2Architecture design for reliable and reconfigurable FPGA-based GNC computer for deep space exploration显示文摘SRAM(static random access memory)-based FPGA(field programmable gate array), owing to its large capacity, high performance, and dynamical reconfiguration, has become an attractive platform for So PC(system on programmable chip) development. However, as the configuration memory and logic memory of the SRAM-based FPGA are highly susceptible to SEUs(single-event upsets) in deep space, it is a challenge to design and implement a highly reliable FPGA-based system for spacecraft, and no practical architecture has been proposed. In this paper, a new architecture for a reliable and reconfigurable FPGAbased computer in a highly critical GNC(guidance navigation and control) system is proposed. To mitigate the effect of an SEU on the system, multi-layer reconfiguration and multi-layer TMR(triple module redundancy) techniques are proposed, with a reliable reconfigurable real-time operating system(Space OS) managing the system level fault tolerance of the computer in the architecture. The proposed architecture for the reconfigurable FPGA-based computer has been implemented with COTS(commercial off the shelf) FPGA and has firstly been applied to the GNC system of a circumlunar return and reentry flight vehicle. 4Kruppel-like factor 10 protects against acute viral myocarditis by negatively regulating cardiac MCP-1 expression显示文摘Viral myocarditis(VMC)is a cardiac disease associated with myocardial inflammation and injury induced by virus infection.Cardiomyocytes have recently been regarded as key players in eliciting and modulating inflammation within the myocardium.Kruppel-like factor 10(KLF10)is a crucial regulator of various pathological processes and plays different roles in a variety of diseases.However,its role in VMC induced by coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)infection remains unknown.In this study,we report that cardiac KLF10 confers enhanced protection against viral myocarditis.We found that KLF10 expression was downregulated upon CVB3 infection.KLF10 deficiency enhanced cardiac viral replication and aggravated VMC progress.Bone marrow chimera experiments indicated that KLF10 expression in nonhematopoietic cells was involved in the pathogenesis of VMC.We further identified MCP-1 as a novel target of KLF10 in cardiomyocytes,and KLF10 cooperated with histone deacetylase 1(HDAC1)to negatively regulate MCP-1 expression by binding its promoter,leading to activation of MCP-1 transcription and recruitment of Ly6C^(high) monocytes/macrophages into the myocardium.This novel mechanism of MCP-1 regulation by KLF10 might provide new insights into the pathogenesis of VMC and a potential therapeutic target for VMC.Jie Yang Hongkai Zhang Xuelian Wang Jing Guo Lin Wei Yahui Song Yuan Luo YinXia Zhao Malayannan Subramaniam Thomas C.Spelsberg Lie Wang Wei Xu Min Li 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,9:3

6Parameter regionalization of the FLEX-Global hydrological model显示文摘Global hydrological models(GHMs) are important tools for addressing worldwide change-related water resource problems from a global perspective. However, the development of these models has long been hindered by their low accuracy. In order to improve the streamflow simulation accuracy of GHMs, we developed a GHM—the FLEX-Global—based on the regionalization of hydrological model parameters. The FLEX-Global model is primarily based on the framework of the FLEX hydrological model coupled with the HAND-based Storage Capacity curve(HSC) runoff generation module to calculate net rainfall, and uses the global river-routing Ca Ma-Flood model to calculate river network routing. This new model allows for streamflow simulation at a spatial resolution of 0.5°×0.5° and a temporal resolution of 1 day in global catchments. To validate FLEX-Global accuracy, the FLEX-Global-simulated streamflow of 26 major rivers distributed in five different climate zones was compared with the observed data from the Global Runoff Data Center(GRDC). Next, the model performance of FLEXGlobal was further verified by comparing it with that of seven existing GHMs with varying accuracy in the five climate zones.Multi-metric evaluation indicated that the streamflow simulation accuracy was improved by the FLEX-Global model with regionalized parameters, especially in the tropical and dry climate zones. 10Myxoid adrenal cortical adenoma—the first case reported in China显示文摘Myxoid adrenal cortical adenoma is a rare tumor and till now only 9 cases have been presented in the world. We here report another case of myxoid adenoma of the adrenal gland in a 45-year-old Chinese man who was admitted to hospital because of the right adrenal mass and mild hypertension. At surgery, the mass was well-circumscribed, measured 3.3 cm in diameter. Light-microscopic findings showed most of the tumor region with myxoid stroma, and the tumor cells were benign-look- ing. Immunohistochemical study showed the tumor had the positivity for vimentin, synaptophysin, neuron specific endolase but negative with cytokeratin and epithelial membrane antigen. Moreover, it was negative with alpha-inhibin that is not in accordance with those reported. 15Non-equilibrium turbulent phenomena in the ?ow over a backward-facing ramp显示文摘Non-equilibrium turbulence phenomena have raised great interests in recent years. Significant efforts have been devoted to non-equilibrium turbulence properties in canonical flows, e.g., grid turbulence, turbulent wakes, and homogeneous isotropic turbulence(HIT). The non-equilibrium turbulence in non-canonical flows, however, has rarely been studied due to the complexity of the flows. In the present contribution, a directnumerical simulation(DNS) database of a turbulent flow is analyzed over a backwardfacing ramp, the flow near the boundary is demonstrated, and the non-equilibrium turbulent properties of the flow in the wake of the ramp are presented by using the characteristic parameters such as the dissipation coefficient C and the skewness of longitudinal velocity gradient Sk, but with opposite underlying turbulent energy transfer properties. The equation of Lagrangian velocity gradient correlation is examined, and the results show that non-equilibrium turbulence is the result of phase de-coherence phenomena, which is not taken into account in the modeling of non-equilibrium turbulence. 18Gaussian Beam Summation for Diffraction in Inhomogeneous Media Based on the Grid Based Particle Method显示文摘We develop an efficient numerical method to compute single slit or double slit diffraction patterns from high frequency wave in inhomogeneous media.We approximate the high frequency asymptotic solution to the Helmholtz equation using the Eulerian Gaussian beam summation proposed in[20,21].The emitted rays from a slit are embedded in the phase space using an open segment.The evolution of this open curve is accurately computed using the recently developed Grid Based Particle Method[24]which results in a very efficient computational algorithm.Following the grid based particle method we proposed in[23,24],we represent the open curve or the open surface by meshless Lagrangian particles sampled according to an underlying fixed Eulerian mesh.The end-points of the open curve are tracked explicitly and consistently with interior particles.To construct the overall wavefield,each of these sampling particles also carry necessary quantities that are obtained by solving advection-reaction equations.Numerical experiments show that the resulting method can model diffraction patterns in inhomogeneous media accurately,even in the occurrence of caustics.Shingyu Leung Hongkai Zhao 2010Communications in Computational Physics2010,8,9:0

20Controlled synthesis of silver nanoparticles from polyoxometalates-immobilized poly(4-vinylpyridine) brushes显示文摘This contribution reports the immobilization of polyoxometalate(POM)into poly(4-vinyl pyridine)(P4 VP)brushes and the controlled reduction of silver ions,in-situ generating metal nanoparticles in the brushes.P4 VP brushes were straightforwardly created by UV-assisted photopolymerization of 4-vinyl pyridine(4VP)on silicon or glass substrates.Phosphotungstic acid(H3 PW12 O40),one of the most widely used Keggin-type POM was anchored onto these pyridine moieties through electrostatic interaction,leading to the P4 VP/POM hybrid brushes.The immobilized POM was further reduced to heteropolyblue,which could be used to generate silver nanoparticles in a controlled fashion.AFM,UV-vis and IR characterization indicate that P4 VP brushes not only provide an efficient platform in the controlled preparation of Ag nanoparticles,but also efficiently disperse and stabilize POM,thus preventing the aggregation of the generated Ag nanoparticles.Hang Bian Xuejian Zhang Hongkai Zhao Ning Zhang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5:0
