1Preseismic deformation associated with the 2014 Ms7.3 Yutian earthquake derived from GPS data显示文摘Based on analysis of the GPS data during 1999-2007,2009-2011,and 2011-2013 mainly from the Crustal Motion Observation Network of China,we obtained the GPS horizontal velocity field,the GPS strain rate field,and the profiles across the southwestern segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault zone and its adjacent regions and identified the different characteristics of horizontal crustal deformation fields and profiles during different periods. The results show that,before the February 12,2014,Ms7. 3 Yutian earthquake,the laevorotation deformation along the southwestern segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault zone increased about 3. 3 mm /a during 2011-2013,relative to that in 2009-2011,and the GPS strain rate field distributed in the southeastern segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault during 2011-2013 increased obviously. 2Small-molecule fluorescent probes for the detection of carbon dioxide显示文摘During the last few years, the preparation of novel fluorescent probes for the detection of carbon dioxide has attracted considerable attention since carbon dioxide plays extremely important roles in widespread fields including chemical, environmental, clinical analysis, and agri-food industry. This review focuses on the recent advances in the design principles, recognition mechanisms, and preparation of small-molecule fluorescent probes for the selective detection and monitoring of CO_2. 9Our expedition in the construction of fluorescent supramolecular metallacycles显示文摘During the past few years, the construction of fluorescent supramolecular metallocycles has attracted extensive attention due to their diverse applications such as sensing, photoelectric devices, and mimicking complicated natural photo-processes. In this review, we will discuss how we entered the field of fluorescent supramolecular metallacycles and what we investigated in this field. 15Discovery and bioassay of disubstituted β-elemene-NO donor conjugates:synergistic enhancement in the treatment of leukemia显示文摘Natural products are essential sources of antitumor drugs.One such molecule,β-elemene,is a potent antitumor compound extracted from Curcuma wenyujin.In the present investigation,a series of novel 13,14-disubstituted nitric oxide(NO)-donorβelemene derivatives were designed,withβ-elemene as the foundational compound,and subsequently synthesized to evaluate their therapeutic potential against leukemia.Notably,the derivative labeled as compound 13d demonstrated a potent anti-proliferative activity against the K562 cell line,with a high NO release.In vivo studies indicated that compound 13d could effectively inhibit tumor growth,exhibiting no discernible toxic manifestations.Specifically,a significant tumor growth inhibition rate of 62.9%was observed in the K562 xenograft tumor mouse model.The accumulated data propound the potential therapeutic application of compound 13d in the management of leukemia.ZHU Junlong JIANG Xiaoying LUO Xinyu GAO Yuan ZHAO Rui LI Junjie CAI Hong DANG Xiawen YE Xiangyang BAI Renren XIE Tian 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,12:1

17Effect of vibration on interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg/Al bimetal prepared by a novel compound casting显示文摘In this work,a vibration was applied in the preparation of the Mg/Al bimetal by a novel compound casting in order to improve the mechanical properties of the Mg/Al bimetal,and the effect of the vibration on the interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mg/Al bimetal was investigated.The results indicated that the vibration had a significant effect on the interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mg/Al bimetal,but it did not change the phase compositions of the interface,which was composed of layerⅠ(Al3Mg2+Mg2Si),layerⅡ(Al_(12)Mg_(17)+Mg_(2)Si)and layerⅢ(Al_(12)Mg_(17)/δ-Mg).Without vibration,the Mg_(2)Si phase with a needle-like morphology mainly aggregated in the layerⅡof the interface.After the application of the vibration,the SEM and EBSD analysis results showed that the Mg_(2)Si and Al3Mg2phases in the interface were obviously refined,and the distribution of the Mg_(2)Si became more uniform,due to the strong forced convection of the molten metal resulting from the vibration.The TEM analysis indicated that the interface between the A_(l3)Mg_(2) and Mg_(2)Si phases was non-coherent,suggesting the Mg_(2)Si particles cannot act as a heterogeneous nucleation base during the solidification process of the interface.Compared to the Mg/Al bimetal without vibration,the shear strength of the Mg/Al bimetal with vibration increased by about 50%from 31.7 MPa on average to 47.5 MPa,and the hardness of the layer I of the interface increased,and the hardness of the layerⅢdecreased.The fracture surface transformed from a flat fracture morphology without vibration to an irregular zigzag fracture morphology.Feng Guan Wenming Jiang Guangyu Li Junwen Zhu Junlong Wang Guoliang Jie Zitian Fan 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,8:1
18User abnormal behavior analysis based on neural network clustering显示文摘It is the premise of accessing and controlling cloud environment to establish the mutual trust relationship between users and clouds. How to identify the credible degree of the user identity and behavior becomes the core problem? This paper proposes a user abnormal behavior analysis method based on neural network clustering to resolve the problems of over-fitting and flooding the feature information, which exists in the process of traditional clustering analysis and calculating similarity. Firstly, singular value decomposition(SVD) is applied to reduce dimension and de-noise for massive data, where map-reduce parallel processing is used to accelerate the computation speed, and neural network model is used for softening points. Secondly, information entropy is added to hidden layer of neural network model to calculate the weight of each attribute. Finally, weight factor is used to calculate the similarity to make the cluster more accuracy. For the problem of analyzing the mobile cloud user behaviors, the experimental results show that the scheme has higher detection speed(DS) and clustering accuracy than traditional schemes. 19Fundamental characteristics of gas hydrate-bearing sediments in the Shenhu area, South China Sea显示文摘The basic physical properties of marine natural gas hydrate deposits are important to the understanding of seabed growth conditions, occurrence regularity, and occurrence environment of natural gas hydrates. A comprehensive analysis of the core samples of drilling pressure-holding hydrate deposits at a depth of 1310 m in the Shenhu area of the South China Sea was conducted. The experimental results indicate that the particle size in the hydrate sediment samples are mainly distributed in the range from 7.81 µm to 21.72 µm, and the average particle size decreases as the depth of the burial increases. The X-ray CT analytical images and surface characteristics SEM scan images suggest that the sediment is mostly silty clay. 20Types of the Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complexes and their relationship with paleogeomorphology in Gucheng area,Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘Based on the observation of outcrops and cores,thin section identification,restoration of paleogeomorphology by residual thickness method,fine description of seismic facies,etc.,the coupling relationships between the development patterns of various types of Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complexes and paleogeomorphology in the Gucheng area of Tarim Basin have been examined.The Cambrian platform margin mound-shoal complex is divided into mound base,mound core,mound front,mound back and mound flat microfacies,which are composed of dolomites of seven textures with facies indication.The different paleogeomorphology before the deposition of mound-shoal complex in each period was reconstructed,and three types of mound-shoal complex sedimentary models corresponding to the paleogeomorphologies of four stages were established:namely,the first stage of gentle slope symmetric accretion type,the second stage of steep slope asymmetric accretion type and the third and fourth stages of steep slope asymmetric progradation type.Their microfacies are respectively characterized by-mound base-mound back+(small)mound core+mound front-mound flat'symmetric vertical accretion structure,'mound base-(large)mound core+mound front-mound flat'asymmetric vertical accretion structure,'mound base-(small)mound core+mound front-mound flat'asymmetric lateral progradation structure.With most developed favorable reservoir facies belt,the steep slope asymmetric accretion type mound-shoal complex with the characteristics of'large mound and large shoal'is the exploration target for oil and gas reservoir.ZHANG Junlong HU Mingyi FENG Zihui LI Qiang HE Xiangxiang ZHANG Bin YAN Bo WEI Guoqi ZHU Guangyou ZHANG You 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:0
