| 1 | Agriculture Green Development: a model for China and the world显示文摘Realizing sustainable development has become a global priority.This holds,in particular,for agriculture.Recently,the United Nations launched the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),and the Nineteenth National People’s Congress has delivered a national strategy for sustainable development in China—realizing green development.The overall objective of Agriculture Green Development(AGD)is to coordinate'green'with'development'to realize the transformation of current agriculture with high resource consumption and high environmental costs into a green agriculture and countryside with high productivity,high resource use efficiency and low environmental impact.This is a formidable task,requiring joint efforts of government,farmers,industry,educators and researchers.The innovative concept for AGD will focus on reconstructing the whole crop-animal production and food production-consumption system,with the emphasis on high thresholds for environmental standards and food quality as well as enhanced human well-being.This paper addresses the significance,challenges,framework,pathways and potential solutions for realizing AGD in China,and highlights the potential changes that will lead to a more sustainable agriculture in the future.Proposals include interdisciplinary innovations,whole food chain improvement and regional solutions.The implementation of AGD in China will provide important implications for the countries in developmental transition,and contribute to global sustainable development. | Jianbo SHEN Qichao ZHU Xiaoqiang JIAO Hao YING Hongliang WANG Xin WEN Wen XU Tingyu LI Wenfeng CONG Xuejun LIU Yong HOU Zhenling CUI Oene OENEMA William JDAVIES Fusuo ZHANG | 2020 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2020,7,1: | 18 |
| 2 | Finite-time and fixed-time consensus problems for second-order multi-agent systems with reduced state information显示文摘This paper studies the fixed-time consensus(Fix TC) and connectivity-preserving finite-time consensus(Fin TC) protocol designs for second-order multi-agent systems using output information only.Herein, a distributed Fix TC protocol based on the Lyapunov stability and bi-limit homogeneity approaches is proposed with the aid of an auxiliary system. Then, when the graph is state-dependent, i.e., the agents have limited sensing and communication ranges, a connectivity-preserving Fin TC is proposed by designing a mechanism suitable for this purpose. | 5 | B cell-derived anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody mediates hyperhomocysteinemia-aggravated hypertensive glomerular lesions by triggering ferroptosis显示文摘Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)is a risk factor for chronic kidney diseases(CKDs)that affects about 85%CKD patients.HHcy stimulates B cells to secrete pathological antibodies,although it is unknown whether this pathway mediates kidney injury.In HHcytreated 2-kidney,1-clip(2K1C)hypertensive murine model,HHcy-activated B cells secreted anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I(β2GPI)antibodies that deposited in glomerular endothelial cells(GECs),exacerbating glomerulosclerosis and reducing renal function.Mechanistically,HHcy 2K1C mice increased phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)(18:0/20:4,18:0/22:6,16:0/20:4)in kidney tissue,as determined by lipidomics.GECs oxidative lipidomics validated the increase of oxidized phospholipids upon Hcy-activated B cells culture medium(Hcy-B CM)treatment,including PE(18:0/20:4+3[O],PE(18:0a/22:4+1[O],PE(18:0/22:4+2[O]and PE(18:0/22:4+3[O]).PE synthases ethanolamine kinase 2(etnk2)and ethanolamine-phosphate cytidylyltransferase 2(pcyt2)were increased in the kidney GECs of HHcy 2K1C mice and facilitated polyunsaturated PE synthesis to act as lipid peroxidation substrates.In HHcy 2K1C mice and Hcy-B CM-treated GECs,the oxidative environment induced by iron accumulation and the insufficient clearance of lipid peroxides caused by transferrin receptor(TFR)elevation and down-regulation of SLC7A11/glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)contributed to GECs ferroptosis of the kidneys.In vivo,pharmacological depletion of B cells or inhibition of ferroptosis mitigated the HHcy-aggravated hypertensive renal injury.Consequently,our findings uncovered a novel mechanism by which B cell-derived pathogenic anti-β2GPI IgG generated by HHcy exacerbated hypertensive kidney damage by inducing GECs ferroptosis.Targeting B cells or ferroptosis may be viable therapeutic strategies for ameliorating lipid peroxidative renal injury in HHcy patients with hypertensive nephropathy. | Xing Du Xiaolong Ma Ying Tan Fangyu Shao Chun Li Yang Zhao Yutong Miao Lulu Han Guohui Dang Yuwei Song Dongmin Yang Zhenling Deng Yue Wang Changtao Jiang Wei Kong Juan Feng Xian Wang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2 |

| 13 | Depletion of phosphatidyl-glycerol head-group induces changes in oxygen evolution and protein secondary structures of photosystem Ⅱ显示文摘The techniques of oxygen electrode polarogra-phy and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy were employed to explore the roles of polar head-group of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) molecules in the functional and structural aspects of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ) through enzymatic approach. It was shown that the depletion of PG by treatment of phospholipase C (PLC) on PS Ⅱ particles caused the inhibition of oxygen evolving activity in PS Ⅱ. This effect also gave rise to changes in the protein secondary structures of PS Ⅱ, that is, an increase in a-helical conformation which is compensated by the loss of p-strand structures. It revealed that the head-group of PG molecules plays an important structural role in the maintenance of normal structure of PS Ⅱ proteins, which is required to maintain the appropriate physiological activity of the PS Ⅱ complex such as the oxygen evolving activity. | 17 | Polyol-Mediated Synthesis and Photoluminescent Properties of LaPO_4∶Eu ^( 3+) Nanoparticles显示文摘Eu 3+-doped LaPO4 nanoparticles were prepared by polyol method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), Uv-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), photoluminescence (PL) spectra and lifetime measurement. The results of XRD indicate that the as-prepared nanoparticles are crystallized well at 160 ℃ and assigned to the monoclinic monazite-structure of LaPO4 phase. The obtained LaPO4∶Eu 3+ nanoparticles are spherical with narrow size distribution and the average size of 25 nm. Upon excitation into the Eu 3+ at 258 nm, the emission spectrum of LaPO4∶Eu 3+ nanoparticles is composed of 5D0-7FJ (J=1, 2, 3, 4) emission lines of Eu 3+, with the magnetic-dipole transition 5D0-7F1 (592 nm) being the most prominent group. This is characterized by orange-red emission. The optimum doping concentration of Eu 3+ is 5%(molar fraction) of the La 3+ concentration in the LaPO4∶Eu 3+ nanoparticles.
