1Manufacturing-oriented BOM Reconfiguration Method显示文摘Bill of material (BOM) structures describe the component structure of a product.It is used and processed in the whole product lifecycle,and is the bridge for the product data integration among enterprise application.In the process of product development,product model is evolving and BOM is also changed.To keep the data among BOM views integrate,accurate and consistent,a general model of weighted diagraph of product BOM is developed.By establishing BOM structure model and defining the mapping rules of Virtual Component,Successive Component,Middle Component and Collaborative Component,an algorithm for BOM structure mapping is proposed based on single source of product data (SSPD).According to BOM multi-view mapping and SSPD,an integration model and application framework of the product design and the manufacturing process is given.Final- ly,a BOM management system named BomMan is provided,which indicates the validity and feasibility of this method.Thus, the reconfiguration from EBOM to MBOM could be realized.YAN Hui WANG Zhongqi HAO Guangke YIN Junqing (Institute of Mechanical Engineering,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi’an 710072,China 2006武汉理工大学学报2006,28,S2:2

5Spatial confinement effects of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy at reduced air pressures显示文摘Spatial confinement is a simple and cost-effective method for enhancing signal intensity and improving the detection sensitivity of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).However,the spatial confinement effects of LIBS under different pressures remains a question to be studied,because the pressure of the ambient gas has a significant influence on the temporal and spatial evolution of plasma.In this study,spatial confinement effects of LIBS under a series of reduced air pressures were investigated experimentally,and the plasma characteristics under different air pressures were studied.The results show that the reduced air pressure can lead to both earlier onset and weakening of the enhancement effect of the spatial confinement on the LIBS line intensity.When the air pressure drops to 0.1 kPa,the enhancement effect of the emission intensity no longer comes from the compression of the reflected shock wave on the plasma,but from the cavity’s restriction of the plasma expansion space.In conclusion,the enhancement effect of spatial confinement technology on the LIBS is still effective when the pressure is reduced,which further expands the research and application field of spatial confinement technology.Zhongqi Hao Zhiwei Deng Li Liu Jiulin Shi Xingdao He 2022Frontiers of Optoelectronics2022,15,2:0
6Anisotropic, biomorphic cellular Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics with directional well-aligned nanowhisker arrays based on wood-mimetic architectures显示文摘Inspired by the transport behavior of water and ions through the aligned channels in trees,we demonstrate a facile,scalable approach for constructing biomorphic cellular Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic frameworks with well-aligned nanowhisker arrays on the surface of directionally aligned microchannel alignments.Through a facile Y(NO_(3))_(3) solution infiltration into wood-derived carbon preforms and subsequent heat treatment,we can faultlessly duplicate the anisotropic wood architectures into free-standing bulk porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics.Firstly,α-Si3N4 microchannels were synthesized on the surface of CB-templates via carbothermal reduction nitridation(CRN).And then,homogeneous distributed Y–Si–O–N liquid phase on the walls of microchannel facilitated the anisotropicβ-Si3N4 grain growth to form nanowhisker arrays.The dense aligned microchannels with low-tortuosity enable excellent load carrying capacity and thermal conduction through the entire materials.As a result,the porous Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics exhibited an outstanding thermal conductivity(TC,k_(R)≈6.26 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1)),a superior flexural strength(σ_(L)≈29.4 MPa),and a relative high anisotropic ratio of TC(k_(R)/k_(L)=4.1).The orientation dependence of the microstructure–property relations may offer a promising perspective for the fabrication of multifunctional ceramics.Songsong XU Xiaonan ZHOU Qiang ZHI Junjie GAO Liucheng HAO Zhongqi SHI Bo WANG Jianfeng YANG Kozo ISHIZAKI 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,4:0
7Distributed robust MPC for nonholonomic robots with obstacle and collision avoidance显示文摘Considering that the inevitable disturbances and coupled constraints pose an ongoing challenge to distributed control algorithms,this paper proposes a distributed robust model predictive control(MPC)algorithm for a multi-agent system with additive external disturbances and obstacle and collision avoidance constraints.In particular,all the agents are allowed to solve optimization problems simultaneously at each time step to obtain their control inputs,and the obstacle and collision avoidance are accomplished in the context of full-dimensional controlled objects and obstacles.To achieve the collision avoidance between agents in the distributed framework,an assumed state trajectory is introduced for each agent which is transmitted to its neighbors to construct the polyhedral over-approximations of it.Then the polyhedral over-approximations of the agent and the obstacles are used to smoothly reformulate the original nonconvex obstacle and collision avoidance constraints.And a compatibility constraint is designed to restrict the deviation between the predicted and assumed trajectories.Moreover,recursive feasibility of each local MPC optimization problem with all these constraints derived and input-to-state stability of the closed-loop system can be ensured through a sufficient condition on controller parameters.Finally,simulations with four agents and two obstacles demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.Li Dai Yanye Hao Huahui Xie Zhongqi Sun Yuanqing Xia 2022Control Theory and Technology2022,20,1:0
