| 1 | A Genomic Variation Map Provides Insights into the Genetic Basis of Spring Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)Selection显示文摘Chinese cabbage is the most consumed leafy crop in East Asian countries.However,premature bolting induced by continuous low temperatures severely decreases the yield and quality of the Chinese cabbage, and therefore restricts its planting season and geographic distribution.In the past 40years,spring Chinese cabbage with strong winterness has been selected to meet the market demand.Here,we report a genome variation map of Chinese cabbage generated from the resequencing data of 194 geographically diverse accessions of three ecotypes.In-depth analyses of the selection sweeps and genome-wide patterns revealed that spring Chinese cabbage was selected from a specific population of autumn Chinese cabbage around the area of Shandong peninsula in northern China.We identified 23 genomic loci that underwent intensive selection,and further demonstrated by gene expression and haplotype analyses that the incorporation of elite alleles of VERNALISATION INSENTIVE 3.1(BrVIN3.1)and FLOWER LOCUS C 1(BrFLC1)is a determinant genetic source of variation during selection.Moreover,we showed that the quantitative response of BrVIN3.1 to cold due to the sequence variations in the cis elements of the BrVlN3.1 promoter significantly contributes to bolting-time variation in Chinese cabbage.Collectively, our study provides valuable insights into the genetic basis of spring Chinese cabbage selection and will facilitate the breeding of bolting-resistant Varieties by molecular-marker-assisted selection,transgenic or gene editingapproaches. | Tongbing Su Weihong Wang Peirong Li Bin Zhang Pan Li Xiaoyun Xin Honghe Sun Yangjun Yu Deshuang Zhang Xiuyun Zhao Changlong Wen Gang Zhou Yuntong Wang Hongkun Zheng Shuancang Yu Fenglan Zhang | 2018 | Molecular Plant2018,11,11: | 6 |

| 4 | Boosting Efficient Ammonia Synthesis over Atomically Dispersed Co-Based Catalyst via the Modulation of Geometric and Electronic Structures显示文摘Ammonia(NH_(3))synthesis at mild conditions is of great significance,while the significant bottleneck of this process is the activation of N_(2) to realize the desired NH_(3) synthesis performance,which requires deep insight and rational design of active sites at the atomic level.Here,were synthesized atomically dispersed Co-based catalysts with different Co-N coordination numbers(CNs)to explore the coordination-sensitive NH_(3) synthesis reaction for the first time.Our studies showed that Co-based catalysts increased the NH_(3) synthesis rate gradually with a decrease in CN.The Co-N_(2) catalyst exhibited the highest NH_(3) synthesis rate of 85.3 mmol gCo^(−1) h^(−1) at 300℃ and 1 MPa,which outperformed most of the previously reported Co-based catalysts.Various characterizations and theoretical calculations demonstrated that atomically dispersed Co catalyst with low CN could generate more unoccupied Co 3d charges and tetrahedral cobalt(Ⅱ)sites.The unoccupied Co 3d charge,in turn,promoted the electron donation from the Co active center to the antibonding π-orbital(π*)of N_(2) and expedites N_(2) hydrogenation.Furthermore,the Co-N_(2) catalyst with more tetrahedral cobalt(II)sites could effectively facilitate the desorption of N-containing intermediate species(such as*NH_(3) and*N_(2)H_(4))to obtain a high NH_(3) synthesis rate. | Yanliang Zhou Congying Wang Xuanbei Peng Tianhua Zhang Xiuyun Wang Yafei Jiang Haifeng Qi Lirong Zheng Jianxin Lin Lilong Jiang | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,5: | 1 |

In order to make the state scaling effective and to prevent the finite time escape phenomenon from happening, the switching control strategy based on the state measurement of the first subsystem is employed to achieve the asymptotic stabilization. The recursive integrator backstepping technique is applied to the design of the robust controller.
