1Pioneering function of Isl1 in the epigenetic control of cardiomyocyte cell fate显示文摘Generation of widely differing and specialized cell types from a single totipotent zygote involves large-scale transcriptional changes and chromatin reorganization. Pioneer transcription factors play key roles in programming the epigenome and facilitating recruitment of additional regulatory factors during successive cell lineage specification and differentiation steps. Here we show that Isl1 acts as a pioneer factor driving cardiomyocyte lineage commitment by shaping the chromatin landscape of cardiac progenitor cells. Using an Isl1 hypomorphic mouse line which shows congenital heart defects, genome-wide profiling of Isl1 binding together with RNA- and ATAC-sequencing of cardiac progenitor cells and their derivatives, we uncover a regulatory network downstream of Isl1 that orchestrates cardiogenesis. Mechanistically, we show that Isl1 binds to compacted chromatin and works in concert with the Brg1-Baf60c-based SWI/SNF complex to promote permissive cardiac lineage-specific alterations in the chromatin landscape not only of genes with critical functions in cardiac progenitor cells, but also of cardiomyocyte structural genes that are highly expressed when Isl1 itself is no longer present. 2Geometric dilution of precision for GPS single-point positioning based on four satellites显示文摘To improve the positioning accuracy in GPS point positioning, the geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) including HDOP, VDOP, TDOP, PDOP is commonly considered. The properties of the DOP for the GPS satellite navigation system are studied and the coordinate system is improved in order to decrease the amount of variables. 7Improved filtered-ε adaptive inverse control and its application on nonlinear ship maneuvering显示文摘The drawbacks of common nonlinear Filtered- ε adaptive inverse control (AIC) method, such as the unreliability due to the change of delay time and the faultiness existing in its disturbance control loop, are discussed. Based on it, the diagram of AIC is amended to accommodate with the characteristic of nonlinear object with time delay. The corresponding Filtered-ε adaptive algorithm based on RTRL is presented to identify the parameters and design the controller. 15The distribution of chlorophyll a and its influencing factors in different regions of the Bering Sea显示文摘The distribution of chlorophyll a(Chl a) and its relationships with physical and chemical parameters in different regions of the Bering Sea were discussed in July 2010. The results showed the seawater column Chl a concentrations were 13.41–553.89 mg/m2 and the average value was 118.15 mg/m2 in the study areas. The horizontal distribution of Chl a varied remarkably from basin to shelf in the Bering Sea. The regional order of Chl a concentrations from low to high was basin, slope, outer shelf, inner shelf, and middle shelf. The vertical distribution of Chl a was grouped mainly from single-peak type in basin, slope, outer shelf, and middle shelf, where the deep Chl a maxima(DCM) layer was observed at 25–50 m, 30–35 m, 36–44 m, and 37–47 m, respectively. The vertical distribution of Chl a mainly had three basic patterns: standard single-peak type, surface maximum type, and bottom maximum type in the inner shelf. The analysis also showed that the transportation of ocean currents may control the distribution of Chl a, and the effects were not simple in the basin of the Bering Sea. There was a positive correlation between Chl a and temperature, but no significant correlation between Chl a and nutrients. The Bering Sea slope was an area deeply influenced by slope current. Silicate was the factor that controlled the distribution of Chl a within parts of the water in the slope. Light intensity was an important environmental factor in controlling seawater column Chl a in the shelf, where Chl a was limited by nitrate rather than phosphate within the upper water. Meanwhile, there was a positive relationship between Chl a and salinity. Algal blooms broke out at Sta. 16A rapid and effective method for alloy materials design via sample data transfer machine learning显示文摘One of the challenges in material design is to rapidly develop new materials or improve the performance of materials by utilizing the data and knowledge of existing materials.Here,a rapid and effective method of alloy material design via data transfer learning is proposed to efficiently design new alloys using existing data.A new type of aluminum alloy(E2 alloy)with ultra strength and high toughness previously developed by the authors is used as an example.An optimal three-stage solution-aging treatment process(T66R)was efficiently designed transferring 1053 pieces of process-property relationship data of existing AA7xxx commercial aluminum alloys.It realizes the substantial improvement of strength and plasticity of E2 alloy simultaneously,which is of great significance for lightweight of high-end equipment.Meanwhile,the microstructure analysis clarifies the mechanism of alloy performance improvement.This study shows that transferring the existing alloy data is an effective method to design new alloys.Lei Jiang Zhihao Zhang Hao Hu Xingqun He Huadong Fu Jianxin Xie 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0
