1Devonian Frasnian-Famennian transitional event deposits of Guangxi, South China and their possible tsunami origin显示文摘A suite of event deposits, isochronous and interrelated in origin, occurs widely near the Frasnian- Famennian boundary in Guangxi, South China. It is mainly distributed in the facies areas of the platform-margin slope and inter-platform rift-trough. The rudstone or calcirudite occur in the Liujing section of Hengxian and Luoxiu and Baqi sections of Xiangzhou in the facies area of platform-margin slope. The turbidites are observed in the sections of Yangdi and Baisha of Guilin, Du'an of Debao, Nandong and Sanli of Wuxuan, Xiangtian, Ma'anshan of Xiangzhou, Nayi of Chongzuo, Yunpan of Shanglin in the facies area of inter-platform rift-trough. The massive homogenites occur in sections of Mangchang, Luofu and Road from Nandan to Tian'e and Ma'anshan etc in the facies area of inter-platform rift-trough. Herein event deposits can be correlated in stratohorizon to the turbidite in the bottom of the Lower triangularis Zone in Hony railroad cut of Belgium, Devils Gate of Nevada, USA, Atrous of Morocco, South Urals and Fore-Kolyma of northeastern Siberia of Russia, and erosional discontinuities and brecciation in the Frasnian-Famennian boundary in South Polish-Moravian shelf. 2Single channel speech enhancement via time-frequency dictionary learning显示文摘A time-frequency dictionary learning approach is proposed to enhance speech contaminated by additive nonstationary noise.In this framework,a time-frequency dictionary which is learned from noise data is incorporated into the convolutive nonnegative matrix factorization framework.The update rules for the time-varying gains and speech dictionary are derived by precomputing the noise dictionary.The magnitude spectra of speech are estimated using convolution operation between the learned speech dictionary and the time-varying gains. 3SPEECH ENHANCEMENT USING AN MMSE SHORT TIME DCT COEFFICIENTS ESTIMATOR WITH SUPERGAUSSIAN SPEECH MODELING显示文摘In this paper,two speech enhancement systems with supergaussian speech modeling are presented. The clean speech components are estimated by Minimum-Mean-Square-Error (MMSE) es-timator under the assumption that the DCT coefficients of clean speech are modeled by a Laplacian or a Gamma distribution and the DCT coefficients of the noise are Gaussian distributed. Then,MMSE estimators under speech presence uncertainty are derived. Furthermore,the proper estimators of the speech statistical parameters are proposed. The speech Laplacian factor is estimated by a new deci-sion-directed method. 4Geological controls of shale gas accumulation and enrichment mechanism in Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation of western Hubei, Middle Yangtze, China显示文摘The lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation is of crucial importance for shale gas target reservoirs in western Hubei,China;however,little work has been done in this field,and its shale gas accumulation and enrichment mechanism are still unclear.Based on survey wells,outcrop data,and large numbers of tests,the geological conditions of shale gas accumulation were studied;moreover,the factors that influence the gas content were thoroughly discussed.The results show that the Niutitang Formation(Є1n)can be divided into three sections:the first section(Є_(1)n^(1)),the second section(Є_(1)n^(2)),and the third section(Є1n3).TheЄ_(1)n^(2) is the main shale gas reservoir.The deep shelf facies is the main sedimentary facies and can be divided into three main lithofacies:argillaceous siltstone,carbonaceous shale and carbonaceous siliceous rock.The total organic carbon(TOC)content shows gentle growth trends until bottom of theЄ_(1)n^(2) and then decreases rapidly within theЄ_(1)n^(1),and the TOC content mainly ranges from 2%to 4%horizontally.The calcite and dolomite dissolution pores,clay intergranular pores and organic pores are the main pore types and the micropore types are clearly related to the mineral compositions and the TOC content.Vertically,the gas content is mainly affected by the TOC content.Horizontally,wells with high gas contents are distributed only southeast of the Huangling anticline,and the combination of structural styles,fault and fracture development,and the distribution of the regional unconformity boundary between the upper Sinian Dengying Formation(Z2d)and theЄ_(1)n^(2) are the three most important factors affecting the gas content.The favorable areas must meet the following conditions:a deep shelf environment,the presence of theЄ_(1)n^(1),wide and gentle folds,far from large normal faults that are more than 5 km,moderate thermal evolution,and greater than 500 m burial depth;this includes the block with the YD2–ZD2 wells,and the block with the Y1 and YD4 wells,which are distributed in the southern portion of the Huangling anticline and northern portion of the Xiannvshan fault.Lulu XU Saipeng HUANG Zaoxue LIU Yaru WEN Xianghui ZHOU Yanlin ZHANG Xiongwei LI Deng WANG Fan LUO Cheng CHEN 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,2:3

6Fabrication and near-infrared optical responses of 2D periodical Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) periodical Au and indium tin oxide(ITO) nanocomposite arrays have been fabricated based on a self-assembled nanosphere lithography technique. A button-shaped Au nanoparticle was formed on each hollow hemisphere-shaped ITO shell. Importantly, the underlying formation mechanism during the thermal treatment has been thoroughly explored by comparing structures resulting from different deposition conditions in detail. Compared to the Au nanoparticle arrays without ITO shells, the Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays showed a stronger localized surface plasmon resonance effect and higher absorption in the near-infrared(NIR) region, benefiting from the free-electron interaction enhancement between Au and ITO. The nonlinear optical properties were investigated using a modified femtosecond intensity-scan system, and the results demonstrated Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays with a remarkable two-photon absorption saturation effect for femtosecond pulses at 1030 nm. 9Co_(3)O_(4)/Mn_(3)O_(4) hybrid catalysts with heterointerfaces as bifunctional catalysts for Zn-air batteries显示文摘Zinc-air batteries(ZABs) with high energy density and safety are promising as next-generation energy storage systems, while their applications are severely hindered by the sluggish reaction kinetic of air cathodes. Developing a bifunctional catalyst with high activity and durability is an effective strategy to address the above challenges. Herein, a Co_(3)O_(4)/Mn_(3)O_(4) nanohybrid with heterointerfaces is designed as advanced cathode catalyst for ZABs. Density functional theory calculations show the heterogeneous interface between Co_(3)O_(4)/Mn_(3)O_(4) can improve the dynamics of carrier transport and thus enhancing the catalytic activity and durability. The Co_(3)O_(4)/Mn_(3)O_(4) catalyst anchored on reduced graphene oxide(rGO)exhibits high oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) activity with a half-wave potential of 0.86 V, and excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER) activity with the potential of 1.59 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) , which are comparable to the commercial noble metal catalysts. The improved ORR/OER catalytic activity is ascribed to the synergistic effect of heterointerfaces between Co_(3)O_(4) and Mn_(3)O_(4)as well as the improved conductivity and contact area of oxygen/catalysts/electrolytes three-phase interface by r GO. 13Progress in Antarctic marine geophysical research by the Chinese Polar Program显示文摘Marine geophysical survey by the Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition(CHINARE) began with the first science expedition in 1984/1985, although only four cruises were performed in the vicinity of the Antarctic Peninsula between then and 1991/1992. After a 20 year hiatus, Antarctic marine geophysical research was relaunched by the Chinese Polar Environmental Comprehensive Investigation and Assessment Programs(known simply as the Chinese Polar Program) in 2011/2012. Integrated geophysical surveys have been carried out annually since, in Prydz Bay and the Ross Sea. During the last 5 years, we have acquired about 5500 km of bathymetric, gravimetric, and magnetic lines; more than 1800 km of seismic reflection lines; and data from several heat flow and Ocean Bottom Seismometer(OBS) stations. This work has deepened understandings of geophysical features and their implications for geological tectonics and glacial history in Antarctica and its surrounding seas. Compiled Antarctic Bouguer and Airy isostatic gravity anomalies show different features of tectonics between the East Antarctic stability and West Antarctic activity. Calculated magnetic anomalies, heat flow anomalies and lithospheric anisotropy offshore of Prydz Bay may imply high heat capacity of mantle shielded by the continental shelf lithosphere, but high heat dissipation of mantle due to the Cretaceous breakup of Gondwana along the continent and ocean transition(COT), where large sediment ridges would be brought about by the Oligocene ice sheet retreat and would enlarge free-air gravity anomalies. 14Oceanic crustal structure and tectonic origin of the southern Kyushu-Palau Ridge in the Philippine Sea显示文摘A new high-resolution velocity model of the southern Kyushu-Palau Ridge(KPR) was derived from an activesource wide-angle seismic reflection/refraction profile. The result shows that the KPR crust can be divided into the upper crust with the P-wave velocity less than 6.1 m/s, and lower crust with P-wave velocity between 6.1 km/s and 7.2 km/s. The crustal thickness of the KPR reaches 12.0 km in the center, which gradually decreases to 5.0–6.0 km at sides. The velocity structure of the KPR is similar to the structures of the adjacent West Philippine Basin and Parece Vela Basin(PVB), indicating a typical oceanic crust. Isostatic analysis shows that some regional compensation occurs during the loading of the KPR, which implies that the KPR was built mainly by magmatism during the splitting of the Izu-Bonin-Mariana arc and the following back-arc seafloor spreading of the PVB during30–28 Ma BP. 15Crustal structure and variation along the southern part of the Kyushu-Palau Ridge显示文摘As an interoceanic arc,the Kyushu-Palau Ridge(KPR)is an exceptional place to study the subduction process and related magmatism through its interior velocity structure.However,the crustal structure and its nature of the KPR,especially the southern part with limited seismic data,are still in mystery.In order to unveil the crustal structure of the southern part of the KPR,this study uses deep reflection/refraction seismic data recorded by 24 ocean bottom seismometers to reconstruct a detailed P-wave velocity model along the ridge.Results show strong alongridge variations either on the crustal velocity or the thickness of the KPR.P-wave velocity model is featured with(1)a crustal thickness between 6–12 km,with velocity increases from 4.0 km/s to 7.0 km/s from top to bottom;(2)high gradient(~1 s^(-1))in the upper crust but low one(<0.2 s^(-1))in the lower crust;(3)a slow mantle velocity between 7.2 km/s and 7.6 km/s in the uppermost mantle;and(4)inhomogenous velocity anomalies in the lower crust beneath seamounts.By comparing with the mature arc in the Izu-Bonin-Mariana arc in the east,this study suggests the southern part of KPR is a thicken oceanic crust rather than a typical arc crust.The origin of low velocities in the lower crust and upper mantle may be related with crustal differentiation,which implies advanced crustal evolution from normal oceanic crust to partly thicken oceanic crust.High velocities in the lower crust are related to the difference in magmatism.Xiaodong Wei Weiwei Ding Aiguo Ruan Jie Zhang Xiongwei Niu Jiabiao Li Yong Tang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,1:1

18Anisotropic phononic crystal structure with low-frequency bandgap and heat flux manipulation显示文摘This study presents a two-dimensional phononic crystal with heat flux manipulation and wide bandgaps of out-of-plane modes within the low-frequency range. The anisotropic matrix made of spiral-multilayered materials with different thermal conductivities, and the coating layer inserted with metal are designed for heat flux manipulation. Rubber-coated metal cylinders are periodically embedded in the anisotropic matrix to obtain the low-frequency bandgaps of out-of-plane modes. Numerical simulation is carried out to validate the heat and elastic characteristics of the spiral-multilayered anisotropic structure and reveal the effects of the laying angle and temperature on the bandgaps. Subsequently, a spiral-multilayered plate with periodic structures is studied, which shows an obvious vibration attenuation in the frequency ranges of the bandgaps and a deflected heat flux from the initial propagation direction. In the experimental investigation, the multi-phase spiral-multilayered anisotropic plate is simplified to a single-phase anisotropic plate made of aluminum. 19An improved algorithm for noise-robust sparse linear prediction of speech显示文摘The performance of linear prediction analysis of speech deteriorates rapidly under noisy environments.To tackle this issue,an improved noise-robust sparse linear prediction algorithm is proposed.First,the linear prediction residual of speech is modeled as Student-t distribution,and the additive noise is incorporated explicitly to increase the robustness,thus a probabilistic model for sparse linear prediction of speech is built.Furthermore,variational Bayesian inference is utilized to approximate the intractable posterior distributions of the model parameters,and then the optimal linear prediction parameters are estimated robustly.The experimental results demonstrate the advantage of the developed algorithm in terms of several different metrics compared with the traditional algorithm and the l_1 norm minimization based sparse linear prediction algorithm proposed in recent years.Finally it draws to a conclusion that the proposed algorithm is more robust to noise and is able to increase the speech quality in applications.ZHOU Bin ZOU Xia ZHANG Xiongwei 2015Chinese Journal of Acoustics2015,34,1:1
