| 2 | Delay-weight plasticity-based supervised learning in optical spiking neural networks显示文摘We propose a modified supervised learning algorithm for optical spiking neural networks,which introduces synaptic time-delay plasticity on the basis of traditional weight training.Delay learning is combined with the remote supervised method that is incorporated with photonic spike-timing-dependent plasticity.A spike sequence learning task implemented via the proposed algorithm is found to have better performance than via the traditional weight-based method.Moreover,the proposed algorithm is also applied to two benchmark data sets for classification.In a simple network structure with only a few optical neurons,the classification accuracy based on the delay-weight learning algorithm is significantly improved compared with weight-based learning.The introduction of delay adjusting improves the learning efficiency and performance of the algorithm,which is helpful for photonic neuromorphic computing and is also important specifically for understanding information processing in the biological brain. | Yanan Han Shuiying Xiang Zhenxing Ren Chentao Fu Aijun Wen Yue Hao | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,4: | 4 |
| 3 | Structure characteristics and microwave dielectric properties of Pr_(2)(Zr_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9) solid solution ceramic with a stable temperature coefficient显示文摘Pr_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)(x=0.1-1.0)ceramics were prepared via a conventional solid-state method,the dependence of crystal structure and bond characteristics on microwave dielectric properties was investigated systemically.The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the single-phase Pr_(2)Zr_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)structure was formed in all the specimens.As the Ti^(4+)content increased,the lattice volume gradually decreased,which was ascribed to the fact that the ionic radius of Ti^(4+)was smaller than that of Zr^(4+).Notably,outstanding microwave dielectric properties withεr of 10.73-16.35,Q·f values of 80,696-18,726 GHz and minorτ_(f) values−14.1-−2.6 ppm/℃were achieved in Pr_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)ceramics.Theε_(r) increased with the rising x values,which was associated with the increase ofα/Vm values.The decreasing Q·f was affected by the decline of lattice energy of[Zr/TiO_(6)]octahedral.Theτf value was dominated by[Zr/TiO_(6)]octahedral distortion,Mo-O bond energy,bond strength and B-site bond valence.Furthermore,infrared reflection spectra suggested that the properties were mainly caused by the absorption of phonon,and the dielectric loss could be further reduced by optimizing the experimental process. | Huanrong Tian Jinjie Zheng Lintao Liu Haitao Wu Hideo Kimura Yizhong Lu Zhenxing Yue | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21: | 3 |
| 4 | Profiles and Source Apportionment of Nonmethane Volatile Organic Compounds in Winter and Summer in Xi’an, China, based on the Hybrid Environmental Receptor Model显示文摘Summer and winter campaigns for the chemical compositions and sources of nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)and oxygenated volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)were conducted in Xi’an.Data from 57 photochemical assessment monitoring stations for NMHCs and 20 OVOC species were analyzed.Significant seasonal differences were noted for total VOC(TVOC,NMHCs and OVOCs)concentrations and compositions.The campaign-average TVOC concentrations in winter(85.3±60.6 ppbv)were almost twice those in summer(47.2±31.6 ppbv).Alkanes and OVOCs were the most abundant category in winter and summer,respectively.NMHCs,but not OVOCs,had significantly higher levels on weekends than on weekdays.Total ozone formation potential was higher in summer than in winter(by 50%)because of the high concentrations of alkenes(particularly isoprene),high temperature,and high solar radiation levels in summer.The Hybrid Environmental Receptor Model(HERM)was used to conduct source apportionment for atmospheric TVOCs in winter and summer,with excellent accuracy.HERM demonstrated its suitability in a situation where only partial source profile data were available.The HERM results indicated significantly different seasonal source contributions to TVOCs in Xi’an.In particular,coal and biomass burning had contributions greater than half in winter(53.4%),whereas traffic sources were prevalent in summer(53.1%).This study’s results highlight the need for targeted and adjustable VOC control measures that account for seasonal differences in Xi’an;such measures should target not only the severe problem with VOC pollution but also the problem of consequent secondary pollution(e.g.,from ozone and secondary organic aerosols). | Jian SUN Zhenxing SHEN Yue ZHANG Wenting DAI Kun HE Hongmei XU Zhou ZHANG Long CUI Xuxiang LI Yu HUANG Junji CAO | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,1: | 2 |

It was found that hydrostatic pressure made their phase transition temperature Tc and the peak temperature Tm decreased, and the frequency dispersion and relaxor behavior enhanced. In these disorder systems of composite pervoskite structures, there appeared polar clusters or nanodomains. | 16 | Crystal structure,chemical bond characteristics,infrared reflection spectrum,and microwave dielectric properties of Nd_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9) ceramics显示文摘Microwave dielectric ceramics(MWDCs)with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss are desired in contemporary society,where the communication frequency is developing to high frequency(sub-6G).Herein,Nd_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)(NZ_(1−x)T_(x)M,x=0.02-0.10)ceramics were prepared through a solid-phase process.According to X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns,the ceramics could form a pure crystal structure with the R3c(167)space group.The internal parameters affecting the properties of the ceramics were calculated and analyzed by employing Clausius-Mossotti relationship,Shannon’s rule,and Phillips-van Vechten-Levine(P-V-L)theory.Furthermore,theoretical dielectric loss of the ceramics was measured and analyzed by a Fourier transform infrared(IR)radiation spectrometer.Notably,when x=0.08 and sintered at 700℃,optimal microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were obtained,including a dielectric constant(ε_(r))=10.94,Q·f=82,525 GHz(at 9.62 GHz),and near-zero resonant frequency temperature coefficient(τ_(f))=−12.99 ppm/℃.This study not only obtained an MWDC with excellent properties but also deeply analyzed the effects of Ti^(4+)on the microwave dielectric properties and chemical bond characteristics of Nd_(2)Zr_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)(NZM),which laid a solid foundation for the development of rare-earth molybdate MWDC system. | Jian BAO Yuping ZHANG Hideo KIMURA Haitao WU Zhenxing YUE | 2023 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,1: | 1 |

The experimental results show that increasing SiO 2 content in the glass leads to the increase of [SiO 4 ] units, increases the continuity of glass network, and decreases the trend to crystallization of composites. The shrinkage of samples rises rapid around the glass softening temperature and the final shrinkage of samples decreases with increasing SiO 2 content in the glass.
