2Time-frequency characteristics of blasting vibration signals measured in milliseconds显示文摘In order to study the time-frequency characteristics of blasting vibration signals, measured in milliseconds, we carried out site blasting vibration tests at an open pit of the Jinduicheng Mine. Based on recorded field data and applying a combination of RSPWVD and wavelet, we analyzed the time-frequency characteristics of recorded field data, summarized the time-frequency characteristics of blasting vibration signals in different frequency bands and present detailed information of blasting vibration signals in milliseconds of high time-frequency resolutions. Because RSPWVD can be seen as of definite physical significance to signal energy distribution in time and frequency domains, we studied the energy distribution of blasting vibration signals for various milliseconds intervals from a perspective of energy distribution. The results indicate that the effect of milliseconds intervals on time-frequency characteristics of blasting vibration signals is significant; the length of delay time directly affects the energy distribution of blasting vibration signals as well as the duration of energy in frequency bands.Zhao Mingsheng ZhangJianhua Yi Changping 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,3:9

4SmMYB2 promotes salvianolic acid biosynthesis in the medicinal herb Salvia miltiorrhiza显示文摘MYB transcription factors play vital roles in plant growth and metabolism.The phytohormone methyl jasmonate(MeJA)promotes phenolic acid accumulation in the medicinal herb Salvia miltiorrhiza,but the regulatory mechanism is poorly understood.Here,we identified the MeJA-responsive R2R3-MYB transcription factor gene 5mMYB2 from a transcriptome library produced from MeJAtreated S.mi'/horr/ifza hairy roots.Sm/VIYB2 expression was tightly correlated with the expression of key salvianolic acid biosynthetic genes including CYP^8Ai^.5mMYB2 was highly expressed in the periderm of S.miltiorrhiza and SmMYB2 localized to the nucleus.Overexpressing Sml\AYB2 in S.miltiorrhiza hairy roots significantly increased the levels of salvianolic acids(including rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B)by upregulating salvianolic acid biosynthetic genes such as CYP98A14.SmMYB2 binds to the MYB-binding motifs in the promoter of CYP98A14,as confirmed by a dual-luciferase assay and electrophoretic mobility shift assays.Anthocyanin contents were significantly higher in Sm/ViyB2-overexpressing hairy root lines than the control,primarily due to the increased expression of CHI,DFR,and ANS.These findings reveal the novel regulatory role of SmMYB2 in MeJA-mediated phenolic acid biosynthesis,providing a useful target gene for metabolic engineering and shedding light on the salvianolic acid regulatory network.Changping Deng Yao Wang Fenfen Huang Sunjie Lu Limei Zhao Xingyuan Ma Guoyin Kai 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,11:6

16Transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis provides insights into lignin biosynthesis and accumulation and differences in lodging resistance in hybrid wheat显示文摘The use of hybrid wheat is one way to improve the yield in the future.However,greater plant heights increase lodging risk to some extent.In this study,two hybrid combinations with differences in lodging resistance were used to analyze the stem-related traits during the filling stage,and to investigate the mechanism of the difference in lodging resistance by analyzing lignin synthesis of the basal second internode(BSI).The stem-related traits such as the breaking strength,stem pole substantial degree(SPSD),and rind penetration strength(RPS),as well as the lignin content of the lodging-resistant combination(LRC),were significantly higher than those of the lodgingsensitive combination(LSC).The phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathway was significantly and simultaneously enriched according to the transcriptomics and metabolomics analysis at the later filling stage.A total of 35 critical regulatory genes involved in the phenylpropanoid pathway were identified.Moreover,42%of the identified genes were significantly and differentially expressed at the later grain-filling stage between the two combinations,among which more than 80%were strongly up-regulated at that stage in the LRC compared with LSC.On the contrary,the LRC displayed lower contents of lignin intermediate metabolites than the LSC.These results suggested that the key to the lodging resistance formation of LRC is largely the higher lignin synthesis at the later grain-filling stage.Finally,breeding strategies for synergistically improving plant height and lodging resistance of hybrid wheat were put forward by comparing the LRC with the conventional wheat applied in large areas.Weibing Yang Shengquan Zhang Qiling Hou Jiangang Gao Hanxia Wang Xianchao Chen Xiangzheng Liao Fengting Zhang Changping Zhao Zhilie Qin 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,4:0
17Economic stability analysis of blue carbon cooperation in the South China sea region using evolutionary game model with Weber's law显示文摘The political environment of the South China Sea Region(SCSR)has gradually stabilized,such that regional cooperation in the preservation of marine resources seems realistic.Blue carbon international cooperation is an important solution to the problem of global warming,which has a large number of economic and political attributes.As a region that has incredibly abundant blue carbon resources,further cooperation among SCSR governments would present the opportunity to establish meaningful economic and environmental protections that would promote peaceful blue carbon development of this region.To examine the feasibility of such an undertaking,we leverage the imitator's dynamic game as a research method and introduce Weber's law to examine the subjective psychological factors(i.e.,biases)of participants in qualifying the economic stability of blue carbon cooperation in the SCSR.The results suggest that the economic stability of blue carbon cooperation correlates to Weber's coefficient and the income produced by the different strategies.Based on these findings,we discussed policy recommendations to promote the sustainable economic development of SCSR.Changping Zhao Xiaojiang Xu Mengru Liu Yu Gong Chenbin Guo 2020Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2020,18,3:0

19Nanomedicine-based treatment:An emerging therapeutical strategy for pulmonary hypertension显示文摘Pulmonary hypertension(PH)can cause breathing difficulty,a rapid decline of exercise capacity,heart failure,eventually death of the patients.The latest epidemiological study demonstrates that PH has a much higher incidence than previously thought.PH is still a highly fatal disease due to the many disadvantages of the current drugs,such as short half-life,lack of targeting,potent side effects.The PH pathological features offer great opportunities for nanomedicines for PH.Recently,emerging nanomedicines demonstrated great advantages in the therapeutic effect of PH by enhancing the accumulation of drugs in PH lesion,optimizing drug efficacy,minimizing drug side effects.However,this promising field of cross-cutting research is far from being widely explored due to the huge professional barriers.To solve this problem,we provide a comprehensive review for the latest progresses of nanomedicines in the treatment of PH.Firstly,we systematical summarized the PH pathological features and the current clinical drug treatment of PH.The advantages of nanomedicines are also deeply discussed in the treatment of PH.Subsequently,we focused on the research progresses of nanomedicines in PH through three aspects:advanced nano-drug delivery system for traditional drugs and new target drugs,gene therapy-based nanomedicines,other nanomedicines for the treatment of PH.Finally,we also discussed the prospects and challenges for the clinical application of nanomedicines in PH,provided directions for the research and development of nanomedicines for PH treatment in the future.Shuya Wang Qiaohui Chen Tianjiao Zhao Kelong Ai Changping Hu 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
