1Differences between Zn/HZSM-5 and Zn/HZSM-11 zeolite catalysts in alkylation of benzene with dimethyl ether显示文摘HZSM-11 zeolite supported Zn catalysts with different Zn contents(xZn/HZSM-11A) were prepared. In the alkylation of benzene with dimethyl ether(DME) in a fixed bed reactor, the catalyst with Zn content of 6 wt%(6Zn/HZSM-11A) showed appropriate performance. Focus was put on the comparison between 6Zn/HZSM-5 and 6Zn/HZSM-11 with the same crystal size of 600–800 nm, and also with the similar BET surface area, micropore volume, Si/Al2 molar ratio, and acidity. In the alkylation of benzene with DME, the 6Zn/HZSM-11 showed better activity and stability, and especially enhanced the conversion of benzene and selectivities to xylene and trimethylbenzene, compared with the6Zn/HZSM-5. 2Vibration of functionally graded sandwich doubly curved shells using improved shear deformation theory显示文摘Nonlinear forced vibrations and natural frequency of sandwich functionally graded material doubly curved shallow shell with a rectangular base are investigated. The sandwich functionally graded material(FGM) doubly curved shell is subjected to a harmonic point load at centre. The sandwich doubly curved shell with homogeneous face sheets and FGM face sheets is considered respectively when the natural frequencies are studied. Reddy's third order shear deformation theory is expanded in which stretching effects in thickness are considered by introducing the secant function. Hamilton's principle and von-Karman type nonlinear geometric equation are applied to obtain partial differential equation of the FGM sandwich doubly curved shell. Comparative studies with other shear deformation theories are carried out to validate the present formulation. Navier method is used to discuss the natural vibration frequencies of the FGM sandwich doubly curved shell. Numerical simulation is applied to demonstrate the nonlinear dynamic responses of the FGM sandwich doubly curved shell. 3Height prediction of water-flowing fracture zone with a geneticalgorithm support-vector-machine method显示文摘Prediction of the height of a water-flowing fracture zone(WFFZ)is the foundation for evaluating water bursting conditions on roof coal.By taking the Binchang mining area as the study area and conducting an in-depth study of the influence of coal seam thickness,burial depth,working face length,and roof category on the height of a WFFZ,we proposed that the proportion of hard rock in different roof ranges should be used to characterise the influence of roof category on WFFZ height.Based on data of WFFZ height and its influence index obtained from field observations,a prediction model is established for WFFZ height using a combination of a genetic algorithm and a support-vector machine.The reliability and superiority of the prediction model were verified by a comparative study and an engineering application.The results show that the main factors affecting WFFZ height in the study area are coal seam thickness,burial depth,working face length,and roof category.Compared with multiple-linear-regression and back-propagation neural-network approaches,the height-prediction model of the WFFZ based on a genetic-algorithm support-vector-machine method has higher training and prediction accuracy and is more suitable for WFFZ prediction in the mining area.Enke Hou Qiang Wen Zhenni Ye Wei Chen Jiangbo Wei 2020International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2020,7,4:3
4Pressure-induced amorphous zeolitic imidazole frameworks with reduced toxicity and increased tumor accumulation improves therapeutic efficacy In vivo显示文摘Zeolitic Imidazole Frameworks(ZIFs)are widely applied in nanomedicine for their high drug loading,suitable pore size,pH-responsive drug release,and so on.However,fast drug release during circulation,unexpected toxicity to mice major organs,undesirable long-term accumulation in the lung and even death currently hinder their in vivo biomedical applications.Herein,we report an amorphous ZIF-8(aZIF-8)with high loading of 5-Fu through pressure-induced amorphization.This nano-system avoids early drug release during circulation and provides tumor microenvironment-responsive drug release with improved in vitro cell viability,and survival rate in in vivo evaluations as compared to ZIF-8.Furthermore,aZIF-8 shows longer blood circulation and lower lung accumulation than ZIF-8 at same injected doses.Less drug release during circulation,longer blood circulation,and better biocompatibility of aZIF-8/5-Fu significantly improves its therapeutic efficacy in ECA-109 tumorbearing mouse,and result in 100%survival rate over 50 days after treatment.Therefore,aZIF-8 with favorable biocompatibility and long blood circulation is expected to be a promising nano-system for efficacious cancer therapy in vivo.Zhenqi Jiang Yanying Li Zhenni Wei Bo Yuan Yinjie Wang Ozioma Udochukwu Akakuru Yong Li Juan Li Aiguo Wu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,3:1
53DRGO-NiFe2O4/NiO nanoparticles for fast and simple detection of organophosphorus pesticides显示文摘The residues of organophosphorus pesticide(OPs)on fruits and vegetables pose a threat to human health,so it is very meaningful to explore simple and fast detect methods for OPs residual.In this work,nickel ferrite/nickel oxide nanoparticles co-loaded three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide(3DRGONiFe2O4/NiO NPs),as a new low cost nanocomposite,was prepared.Based on its high performance mimetic peroxidase activity,a colorimetric method for the detection of OPs has been developed.Dichlorvos was chosen as model compounds to evaluate the detection performance.The detection linear range for dichlorvos is from 50μg/mL to 2.5×10^4μg/mL with a detection limit of 10μg/mL.Furthermore,a test paper can be developed based on the 3 DRGO-NiFe2O4/NiO NPs for visual detection of dichlorvos,and the image information of the paper sensor can be converted into digital signal and quantitative detection by a smartphone.Notably,this method can also be used to detect dichlorvos in real samples,including vegetables and fruits.Thus,the developed naked assay holds great potential in simple,inexpensive and rapid detection of OPs in fruit and vegetable samples.Zhenni Wei Huiqing Li Jing Wu Yalei Dong Hongyi Zhang Hongli Chen Cuiling Ren 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:1

7Double Forehead Expanded Flaps for Reconstruction of Total Nasal Defect: A Case Report显示文摘Objective To introduce a method for total nasal defect reconstruction with a double forehead expanded flap.Case presentation A 55-year-old man underwent three-stage total nasal reconstruction for a complete nasal defect due to electrical injury.The skin expander was implanted during the 1st stage.Total nasal reconstruction was performed with double expanded forehead flap transfer during the 2nd stage.The unilateral forehead flap was used for lining and the contralateral forehead flap,together with the autologous cartilage and titanium mesh framework,were used for skin replacement.The forehead donor defect was covered with a skin graft.Pedicle division and inset were performed in the 3rd stage.Results There was no flap loss,infection,hematoma,rhinostenosis,or implant exposure over the 2-year follow-up,and satisfactory aesthetic results were achieved.Conclusion The double forehead expanded flap method is useful for the reconstruction of large composite nasal defects in patients who are not suitable for nasolabial flaps and those who may not tolerate free tissue transfer.The operation has fewer complications and is uncomplicated.Houbing ZHENG Chen LEI Jiong YE Zhenni WEI Biao WANG Meishui WANG 2020Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2020,2,4:0
8Comparative Analysis of the Evolution of Community Space in Chengdu-Chongqing Region: A Case Study of Main Urban Areas in Chengdu and Chongqing显示文摘Due to the integrated development between Chengdu and Chongqing,there are a large number of residents flowing into the two cities from their surrounding areas,so community renewal is imminent.Because of the similarity in the historical and cultural background of the two places,a comparative analysis of the evolution of community space in Chengdu-Chongqing Region enables Chengdu and Chongqing learn from each other and speed up the pace of renewal.This paper analyzed the evolution of community space in main urban areas of Chengdu and Chongqing.Specifically,the evolution of community space in Chengdu and Chongqing went through three stages.The starting time of community renewal in the two places was very close,but the duration of each stage varied.The second stage of Chengdu continued for a longer time,so its renovation and renewal of the community space was more detailed and thorough,and the emphasis and extension direction of the evolution of the community space were different.The evolution of community space in both Chengdu and Chongqing went through'mechanical renewal of demolition and construction—small-scale gradual renewal',but the path of renewal and development of the community space in Chengdu was faster.This paper,from the perspective of the evolution of community space,put forward the framework and content of community renewal in Chengdu and Chongqing based on community development and elaborated the community research content based on community development.GAO Wei XIAO Yue HE Yi GUO Zhenni LENG Qinyi LIU Hong KANG Yichen WANG Zhiye ZHU Zeliang WANG Jiamin ZHOU Xu CHAO Yi DONG Hailong MAO Xiao WANG Chensu 2017Journal of Landscape Research2017,9,5:0
