1One-step synthesis of thermally stable artificial multienzyme cascade system for efficient enzymatic electrochemical detection显示文摘Recently,metal-organic framework(MOF)-based multienzyme systems integrating different functional natural enzymes and/or nanomaterial-basedartificial enzymes are attracting increasing attention due to their high catalytic efficiency and promising application in sensing.Simpleand controllable integration of enzymes or nanozymes within MOFs is crucial for achieving efficient cascade catalysis and high stability.Here,we report a facile electrochemical assisted biomimetic mineralization strategy to prepare an artificial multienzyme system for efficient electrochemicaldetection of biomolecules.By using the G0x@Cu-MOF/copper foam(G0x@Cu-MOF/CF)architecture as a proof of concept,efficientenzyme immobilization and cascade catalysis were achieved by in situ encapsulation of glucose oxidase(GOx)within MOFs layer grown onthree-dimensional(3D)porous conducting CF via a facile one-step electrochemical assisted biomimetic mineralization strategy.Due to thebio-electrocatalytic cascade reaction mechanism,this well-designed GOx@Cu-MOF modified electrode exhibited superior catalytic activityand thermal stability for glucose sensing.Notably,the activity of GOx@Cu-MOF/CF still remained at ca.80%after being incubated at 80℃.In sharp contrast,the activity of the unprotected electrode was reduced to the original 10%after the same treatment.The design strategypresented here may be useful in fabricating highly stable enzyme@MOF composites applied for efficient photothermal therapy and otherplatform under high temperature.Xiqing Cheng Jinhong Zhou Jiayu Chen Zhaoxiong Xie Qin Kuang Lansun Zheng 2019Nano Research2019,12,12:3

5Analysis on Hydrogeochemical Characteristics and Their Temporal and Spatial Variation in the Karst Catchment of Lianjiang River,Northern Guangdong Province显示文摘[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the hydrogeochemical features and their temporal and spatial variation in the karst catchment of Lianjiang River,northern Guangdong Province.[Method]Water samples were collected from 10 sub-drainages of Lianjiang River in July of 2012and January of 2013,and then major chemical ions in tributaries of Xingzi River and Tongguanshui River were analyzed in detail to discuss the hydrochemistry type,spatial and temporal distribution and its causes of formation in Lianjiang River basin.[Result]Among chemical ions in the water samples,Ca^(2+)and HCO_3^-were dominant in Lianjiang River,accounting for over 70%and 80%of total concentrations of cations and anions respectively,followed by Mg^(2+)and SO_4^(2-).The concentrations of most major ions were higher in winter than those in summer except SO_4^(2-)concentration was much higher in summer than that in winter,which was related to anthropogenic factors.From hydrochemical types,it is seen that HCO_3^--Ca^(2+)type in summer and HCO_3^--Ca^(2+)?Mg^(2+)type in winter were dominant in Lianjiang River,followed by the HCO_3^--SO_4^(2-)?Ca^(2+)type,and only two samples of Xingzi River belonged to HCO_3^--Ca^(2+)?Mg^(2+)?Na^+type in winter.The spatial distribution regularity of chemical ions was not obvious in the 10 sub-drainages of Lianjiang River.The concentrations of chemical ions changed greatly in the upper reaches but slightly in the lower reaches of Xingzi River catchment.The concentrations of chemical ions were steady in Tongguanshui River catchment with a smaller area,and it was a little higher in the upper reaches than those in the lower reaches.[Conclusion]Natural processes,such as lithological heterogeneities and atmospheric precipitation,contributed to the chemical composition of Lianjiang River catchment,northern Guangdong Province.Zhou Chen Xizhi Wang Baosheng Li Gongcou Guan Zhaoxiong Liang Jun Wang 2013Meteorological and Environmental Research2013,4,11:0
