1High-Strength and High-Plasticity TWIP Steel for Modern Vehicle显示文摘In this paper new high-strength and high-plasticity twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel for modern automobile body was investigated. Some basic experimental results were given. The results indicate the TWlP steel has excellent properties. It exhibits high ultimate tensile strength (600~1100 MPa) and extremely large elongation of 60% to 90%. 2Effects of a New-Type Cleaning Agent and a Plant Growth Regulator on Phytoextraction of Cadmium from a Contaminated Soil显示文摘In China, great efforts are being made to remediate farmlands polluted by heavy metals. In this study, a soil pot experiment was conducted to examine the effects of a new-type cleaning agent, methylglycinediacetic acid(MGDA), and a plant growth regulator(PGR), diethl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6), on plant growth and extraction and detoxification of cadmium(Cd) by ryegrass. The results showed that foliar spray of DA-6 alone improved plant growth, with root length and shoot dry biomass increased by 38.5%–58.6% and 71.1%–89.3%, respectively, whereas addition of MGDA alone decreased root length and shoot dry biomass by 10.3%–18.6%and 9.1%–21.8%, respectively. Diethl aminoethyl hexanoate promoted the binding of Cd to cell walls and thus alleviated the toxicity of Cd and/or MGDA to plants. Applications of DA-6 and/or MGDA resulted in a significant increase in Cd extraction efficiency(P < 0.05), and the efficiency decreased in the order of MGDA + DA-6 > DA-6 > MGDA. The treatment of MGDA + DA-6 achieved 2.2%, 1.7%, and 0.8% Cd extraction efficiency by ryegrass in soils spiked with 25, 50, 100 mg Cd kg^(-1), respectively. 3Mooring observed mode-2 internal solitary waves in the northern South China Sea显示文摘The mode-2 internal solitary waves(ISWs)generated by mode-2 internal tide(IT)are identified by mooring observations in the northern South China Sea(SCS)from 2016 to 2017.Two mode-2 ISWs with a re-appearance period of 24.9 h observed on 29 and 30 July 2016 are characterized by type-b ISWs.They occurred when the isotherms compressed obviously in the vertical direction.Modal decomposition of IT horizontal currents shows that the vertical compression of the isotherms is mainly caused by diurnal mode-2 IT.The analysis of the role of the density stratification reveals that a deeper and thinner pycnocline is favorable for generation of mode-2 ISWs rather than pycnocline intensity.By comparing the mode-2 nonlinear,dispersion coefficients and the Ursell numbers calculated based on the stratification associated with different kinds of ITs with the observation results,it is shown that the diurnal mode-2 IT plays a crucial role in the generation of the mode-2 ISWs.When the diurnal mode-2 IT interacts with the semidiurnal IT and causes a deeper and thinner pycnocline,the mode-2 ISWs are easily excited.Liang Chen Xuejun Xiong Quanan Zheng Yeli Yuan Long Yu Yanliang Guo Guangbing Yang Xia Ju Jia Sun Zhenli Hui 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,11:3
4Impact of warm mesoscale eddy on tropical cyclone intensity显示文摘The spatial-temporal patterns of tropical cyclone(TC) intensity changes caused by the warm ocean mesoscale eddy(WOME) distribution are evaluated using two sets of idealized numerical experiments. The results show that the TC was intensified and weakened when a WOME was close to and far away from the TC center, respectively.The area where the WOME enhanced(weakened) TC intensity is called the inner(outer) area in this study.Amplitudes of the enhancement and weakening caused by the WOME in the inner and outer area decreased and increased over time, while the ranges of the inner and outer area diminished and expanded, respectively. The WOME in the inner area strengthened the secondary circulation of the TC, increased heat fluxes, strengthened the symmetry, and weakened the outer spiral rainband, which enhanced TC intensity. The effect was opposite if the WOME was in the outer area, and it weakened the TC intensity. The idealized simulation employed a stationary TC, and thus the results may only be applied to TCs with slow propagation. 8Response of fungal communities to afforestation and its indication for forest restoration显示文摘Soil fungi in forest ecosystems have great potential to enhance host plant growth and systemic ecological functions and services.Reforestation at Saihanba Mechanized Forest Farm,the world's largest artificial plantation,has been integral to global forest ecosystem preservation since the 1950s.To better assess the ecological effects of soil microbiology after afforestation,fungal diversity and community structure(using Illumina sequencing)from forests dominated by Larix gmelinii var.principis-rupprechtii,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica and Picea asperata,and from grassland were surveyed.In total,4,540 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)were identified,with Mortierella and Solicoccozyma being the dominant genera of grassland soil and Inocybe,Cortinarius,Piloderma,Tomentella,Sebacina,Hygrophorus and Saitozyma dominating the plantation soil.Principle coordinate analysis(PCoA)and co-occurrence networks revealed differences in fungal structure after afforestation.Significantly,more symbiotroph guilds were dominated by ectomycorrhizal fungi in plantations under the prediction of FUNGuild.The community composition and diversity of soil fungi were significantly influenced by pH via redundancy analysis(RDA)and the Mantel test(p<0.01).This finding emphasizes that soil pH has a strong effect on the transition of fungal communities and functional taxa from grassland to plantation,providing a novel indicator for forest restoration.Kaichuan Huang Zhenli Guo Wen Zhao Changge Song Hao Wang Junning Li Reyila Mumin Yifei Sun Baokai Cui 2023Forest Ecosystems2023,10,4:0
9Activation of Kir2.1 improves myocardial fibrosis by inhibiting Ca^(2+)overload and the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway显示文摘The inwardly rectifying potassium channel Kir2.1 is closely associated with many cardiovascular diseases.However,the effect and mechanism of Kir2.1 in diabetic cardiomyopathy remain unclear.In vivo,we use STZ to establish the model,and ventricular structural changes,myocardial inflammatory infiltration,and myocardial fibrosis severity are detected by echocardiography,histological staining,immunohistochemistry,and western blot analysis,respectively.In vitro,a myocardial fibrosis model is established with high glucose.The Kir2.1 current amplitude,intracellular calcium concentration,fibrosis-related proteins,and TGF-β1/Smad pathway proteins are detected by whole-cell patch clamp,calcium probes,western blot analysis,and immunofluorescence,respectively.The in vivo results show that compared to diabetic cardiomyopathy,zacopride(a Kir2.1 selective agonist)significantly reduces the left ventricular systolic diameter and diastolic diameter,increases the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular short-axis shortening,improves the degree of cell necrosis,and reduces the expression of myocardial interstitial fibrosis protein and collagen fibre deposition area.The in vitro results show that the current amplitude and protein expression of Kir2.1 are both decreased in the high glucose-induced myocardial fibrosis model.Additionally,zacopride significantly upregulates the expression of Kir2.1 and inhibits the expressions of the fibrosis-related proteinsα-SMA,collagen I,and collagen III.Activation of Kir2.1 reduces the intracellular calcium concentration and inhibits the protein expressions of TGF-β1 and p-Smad 2/3.Activation of Kir2.1 can improve myocardial fibrosis induced by diabetic cardiomyopathy,and the possible mechanism may be related to inhibiting Ca^(2+) overload and the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.Yi Rong Xin Zhou Zhenli Guo Yingying Zhang Wenjuan Qin Li Li Junqiang Si Rui Yang Xinzhi Li Ketao Ma 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,5:0
