best stability.Zhang Guochen Sigurjón Arason Sveinn VíkingurÁrnason 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,4:2

7Freeze and microwave vacuum combination drying technique for sea cucumber显示文摘To improve the quality and efficiency of sea cucumber drying,an orthogonal experiment of freeze and microwave vacuum combination drying technique was carried out.Factors and levels were FD time of conversion point(8 h,16 h and 24 h),initial microwave power density(1.7 W/g,2.0 W/g and 2.3 W/g)and microwave intermittent ratio(12s-on/18s-off,14s-on/16s-off and 20s-on/10s-off).Results showed that the optimal parameters of FD-MVD were 8 h FD conversion point,1.7 W/g initial microwave power density,12 s-on/18 s-off microwave intermittent ratio,and the maximum rehydration rate of 280.71%,the lowest shrinkage rate of 14.48%,the least drying time of 9.25 h and energy consumption of 77316 kJ could be obtained.Zhang Qian Zhang Guochen Mu Gang Liu Yue 2012International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2012,5,3:1

15Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging-based evaluation of optic-radiation shape and position in meningioma显示文摘Employing magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging, three-dimensional white-matter imaging and conventional magnetic resonance imaging can demonstrate the tumor parenchyma, peritumoral edema and compression on surrounding brain tissue. A color-coded tensor map and three-dimensional tracer diagram were applied to clearly display the optic-radiation location, course and damage. Results showed that the altered anisotropy values of meningioma patients corresponded with optic-radiation shape, size and position on both sides. 17The chemical environment and structural ordering in liquid Mg-Y-Zn system:An ab-initio molecular dynamics investigation of melt for the formation mechanism of LPSO structure显示文摘In an effort to clarify the formation mechanism of LPSO structure in Mg-Y-Zn alloy,the chemical environment and structural ordering in liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y-Zn system are investigated with the aid of ab-initio molecular dynamics simulation.In liquid Mg-rich Mg-Y alloys,the strong Mg-Y interaction is determined,which promotes the formation of fivefold symmetric local structure.For Mg-Zn alloys,the weak Mg-Zn interaction results in the fivefold symmetry weakening in the liquid structure.Due to the coexistence of Y and Zn,the strong attractive interaction is introduced in liquid Mg-Y-Zn ternary alloy,and contributes to the clustering of Mg,Y,Zn launched from Zn.What is more,the distribution of local structures becomes closer to that in pure Mg compared with that in binary Mg-Y and Mg-Zn alloys.These results should relate to the origins of the Y/Zn segregation zone and close-packed stacking mode in LPSO structure,which provides a new insight into the formation mechanism of LPSO structure at atomic level.Tangpeng Ma Jin Wang Kaiming Cheng Chengwei Zhan Jixue Zhou Jingyu Qin Guochen Zhao Xinfang Zhang 2024Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2024,12,2:0
18The giant tin polymetallic mineralization in southwest China:Integrated geochemical and isotopic constraints and implications for Cretaceous tectonomagmatic event显示文摘The Gejiu-Bozushan-Laojunshan W-Sn polymetallic metallogenic belt(GBLB)in southeast Yunnan Province is an important part of the southwestern Yangtze Block in South China.Tin polymetallic mineralization in this belt includes the Niusipo,Malage,Songshujiao,Laochang and Kafang ore fields in the Gejiu area which are spatially and temporally associated with the Kafang-Laochang and Songshujiao granite plutons.These granites are characterized by variable A/CNK values(mostly>1.1,except for two samples with 1.09),high contents of SiO2(74.38-76.84 wt.%)and Al2 O3(12.46-14.05 wt.%)and variable CaO/Na2 O ratios(0.2-0.65)as well as high zirconδ18O values(7.74‰-9.86‰),indicative of S-type affinities.These rocks are depleted in Rb,Th,U,Ti,LREE[(La/Yb)N=1.4-20.51],Ba,Nb,Sr,and Ti and display strong negative Eu and Ba anomalies.The rocks possess high Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba ratios,relatively low initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios(0.6917-0.7101),and less radiogenicεNd(t)values(-8.0 to-9.1).The zircon grains from these rocks show negativeεHf(t)values in the range of-3.7 to-9.9 with mean TDM2(Nd)and TDM2(Hf)values of 1.57 Ga and 1.55 Ga.They show initial 207Pb/204Pb ranging from15.69 to 15.71 and 206Pb/204Pb from 18.36 to 18.70.Monazite from Songshujiao granites exhibits higher U and lower Th/U ratios,lowerδ18O values and higherεHf(t)values than those of the zircon grains in the KafangLaochang granites.The geochemical and isotopic features indicate that the Laochang-Kafang granites originated by partial melting of Mesoproterozoic crustal components including biotite-rich metapelite and metagraywacke,whereas the Songshujiao granites were derived from Mesoproterozoic muscovite-rich metapelite crustal source.Most zircon grains from the Songshujiao,Laochang and Kafang granites have high-U concentrations and their SIMS U-Pb ages show age scatter from 81.6 Ma to 88.6 Ma,80.7 Ma to 86.1 Ma and 82.3 Ma to 87.0 Ma,suggesting formation earlier than the monazite and cassiterite.Monazite SIMS U-Pb ages and Th-Pb ages of three same granite samples are consistent and show yielded 206 Pb/238U ages of 83.7±0.6 Ma,83.7±0.6 Ma,and 83.4±0.6 Ma,and 208Pb/232Th ages of 83.2±0.5 Ma,83.8±0.4 Ma,and 83.5±0.9 Ma,which are within the range of the SIMS zircon U-Pb ages from these rocks.The data constrain the crystallization of the granites at ca.83 Ma.In situ U-Pb dating of two cassiterite samples from the cassiterite-sulfide ore in the Songshujiao ore field and Kafang ore field,and two from the cassiterite-oxide+cassiterite bearing dolomite in the Laochang ore field yielded weighted mean 206 Pb/238U ages of 83.5±0.4 Ma(MSWD=0.6),83.5±0.4 Ma(MSWD=0.5),83.6±0.4 Ma(MSWD=0.6)and 83.2±0.7 Ma(MSWD=0.6),respectively.Combined with geological characteristics,the new geochronological data indicate that the formation of the granites and Sn polymetallic deposits are coeval.We correlate the magmatic and metallogenic event with lithospheric thinning and asthenosphere upwelling in continental extension setting in relation to the eastward subduction of the Neo-Tethys beneath the Sanjiang tectonic domain during Late Cretaceous.Yanbin Liu Lifei Zhang Xuanxue Mo M.Santosh Guochen Dong Hongying Zhou 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,5:0
19Study on the Optimization of Extraction Technology of Rose laevigate Michx. Polysaccharides and Its in vitro Antioxidant Activity显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to optimize the optimal process conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Rose laevigate Michx.with hot water.[Methods]The extraction rate of R.laevigate was used as an evaluation index,and extraction temperature,material-to-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times were selected as influencing factors.On the basis of single factor tests,L 9(34)orthogonal tests were carried out for optimization,and the content of polysaccharides was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method.The in vitro antioxidant activity of the extracted R.laevigate polysaccharides was studied.[Results]The effects of various influencing factors on the extraction rate of R.laevigate polysaccharides ranked as material-liquid ratio>extraction temperature>extraction times>extraction time.The optimal extraction process was extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 2 h,and material-to-liquid ratio 1∶25,extraction times 3 times,under which the extraction rate was(9.55±0.12)%.R.laevigate polysaccharides had certain scavenging capacities of DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals,and its scavenging capacity of DPPH free radicals was better than that of hydroxyl free radicals.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the extraction process of R.laevigate polysaccharides and the in-depth development and application of polysaccharides.Guochen HU Han LIU Qianqian TANG Li CHENG Chenzhong JIN Yunyun ZHOU Xuejiao ZHANG Guiying LIU 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,6:0
20Localized in‑situ deposition:a new dimension to control in fabricating surface micro/nano structures via ultrafast laser ablation显示文摘Controllable fabrication of surface micro/nano structures is the key to realizing surface functionalization for various applications.As a versatile approach,ultrafast laser ablation has been widely studied for surface micro/nano structuring.Increasing research eforts in this feld have been devoted to gaining more control over the fabrication processes to meet the increasing need for creation of complex structures.In this paper,we focus on the in-situ deposition process following the plasma formation under ultrafast laser ablation.From an overview perspective,we frstly summarize the diferent roles that plasma plumes,from pulsed laser ablation of solids,play in diferent laser processing approaches.Then,the distinctive in-situ deposition process within surface micro/nano structuring is highlighted.Our experimental work demonstrated that the in-situ deposition during ultrafast laser surface structuring can be controlled as a localized micro-additive process to pile up secondary ordered structures,through which a unique kind of hierarchical structure with fort-like bodies sitting on top of micro cone arrays were fabricated as a showcase.The revealed laser-matter interaction mechanism can be inspiring for the development of new ultrafast laser fabrication approaches,adding a new dimension and more fexibility in controlling the fabrication of functional surface micro/nano structures.Peixun Fan Guochen Jiang Xinyu Hu Lizhong Wang Hongjun Zhang Minlin Zhong 2023Frontiers of Optoelectronics2023,16,4:0
