1Assessment on Agricultural Drought Risk Based on Variable Fuzzy Sets Model显示文摘Drought is one of the major natural disasters causing huge agricultural losses annually. Regional agricultural drought risk assessment has great significance for reducing regional disaster and agricultural drought losses. Based on the fuzzy characteristics of agricultural drought risk, variable fuzzy sets model was used for comprehensively assessing agricultural drought risk of Liaoning Province in China. A multi-layers and multi-indices assessment model was estab-lished according to variable fuzzy sets theory, and agricultural drought risk of all 14 prefecture-level cities was respec-tively estimated in terms of dangerousness, vulnerability, exposure and drought-resistibility. By calculating the combi-nation weights of four drought risk factors, agricultural drought risk grade of each city was obtained. Based on the as-sessment results, the spatial distribution maps of agricultural drought risk were drawn. The results shows that eastern cities have lower drought dangerousness than western cities in Liaoning Province totally. Most cities are located in low drought vulnerability region and high drought exposure region. Because of frequent and severe drought since 2000, most cities are located in lower drought-resistibility region. Comprehensive agricultural drought risk presents apparent spatial characteristics, escalating from the east to the west. Drought dangerousness is the most important factor influencing comprehensive agricultural drought risk. 2Effects of process parameters on pore structure of semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation显示文摘The semi-coke was prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation in single factor method. The pore structures of raw coal and semi-coke were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the adsorption and desorption isotherm of semi-coke are not coincident. There was a wide pore distribution on the semi-coke, in which mesopores and micropores account for a considerable proportion. Also there are many more secondary pores. With the increase of the final temperature of heat carrier and constant temperature, as well as the decrease of volume ratio of coal and hot carrier reactor, specific surface area and pore volume of semi-coke increased rapidly first and then decreased and finally increased, along with the rapidly reduction of average pore size. 3Risk analysis of dynamic control of reservoir limited water level by considering flood forecast error显示文摘Flood control forecast operation mode is one of the main ways for determining the upper bound of dynamic control of flood limited water level during flood season. The floodwater utilization rate can be effectively increased by using flood forecast information and flood control forecast operation mode. In this paper, Dahuofang Reservoir is selected as a case study. At first, the distribution pattern and the bound of forecast error which is a key source of risk are analyzed. Then, based on the definition of flood risk, the risk of dynamic control of reservoir flood limited water level within different flood forecast error bounds is studied. 4Effects of Fujian tablet on Nogo-A mRNA expression and plasticity of the corticospinal tract in a rat model of focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘The present study investigated the effects of Fujian tablet, a Chinese medicine compound that can nourish liver and kidney, on corticospinal tract plasticity and cervical cord microenvironment in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Results showed that motor function of rats with right proximal middle cerebral artery occlusion was significantly improved following treatment with Fujian tablet, 9 g crude drug/kg. Anterograde tracing revealed significantly increased biotinylated dextran amine expression in the denervated (left) side of the cervical cord (C4-6) following Fujian tablet treatment, and significantly decreased Nogo-A mRNA expression was detected in the denervated side of the cervical cord (C4-6) using in situ hybridization. Pearson's correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between biotinylated dextran amine and Nogo-A mRNA expression (r = -0.943, P < 0.01). 6Effects of nitrogen ion implantation on Ca^(2+) concentration and membrane potential of pollen cell显示文摘The effects of low energy nitrogen ion implantation on Ca2+ concentration and membrane potential of illy (Mum davidii Duch) pollen cell have been studied. The results showed that the Ca2+ concentration was increased when pollen grain was implanted by nitrogen ion with energy 100 keV and dose 1013 ions/cm2. However, the increase of Ca2+ concentration was partly inhibited by the addition of Ca2+ channel inhibitor depending on dose. And nitrogen ion implantation caused depolarization of pollen cell membrane potential. In other words, membrane potential was increased, but the effect decreased by adding Ca2+ channel inhibitor. However, it was still significantly higher than the membrane potential of control cells. It was indicated that the depolarization of cell membrane potential opened the calcium channel on the membrane that caused the increasing of intracel-lular calcium concentration. 8PD-L1:expression regulation显示文摘Programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1),expressed on the surface of tumor cells,can bind to programmed cell death-1(PD-1)on T cells.The interaction of PD-1 and PD-L1 can inhibit T-cell responses by decreasing T-cell activity and accelerating their apoptosis.Various cancers express high levels of PD-L1 and exploit PD-L1/PD-1 signaling to evade T-cell immunity,and immunotherapies targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis have been shown to exert remarkable anti-tumor effects;however,not all tumor patients benefit from these therapies.Therefore,study of the mechanisms regulating PD-L1 expression are imperative.In this review,we explore regulation of PD-L1 expression in the contexts of gene transcription,signaling pathways,histone modification and remodeling,microRNAs,long noncoding RNAs,and post-translational modification.Current developments in studies of agents that block PD-L1 and correlations between immunotherapies targeting PD-1/PD-L1 and PD-L1 expression are also summarized.Our review will assist in understanding of PD-L1 expression regulation and discusses the implications of reported findings in cancer diagnosis and immunotherapy.Yu-Jie Zhou Guoli Li Jiyin Wang Mengyuan Liu Zihan Wang Yu Song Xulong Zhang Xi Wang 2023Blood Science2023,5,2:3

10AFP2 Coordinates the Activity of PIF7 for Thermomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis Seedlings显示文摘Ambient temperature induces the hypocotyl elongation of seedling,called as thermomorphogenesis.It has been reported that the bHLH transcriptional factor PIF7 acts as the critical component to modulate plant thermomorphogenesis,but the underlying mechanism remains elusive.The phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)suppresses the hypocotyl elongation under high temperature(HT)stress.As the ABI5 binding protein,AFP2 acts as the negative factor to control ABA signaling.In this study,we first identified AFP2 as the interaction protein of PIF7 in vitro and in vivo.Phenotype analysis revealed that overexpressing AFP2 reduced the hypocotyl elongation,while loss-of-function afp2 mutant showed longer hypocotyl under HT.Consistently,overexpressing AFP2 impaired the transactivation effect of PIF7 on auxin biosynthesis related genes YUC8 and IAA19,which possibly resulted into the shorter hypocotyl in the transgenic line overexpressing AFP2 or co-overexpressing AFP2 and PIF7.Thus,these data suggest that AFP2 suppressed PIF7 activity to suppress hypocotyl elongation.Furthermore,we found that HT gradually induced the degradation of AFP2 that possibly released the inhibitory effect of AFP2 on PIF7,thus induced hypocotyl elongation under HT.Taken together,our result reveals the novel function of AFP2 in coordinating thermomorphogenesis through sophistically modulating PIF7 activity.Guoli Deng Songbei Ying Sasa Jing Jun Zhou Shiyan Lu Ping Li 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,4:2

19Review of research developments of 12Cr1MoVG heat resistant steel in China显示文摘In this paper,we review the evolution of 12Cr1MoV steel standards at home and abroad,analyze the effects of various elements and determine their optimal contents in steel. The influence of heat treatment and microstructure on the creep strength of 12Cr1MoV steel is investigated. Statistical results from conventional mechanical properties, ductile-brittle transition temperature, high temperature oxidation resistance, aging, instant high temperature properties, and creep are introduced. 20Activated carbon-hybridized and amine-modified polyacrylonitrile nanofibers toward ultrahigh and recyclable metal ion and dye adsorption from wastewater显示文摘Nanofibers with high specific surface area and chemical stability have broad prospects in the applications of adsorption.However,the adsorption capacity is limited by the scarcity of adsorption groups and storage space.Herein,the activated carbon-hybridized and amine-modified nanofibers are prepared by integrating activated carbon(AC)and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)via electrospinning method and the subsequent amination,which could provide additional storage space and adsorption groups for ultrahigh adsorption capability.Thus,the obtained amine-rich porous PAN nanofibers(APAN/AC)readily realized the ultrahigh adsorption capacity for metal ions and dyes in wastewater.Specifically,the adsorption capacity of APAN/AC nanofibers were 284 mg·g^(-1) for Cr(VI)and 248 mg·g^(-1) for methyl orange,which were almost 2 and 4 times than that of amine-modified nanofibers(APAN)and carbon-hybridized nanofibers(PAN/AC),respectively.Moreover,the AC inhibited the chain mobility of polymer matrix and thereby endowing APAN/AC nanofibers with excellent recyclability.The adsorption capability retained 80%after nine adsorption-desorption cycles.The adsorption kinetics and corresponding mechanism were further explored.This strategy combines the advantages of polymer nanofibers and AC,opening a new avenue for developing next-generation absorbent materials.Fengli Li Chuang Chen Yuda Wang Wenpeng Li Guoli Zhou Haoqin Zhang Jie Zhang Jingtao Wang 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,4:1
