1Flooding attack and defence in Ad hoc networks显示文摘Mobile ad hoc networks are particularly vulnerable to denial of service (DOS) attacks launched through compromised nodes or intruders. In this paper, we present a new DOS attack and its defense in ad hoc networks. The new DOS attack,called Ad hoc Flooding Attack(AHFA), is that intruder broadcasts mass Route Request packets to exhaust the communication bandwidth and node resource so that the valid communication can not be kept. After analyzed Ad hoc Flooding Attack, we develop Flooding Attack Prevention (FAP), a generic defense against the Ad hoc Flooding Attack. When the intruder broadcasts exceeding packets of Route Request, the immediate neighbors of the intruder record the rate of Route Request. Once the threshold is exceeded, nodes deny any future request packets from the intruder. 2Natural Mongolian Pine Forests in the Great Xing'an Mountains,Northeast China显示文摘Based upon 134 rel関es, the vegetation of the forests with Mongolian pine (Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica) of the Great Xingan Mountains in the northeast China was classified into 3 communities, 7 types and 4 subtypes by numerical cluster analysis. 1) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Populus davidiana-community was found on relatively dry sites. It was subdivided into a Quercus mongolica-type, consisting of a Adenophora tetraphylla subtype, a Pulsatilla dahurica subtype, and a pure type; 2) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Rhododendron dauricum-community occurred on medium dry sites. It included a Calamagrostis angustifolia type, consisting of a Cladonia arbuscula subtype, a pure subtype, and a Rubus idaeus-type; 3) The Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica-Ledum palustre-community was found on periodically wet sites. 3Cytoplasmic and nuclear genome variations of rice hybrids and their parents inform the trajectory and strategy of hybrid rice breeding显示文摘The male sterility(MS)line is a prerequisite for efficient production of hybrid seeds in rice,a self-pollinating species.MS line breeding is pivotal for hybrid rice improvement.Understanding the historical breeding tra-jectory will help to improve hybrid rice breeding strategies.Maternally inherited cytoplasm is an appro-priate tool for phylogenetic reconstruction and pedigree tracing in rice hybrids.In this study,we analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of 1495 elite hybrid rice varieties and identified five major types of cytoplasm,which correspond to different hybrid production systems.As the cytoplasm donors for hybrids,461 MS lines were also divided into five major types based on cytoplasmic and nuclear genomic architecture.Spe-cific core accessions cooperating with different fertility-associated genes drove the sequence divergence of MS lines.Dozens to hundreds of convergent and divergent selective sweeps spanning several agro-nomic trait-associated genes were identified among different types of MS lines.We further analyzed the cross patterns between different types of MS lines and their corresponding restorers.This study system-atically analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of rice hybrids revealed their relationships with nuclear ge-nomes of MS lines,and illustrated the trajectory of hybrid rice breeding and the strategies for breeding different types of MS lines providing new insights for future improvement of hybrid rice.Zhoulin Gu Zhou Zhu Zhen Li Qilin Zhan Qi Feng Congcong Zhou Qiang Zhao Yan Zhao Xiaojian Peng Bingxin Dai Rongrong Sun Yan Li Hengyun Lu Lei Zhang Tao Huang Junyi Gong Danfeng Lv Xuehui Huang Bin Han 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,12:2

9Triggering a [2]rotaxane molecular shuttle through hydrogen sulfide显示文摘A novel chemically-controlled [2]rotaxane molecular shuttle was successfully designed and synthesized. A H_2 S-responsive bulk barrier was introduced between the two identical recognition stations of the [2]rotaxane to prevent dynamic shuttling of the macrocycle. 12An Algorithm of Sensor Management Based on Dynamic Target Detection显示文摘The probability density of stationary target is only evolved at measurement update, but the probability density of dynamic target is evolved not only at measurement update but also during measurements, this paper researches an algorithm of dynamic targets detection. Firstly, it presents the evolution of probability density at measurement update by Bayes' rule and the evolution of probability density during measurements by Fokker-Planck differential equations, respectively. Secondly, the method of obtaining information entropy by the probability density is given and sensor resources are distributed based on the evolution of information entropy viz. the maximization of information gain.
