3Real-time fault detection method based on belief rule base for aircraft navigation system显示文摘Real-time and accurate fault detection is essential to enhance the aircraft navigation system's reliability and safety. The existent detection methods based on analytical model draws back at simultaneously detecting gradual and sudden faults. On account of this reason, we propose an online detection solution based on non-analytical model. In this article, the navigation system fault detection model is established based on belief rule base (BRB), where the system measuring residual and its changing rate are used as the inputs of BRB model and the fault detection function as the output. To overcome the drawbacks of current parameter optimization algorithms for BRB and achieve online update, a parameter recursive estimation algorithm is presented for online BRB detection model based on expectation maximization (EM) algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed method is verified by navigation experiment. Experimental results show that the proposed method is able to effectively realize online parameter evaluation in navigation system fault detection model. The output of the detection model can track the fault state very well, and the faults can be diagnosed in real time and accurately. 4A two-step lineage reprogramming strategy to generate functionally competent human hepatocytes from fibroblasts显示文摘Terminally differentiated cells can be generated by lineage reprogramming,which is,however,hindered by incomplete conversion with residual initial cell identity and partial functionality. Here, we demonstrate a new reprogramming strategy by mimicking the natural regeneration route, which permits generating expandable hepatic progenitor cells and functionally competent human hepatocytes. Fibroblasts were first induced into human hepatic progenitor-like cells (hHPLCs), which could robustly expand in vitro and efficiently engraft in vivo. Moreover, hHPLCs could be efficiently induced into mature human hepatocytes (hiHeps) in vitro, whose molecular identity highly resembles primary human hepatocytes (PHHs). Most importantly, hiHeps could be generated in large quantity and were functionally competent to replace PHHs for drug-metabolism estimation, toxicity prediction and hepatitis B virus infection modeling. Our results highlight the advantages of the progenitor stage for successful lineage reprogramming. 6Mulching mode and planting density affect canopy interception loss of rainfall and water use efficiency of dryland maize on the Loess Plateau of China显示文摘High and efficient use of limited rainwater resources is of crucial importance for the crop production in arid and semi-arid areas. To investigate the effects of different soil and crop management practices(i.e., mulching mode treatments: flat cultivation with non-mulching, flat cultivation with straw mulching, plastic-covered ridge with bare furrow and plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow; and planting density treatments: low planting density of 45,000 plants/hm^2, medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and high planting density of 90,000 plants/hm^2) on rainfall partitioning by dryland maize canopy, especially the resulted net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, we measured the gross rainfall, throughfall and stemflow at different growth stages of dryland maize in 2015 and 2016 on the Loess Plateau of China. The canopy interception loss was estimated by the water balance method. Soil water storage, leaf area index, grain yield(as well as it components) and water use efficiency of dryland maize were measured or calculated. Results showed that the cumulative throughfall, cumulative stemflow and cumulative canopy interception loss during the whole growing season accounted for 42.3%–77.5%, 15.1%–36.3% and 7.4%–21.4% of the total gross rainfall under different treatments, respectively. Soil mulching could promote the growth and development of dryland maize and enhance the capability of stemflow production and canopy interception loss, thereby increasing the relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss and reducing the relative throughfall. The relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss generally increased with increasing planting density, while the relative throughfall decreased with increasing planting density. During the two experimental years, mulching mode had no significant influence on net rainfall due to the compensation between throughfall and stemflow, whereas planting density significantly affected net rainfall. The highest grain yield and water use efficiency of dryland maize were obtained under the combination of medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and mulching mode of plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow. Soil mulching can reduce soil evaporation and retain more soil water for dryland maize without reducing the net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, which may alleviate the contradiction between high soil water consumption and insufficient rainfall input of the soil. 8A new method to optimize the fracture geometry of a frac-packed well in unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs显示文摘The worldwide proven recoverable reserves of conventional oil are less than the amount of the heavy oil.Owing to weakly consolidated formation,sand production is an important problem encountered during oil production in heavy oil reservoirs,for which frac-pack technique is one of the most common treatments.Hence,how to obtain the optimal fracture geometry is the key to increasing well production and preventing sand.Due to the faultiness that current optimization of the fracture geometry only depends on well productivity,fracture-flow fraction was used to describe the contribution of the fracture collecting and conducting fluids from the reservoir.The higher the fracture-flow fraction,the more likely bilinear flow pattern occurs,thus leading to smaller flow resistance and better results in oil productivity and sand prevention.A reservoir numerical simulation model was established to simulate the long-term production dynamic of a fractured well in rectangular drainage areas.In order to reach the aim of increasing productivity meanwhile preventing sand,a new method based on Unified Fracture Design was developed to optimize the fracture geometry.For a specific reservoir and a certain amount of proppant injected to the target layer,there exits an optimal dimensionless fracture conductivity which corresponds to the maximum fracture-flow fraction,accordingly we can get the optimal fracture geometry.The formulas of the optimal fracture geometry were presented on square drainage area conditions,which are very convenient to apply.Equivalent Proppant Number was used to eliminate the impact of aspect ratios of rectangular drainage area,then,the same method to optimize the fracture geometry as mentioned for square drainage areas could be adopted too.BIAN XiaoBing ZHANG ShiCheng ZHANG JingChen WANG Fei 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:5
9HCCDB: A Database of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Expression Atlas显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is highly heterogeneous in nature and has been one of the most common cancer types worldwide. To ensure repeatability of identified gene expression patterns and comprehensively annotate the transcriptomes of HCC, we carefully curated 15 public HCC expression datasets that cover around 4000 clinical samples and developed the database HCCDB to serve as a one-stop online resource for exploring HCC gene expression with userfriendly interfaces. The global differential gene expression landscape of HCC was established by analyzing the consistently differentially expressed genes across multiple datasets. Moreover, a 4 D metric was proposed to fully characterize the expression pattern of each gene by integrating data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression(GTEx). To facilitate a comprehensive understanding of gene expression patterns in HCC, HCCDB also provides links to third-party databases on drug, proteomics, and literatures, and graphically displays the resultsfrom computational analyses, including differential expression analysis, tissue-specific and tumorspecific expression analysis, survival analysis, and co-expression analysis. 20Wood waste biochar promoted anaerobic digestion of food waste:focusing on the characteristics of biochar and microbial community analysis显示文摘Anaerobic digestion(AD)has been considered as a promising technique for food waste(FW)recycling.However,the accumulation of volatile fatty acids(VFAs)restricts the stability of anaerobic reactors.The present study investigated the use of biochar produced at different conditions(750℃-30 min,750℃-60 min,750℃-120 min,550℃-60 min,650℃-60 min,850℃-60 min,950℃-60 min)for enhancing the AD of FW.Batch experiments showed that all the biochar increased the methane production rates and biochar obtained at 750℃-60 min resulted in the highest enhance-ment by 21.5%.It was further showed surface oxygen-containing functional groups and graphitization degree of biochar were the critical factors for improving methane production.Microbial analysis showed that biochar addi-tion formed different microbial communities,and Methanosaeta,Romboutsia,and norank_f_Anaerolineaceae were enriched,which might be correlated with direct interspecies electron transfer(DIET).This research showed biochar could enhance the AD of FW and also revealed the main characteristics of biochar relating with the enhancement of AD.Chao Zhang Rui Yang Meichen Sun Shicheng Zhang Mingjing He Daniel C.W.Tsang Gang Luo 2022Biochar2022,4,1:2
