1Principles and methods for the validation of quantitative remote sensing products显示文摘We first discuss the relativity of 'true value and homogeneity' for quantitative remote sensing products (QRSPs), and then propose the definitions of 'eigenaccuracy' and 'eigenhomogeneity' under practical conditions. The eigenaccuracy and eigenhomogeneity for land surface crucial parameters such as albedo, leaf area index (LAI), and surface temperature are analyzed based on a series of experiments. Secondly, we point out the differences and similarities between the scale-free phenomena of the QRSPs and the measurements of the coastline length (1-dimensional) and the curved surface area (2-dimensional). An information fractal algorithm for the QRSPs is presented. In a case study for the LAI, when the fractal dimension is 2.16, the ratio of the LAI retrieval values obtained respectively from remote sensing data of 30 m and 6 km pixel resolution can actually reach as high as 2.86 for the same 6 km pixel using the same retrieval model. 13Fetal bovine serum versus Chinese herbal formula Naoluoxintong serum supplementation for proliferation and differentiation of rat embryonic neural stem cells显示文摘BACKGROUND:How to induce endogenous neural stem cells (NSCs) to differentiate into needed neural cell types is a hot spot of current researches.OBJECTIVE:To compare differences between fetal bovine serum and Chinese herbal formula Naoluoxintong serum supplementation for inducing proliferation and differentiation in rat embryonic NSCs.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING:An in vitro, serum pharmacology, comparative, observation study was performed from March to September in 2008 at the Laboratory of Neurodegenerative Diseases, College of Life Science in University of Science and Technology of China, the Key Laboratory Breeding Base of Acupuncture Foundation and Technology in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Anhui Province Key Laboratory of R & D of Chinese Medicine, and at the Level 3 Laboratory of Molecular Biology of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MATERIALS:The Chinese herbal formula Naoluoxintong was produced by Radix Astragali, Radix Notoginseng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Scolopendra at Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Mouse anti-rat nestin, glial fibrillary acidic protein, and galactocerebroside monoclonal antibodies, as well as rabbit anti-neuron-specific enolase polyclonal antibody were produced by Chemicon, Billerica, MA, USA.METHODS:Wistar rats aged 3 months were intragastrically infused with Naoluoxintong.Wistar rat embryonic NSCs (passage 8) were induced to proliferate and differentiate using 10% fetal bovine serum, 10% Naoluoxintong serum, and 10% rat serum.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Phenotypic changes in cultured cells were detected using phase contrast microscopy, and cell proliferation and differentiation were observed using immunofluorescence staining.RESULTS:Proliferation and differentiation of embryonic NSCs was induced by three different types of blood serum.Although the differentiation time course with Naoluoxintong serum was later than with the other two methods, the differentiated cells were morphologically similar to mature neurons to a greater extent.CONCLUSION:Naoluoxintong serum supplementation induced differentiation of NSCs into neuronal-like cells and stimulated neuronal maturation.Wei Tang Jian Wang Youwen Wang Chaomin Ni Yenong Chen Zhaoliang Tang Lihua Yu Xiaomin Li Jianpeng Hu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,14:0
14Syntax-Based Aspect Sentiment Quad Prediction by Dual Modules Neural Network for Chinese Comments显示文摘Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)is one of the essential research in the field of Natural Language Processing(NLP),of which Aspect Sentiment Quad Prediction(ASQP)is a novel and complete subtask.ASQP aims to accurately recognize the sentiment quad in the target sentence,which includes the aspect term,the aspect category,the corresponding opinion term,and the sentiment polarity of opinion.Nevertheless,existing approaches lack knowledge of the sentence’s syntax,so despite recent innovations in ASQP,it is poor for complex cyber comment processing.Also,most research has focused on processing English text,and ASQP for Chinese text is almost non-existent.Chinese usage is more casual than English,and individual characters contain more information.We propose a novel syntactically enhanced neural network framework inspired by syntax knowledge enhancement strategies in other NLP studies.In this framework,part of speech(POS)and dependency trees are input to the model as auxiliary information to strengthen its cognition of Chinese text structure.Besides,we design a relation extraction module,which provides a bridge for the overall extraction of the framework.A comparison of the designed experiments reveals that our proposed strategy outperforms the previous studies on the key metric F1.Further experiments demonstrate that the auxiliary information added to the framework improves the final performance in different ways.Zhaoliang Wu Shanyu Tang Xiaoli Feng Jiajun Zou Fulian Yin 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5:0
15THE EFFECT OF MOXIBUSTION ON THE KIDNEY FUNCTION OF THE PATIENT WITH EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER (EHF)显示文摘In this paper, we observed the effect of moxibustion on the positive reactionin uroprotein test, the time of hypouresis and the change of B-mode echography of kidney of thepatient with EHF. We measured the change of BUN content in serum of the rat infected withEHF virus (EHFV) before and after moxibustion. Results showed moxibustion could shortenthe time of hypouresis, promote the removal of positive reaction in the uroprotein test, decreasethe content of BUN in serum and reduce the swelling of kidney. 16Low-content and highly effective zoned Rh and Pd three-way catalysts for gasoline particulate filter potentially meeting Euro 7显示文摘The next-generation Euro 7 standard proposed much lower pollutant limits from gasoline vehicles,specifically for CO and NO_(x),which would be challenging for the three-way catalysts(TWCs)utilized commercially to eliminate these pollutants.TWCs with reductive(Rh)and oxidative(Pd)active components on gasoline particulate filters(TWC on GPF)play importantly auxiliary roles in the remediation of CO and NO_(x)downstream the close coupled TWCs to meet their emission targets.Here,a low-content Rh-based TWC(0.17 wt%)zoned with a less expensive Pd-based TWC(0.29 wt%)for GPF applications(cGPF)is reported using improved colloidal deposition method.The supporting of Rh on Y-stabilized ZrO_(2)rather than on CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)inhibits the formation of inactive Ce rhodate species,while Pd on CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)not only guarantees the high oxygen storage capacity(OSC)but also enhances catalytic activity.The layout of the front one-fifth in volume being 0.29 wt%Pd on Ce_(0.43)Zr_(0.5)7O_(2)and the rear four-fifths being 0.17 wt%Rh on Zr_(0.85)Y_(0.15)O_(2)prevents the possible alloying of Rh with Pd.The highly effective zoned Rh and Pd TWCs show synergistic three-way activity before and after severe hydrothermal aging at 1000℃with 10%water for24 h,which could be potential choices for close coupled GPF application to satisfy the upcoming stringent emission standards,such as Euro 7 and China 6b.Ying Xin Hanxue Zhang Pan Li Ningning Qu Ahui Tang Fuzhen Yang Dongxu Han Junxiu Jia Jin Wang Lirong Zheng Zhaoliang Zhang 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,6:0
