1Intelligent and efficient development of wireless networks:A review of cognitive radio networks显示文摘Facing the challenges on how to improve spectrum efficiency and how to realize heterogeneous network convergence in future wireless networks,a cognitive radio network(CRN) is proposed as one of the solutions.This has become a major research topic in recent years and it is timely to give an overview of the development of CRN and to summarize key issues and technologies.The fundamental concepts of CRN,including the cognitive cycle model,the network architecture,and the cognitive ability and intelligent decision functions,are introduced in detail based on recent advances.Key issues for each topic,followed with recent research on theory and method,are then classified and the industrialization developments of CRN testbeds based on TD-LTE cellular system and standards are briefly presented.Finally,conclusions are reached on the perspectives and directions of future development.ZHANG Ping LIU Yang FENG ZhiYong ZHANG QiXun LI Qian XU Ding 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,28:15
2In-situ fabrication of particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites under high-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field显示文摘Pulsed magnetic field is generated when imposing pulse signal on high-frequency magnetic field. Distribution of the inner magnetic intensity in induction coils tends to be uniform. Furthermore oscillation and disturbance phenomena appear in the melt. In-situ Al2O3 and Al3Zr particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites have been synthesized by direct melt reaction using Al-Zr(CO3)2 components under a foreign field. The size of reinforced particulates is 2-3 μm. They are well distributed in the matrix. 3Reconfiguration decision making in cognitive wireless network显示文摘Facing the challenges of dynamic adaptation capabilities in the time-varying environment of cognitive wireless networks(CWNs),we introduce reconfiguration capabilities that flexibly and dynamically adapt to changing wireless environments and service requirements.As an essential characteristic of CWNs,the cognitive reconfiguration can meet user requirements,realize interoperability between heterogeneous networks,make full use of radio resources and adapt to time-varying environments to achieve end-to-end requirements.However,the reconfiguration implementation is still challenging due to the need for complex environment cognition,multi-objective optimization,autonomic decision-making and end-to-end requirement extraction.As an intelligent technology for solving complex issues,we apply adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) techniques in this paper to address these challenges in cognitive reconfiguration for self-learning and optimal decision making based on multi-domain cognition results.Moreover,this paper designs a generic ANFIS cognitive reconfiguration system including three functional entities,which are the context management module,multi-domain database and ANFIS optimization module.Finally,numerous results prove the effective performance improvements of the ANFIS based reconfiguration solution in CWN for global end-to-end goals.ZHANG Ping HE Qian FENG ZhiYong ZHANG QiXun 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,28:5
4From structural ceramics to 2D materials with multi-applications:A review on the development from MAX phases to MXenes显示文摘MAX phases(Ti_(3)SiC_(2),Ti_(3)AIC_(2),V_(2)AlC,TiqAlN_(3),etc.)are layered ternary carbides/nitrides,which are generally processed and researched as structure ceramics.Selectively removing A layer from MAX phases,MXenes(Ti_(3)C_(2),V_(2)C,Mo_(2)C,etc.)with two-dimensional(2D)structure can be prepared.The MXenes are electrically conductive and hydrophilic,which are promising as functional materials in many areas.This article reviews the milestones and the latest progress in the research of MAX phases and MXenes,from the perspective of ceramic science.Especially,this article focuses on the conversion from MAX phases to MXenes.First,we summarize the microstructure,preparation,properties,and applications of MAX phases.Among the various properties,the crack healing properties of MAX phase are highlighted.Thereafter,the critical issues on MXene research,including the preparation process,microstructure,MXene composites,and application of MXenes,are reviewed.Among the various applications,this review focuses on two selected applications:energy storage and electromagnetic interference shielding.Moreover,new research directions and future trends on MAX phases and MXenes are also discussed.Aiguo ZHOU Yi LIU Shibo LI Xiaohui WANG Guobing YING Qixun XIA Peigen ZHANG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,6:4
5Coexistence Analysis between 5G System and Fixed- Satellite Service in 3400-3600 MHz显示文摘The 3400-3600 MHz band is one of the most important candidate frequency bands for the rollout of 5 G system. However, the coexistence between 5 G system and fixed-satellite service(FSS) in this frequency band is one of the most challenging problems for both academic researchers and industry engineers. In this paper, the saturation interference from 5 G base stations to the existing FSS above 3600 MHz is analyzed and the coexistence solution is achieved, which can reduce the interference and guarantee the coexistence between 5 G system and FSS. Furthermore, the Monte Carlo simulation, laboratory test and field test are carried out to verify the coexistence solution.Results show that an isolation distance of 1-2 km is required to avoid the saturation interference in terms of the adjacent bands scenario.To further reduce the isolation distance to 50 m, additional isolation of 35 dB will be necessary, which can be fulfilled by installing a filter at the input port of LNB from a real implementation perspective.Haifeng Tan Yanjie Liu Zhiyong Feng Qixun Zhang 2018China Communications2018,15,11:4
6Fractal theory based dynamic mesh grouping scheme for efficient cognitive pilot channel design显示文摘As one of the key characteristics in cognitive wireless networks(CWNs),network environment awareness techniques have received much attention recently.Instead of traditional spectrum sensing technology that suffers from problems of miss detection,false alarm,hidden node,and inefficiency,cognitive pilot channel(CPC) technology has been proposed as one of the candidate solutions for an efficient and accurate network information delivery scheme to user equipment(UE).The aim of the CPC technology is to provide the necessary information for the reconfiguration of the UE using the public signaling channel.To ensure the efficient information delivery,the whole geographical area covered by the CPC is divided into square meshes of the same size.Moreover,two typical network information transmission modes for CPC deployment are also proposed:broadcast CPC mode and on-demand CPC mode.To further improve the efficiency of network information delivery,an efficient dynamic mesh grouping scheme has been designed which is based on the fractal theory for the broadcast CPC mode,where adaptive rectangular sized meshes are used to approximately cover the whole area.Compared to the traditional fixed size mesh division strategy,results show that the proposed dynamic mesh grouping scheme significantly reduces the number of meshes by grouping similar meshes together,and the average delay of receiving CPC information on the UE side is therefore reduced.FENG ZhiYong WEI ZhiQing ZHANG QiXun ZHANG Ping 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,28:3

14SYNTHESIS OF FUNCTIONAL MACROMOLECULE INTERMEDIATE THROUGH COUPLING REACTION CATALYZED BY [bmim]Cl/FeCl_3 IONIC LIQUID显示文摘To obtain new functional aromatic polymer material, 3,3’-biacenaphthene, which is used as macromolecule intermediate of function aromatic polymer material, was synthesized through the coupling reaction of acenaphthene catalyzing by ionic liquid ([bmim]Cl/FeCl3) at mild reaction condition. Pure 3,3’-biacenaphthene was obtained by recrystalling and column chromatography from the reaction mixture and was determined by GC/MS, 1HNMR and FTIR analysis. The influence of various reaction conditions on the yield of 3,3’-biacenaphthene were studied by GC analysis. The result shows that the optimum synthesis conditions of the coupling reaction are as following: the molar ratio of FeCl3 to [Bmim]Cl being 3, the mole ratio of FeCl3 in [Bmim]Cl/FeCl3 to acenaphthene being 4, the reaction temperature being 20 ℃, the reaction time being 4h and the solvent of the reaction system being PhNO2. Under those conditions, the yield of the 3,3’-biacenaphthene will be 48.71 % and selectivity of that will be 78.56 %. 15Synthesis of Mo_(2)C MXene with high electrochemical performance by alkali hydrothermal etching显示文摘Two-dimensional MXenes are generally prepared by the etching of acid solutions.The as-synthesized MXenes are terminated by acid group anions(F^(–),Cl^(–),etc.),which affect the electrochemical performance of MXenes.Here,we report a novel method to prepare Mo_(2)C MXene from Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C by the hydrothermal etching of alkali solutions.Highly pure Mo_(2)C MXene was successfully synthesized by the etching of NaOH,while the etchings of LiOH and KOH were failed.The concentration of NaOH,temperature,and time strongly affect the purity of as-prepared MXene.Pure Mo_(2)C MXene could be synthesized by the etching of 20 M NaOH at 180 for 24 h.After℃intercalation by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide at 90 for 96 h,few℃-layer Mo_(2)C MXene was obtained.The Mo_(2)C MXene made by NaOH etching after intercalation exhibited excellent performance as anode of lithium-ion battery,compared with general Mo_(2)C MXene made by HF etching and the Mo_(2)C MXene reported in literature.The final discharge specific capacity was 266.73 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.8 A·g^(−1),which is 52%higher than that Mo_(2)C made by HF etching(175.77 mAh·g^(−1)).This is because Mo_(2)C MXene made by NaOH etching has lager specific surface area,lower resistance,and pure O/OH termination without acid anion termination.This is the first report to make Mo_(2)C MXene by alkali etching and the samples made by this method exhibited significantly better electrochemical performance than the samples made by general HF etching.Yitong Guo Xin Zhang Sen Jin Qixun Xia Yukai Chang Libo Wang Aiguo Zhou 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,10:0

17Approach to Anomaly Detection in Microservice System with Multi-Source Data Streams显示文摘Microservices have become popular in enterprises because of their excellent scalability and timely update capabilities.However,while fine-grained modularity and service-orientation decrease the complexity of system development,the complexity of system operation and maintenance has been greatly increased,on the contrary.Multiple types of system failures occur frequently,and it is hard to detect and diagnose failures in time.Furthermore,microservices are updated frequently.Existing anomaly detection models depend on offline training and cannot adapt to the frequent updates of microservices.This paper proposes an anomaly detection approach for microservice systems with multi-source data streams.This approach realizes online model construction and online anomaly detection,and is capable of self-updating and self-adapting.Experimental results show that this approach can correctly identify 78.85%of faults of different types.ZHANG Qixun HAN Jing CHENG Li ZHANG Baisheng GONG Zican 2022ZTE Communications2022,20,3:0
18Cognitive information metrics for cognitive wireless networks显示文摘Considering the dynamic changes and uncertainty features of the radio environment in cognitive wireless networks(CWNs),the environment cognition ability is critical for the performance evaluation of CWNs design and optimization.However,there are no effective metrics to evaluate the ability and gain of information cognition in CWNs from an information theory perspective.Therefore,the novel cognitive information concept is proposed and defined as a metric to evaluate the uncertainty of both the internal and external environments of one system that can be removed by other systems or nodes using cognitive radio techniques.As an intelligent wireless communication system that is aware of its surrounding radio,network,and user multi-domains environment,the more cognitive information it achieves,the higher level cognitive capability it is.In this paper,we define and analyze the mathematical features of cognitive information.Results reveal that the increase of cognitive information can improve the spectrum efficiency and reduce the interference probability simultaneously in CWNs.Thus cognitive information can be regarded as a metric for CWNs optimization.Finally,we apply the theory of cognitive information in the parameters optimization in energy detection and cooperative spectrum sensing.Zhiyong Feng Zhiqing Wei Qixun Zhang Ping Zhang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,17:0
19Integrated Sensing and Communication Enabled Multiple Beamwidth and Power Allocation for Connected Automated Vehicles显示文摘Connected autonomous vehicles(CAVs)are a promising paradigm for implementing intelligent transportation systems.However,in CAVs scenarios,the sensing blind areas cause serious safety hazards.Existing vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V)technology is difficult to break through the sensing blind area and ensure reliable sensing information.To overcome these problems,considering infrastructures as a means to extend the sensing range is feasible based on the integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)technology.The mmWave base station(mmBS)transmits multiple beams consisting of communication beams and sensing beams.The sensing beams are responsible for sensing objects within the CAVs blind area,while the communication beams are responsible for transmitting the sensed information to the CAVs.To reduce the impact of inter-beam interference,a joint multiple beamwidth and power allocation(JMBPA)algorithm is proposed.By maximizing the communication transmission rate under the sensing constraints.The proposed non-convex optimization problem is transformed into a standard difference of two convex functions(D.C.)problem.Finally,the superiority of the lutions.The average transmission rate of communication beams remains over 3.4 Gbps,showcasing a significant improvement compared to other algorithms.Moreover,the satisfaction of sensing services remains steady.Shengnan Liu Qianyi Hao Qixun Zhang Jiaxiang Liu Zheng Jiang 2023China Communications2023,20,9:0
20Architecture for Cellular Enabled Integrated Communication and Sensing Services显示文摘There is growing interest in the integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)to extend the 5G+/6G network capabilities by introducing sensing capability.While the solutions for mono-static or bi-static ISAC have shown feasibility and benefits based on existing 5G physical layer design,whether and how to coordinate multiple ISAC devices to better exert networking performance are rarely discussed.3 rd Partnership Project(3GPP)has initiated the ISAC use cases study,and the follow-up studies for network architecture could be anticipated.In this article,we focus on gNB-based sensing mode and propose ISAC functional framework with given of highlevel service procedures to enable cellular based ISAC services.In the proposed ISAC framework,three types of network functions for sensing service as Sensing Function(SF),lightweight-Edge Sensing Function(ESF)and full-version-ESF are designed with interaction with network nodes to fulfill the latency requirements of ISAC use cases.Finally,with simulation evaluations and hardware testbed results,we further verify the performance benefit and feasibility to enable ISAC in 5G for the gNB-based sensing mode with new design on SF and related signaling protocols.Bo Liu Qixun Zhang Zheng Jiang Dongsheng Xue Chenlong Xu Bowen Wang Xiaoming She Jinlin Peng 2023China Communications2023,20,9:0
