1A new hybrid aerodynamic optimization framework based on differential evolution and invasive weed optimization显示文摘Since many aerodynamic optimization problems in the area of aeronautics contain highly nonlinear objectives and multiple local optima, it is still a challenge for most of the traditional optimization methods to find the global optima. In this paper, a new hybrid optimization framework based on Differential Evolution and Invasive Weed Optimization(IWO_DE/Ring) is developed, which combines global and local search to improve the performance, where a Multiple-Output Gaussian Process(MOGP) is used as the surrogate model. We first use several test functions to verify the performance of the IWO_DE/Ring method, and then apply the optimization framework to a supercritical airfoil design problem. The convergence and the robustness of the proposed framework are compared against some other optimization methods. The IWO_DE/Ringbased approach provides much quicker and steadier convergence than the traditional methods.The results show that the stability of the dynamic optimization process is an important indication of the confidence in the obtained optimum, and the proposed optimization framework based on IWO_DE/Ring is a reliable and promising alternative for complex aeronautical optimization problems.Zijing LIU Xuejun LIU Xinye CAI 2018Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,7:9
2Determination of Three Kinds of Polyether Drug Residues in Eggs by QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid-LC/MS/MS显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish an LC-MS/MS method for the determination of three kinds of polyether residues in eggs with QuEChERS dSPE EMR-Lipid as a pretreatment method,which was established according to Agilent Bond Elut enhanced lipid removal EMR-Lipid technology.[Methods]Egg was extracted by acidified acetonitrile,purified by Bond Elut EMR-Lipid QuEChERS,and detected by HPLC-MS/MS. [Results]The three kinds of polyether residues had good linear relationships in the range of 2. 0-100 μg/L with peak areas,r > 0. 999. The recoveries ranged from 84. 6% to 107. 0%.[Conclusions]The method is convenient and accurate,and the quantitative results are accurate and reproducible. 3An Effective RAID Data Layout for Object-Based De-duplication Backup System显示文摘We propose an alternative Redundant array of independent disks(RAID) data layout, Asymmetrical grouping data organization(AGDO), for object-based data de-duplication backup system. Object-based data deduplication is an effective solution for detecting duplicate data for compound files. We designed an asymmetrical grouping strategy, the disk in the array are partitioned into different groups, and in each group parallelism data access scheme is adopted, different types of objects are stored in different groups with maybe different group size, it can set and manage dynamic group size by using dynamic disk group adjustment algorithms. The performance of AGDO is evaluated and proved to be sufficient for the continuous storage application. The result is that disk accesses are concentrated in a part of the disks over a long time period and reduces the power consumption to 25% in a 10-disk configuration. Moreover, object-based de-duplication combined with AGDO has great potential in increasing data restoration speed for compound files. 4A Hybrid Compression Framework for Large Scale Trajectory Data in Road Networks显示文摘A Hybrid compression framework of trajectory data(HCFT) is proposed for effective compression of tra jectory data with road network limited. It's different from the present researches which mainly focus on compression of single tra jectory, and further takes data redundancy raised by the similarity of movement pattern of moving objects into consideration. HCFT divides the redundancy of tra jectory data into Single tra jectory redundancy(STR) and Multiple tra jectories redundancy(MTR) and compresses them in a hybrid way(i.e. synchronous compression for STR at first and then asynchronous compression for MTR). We propose an asynchronous extraction algorithm for MTR based on frequent Road track subsequence(RTS), which replaces similar movement route by RTS, with the complexity of calculation significantly reduced. HCFT can not only gain higher compression ratio,but also ensure effectiveness of compressed tra jectory. 6Algae-lysing Effect of Algicidal Bacteria on Microcystis in Bloom Water显示文摘The Microcystis sample was selected from natural bloom water,then the algicidal effects of the bacterial strain fluid of the two algicidal bacteria,supernatant and bacterial liquid were studied. Moreover,the changes of microalgae colony and morphology in the process of algae-lysing were observed using neutral red staining and scanning electron microscope. It showed that AA06 bacteria had certain algicidal effect while AA10 bacteria had no effect. All the supernatants of the two bacterial strains had obvious algicidal effects,and the algicidal effects between the bacterial liquid and supernatant had no significant differences( P < 0. 05). The effects of algae-lysing mainly owed to the chemical substances secreted by algicidal bacteria. During the algae-lysing process,the algae colony did not disperse into individual cells. 8Community phylogenetic structure of grasslands and its relationship with environmental factors on the Mongolian Plateau显示文摘The community assembly rules and species coexistence have always been interested by ecologists. The community phylogenetic structure is the consequence of the interaction process between the organisms and the abiotic environment and has been used to explain the relative impact of abiotic and biotic factors on species co-existence. In recent years, grassland degradation and biodiversity loss have become increasingly severe on the Mongolian Plateau, while the drivers for these changes are not clearly explored, especially whether climate change is a main factor is debated in academia. In this study, we examined the phylogenetic structure of grassland communities along five transects of climate aridity on the Mongolian Plateau, and analyzed their relations with environmental factors, with the aims to understand the formation mechanism of the grassland communities and the role of climatic factors. We surveyed grassland communities at 81 sites along the five transects, and calculated their net relatedness index(NRI) at two different quadrat scales(small scale of 1 m2 and large scale of 5 m2) to characterize the community phylogenetic structure and analyze its relationship with the key 11 environmental factors. We also calculated the generalized UniFrac distance(GUniFrac) among the grassland communities to quantify the influence of spatial distance and environmental distance on the phylogenetic β diversity. The results indicated that plant community survey using the large scale quadrat contained sufficient species to represent community compositions. The community phylogenetic structure of grasslands was significantly overdispersed at both the small and large scales, and the degree of overdispersion was greater at the large scale than at the small scale, suggesting that competitive exclusion instead of habitat filtering played a major role in determination of community composition. Altitude was the main factor affecting the community phylogenetic structure, whereas climatic factors, such as precipitation and temperature, had limited influence. The principal component analysis of the 11 environmental factors revealed that 94.04% of their variation was accounted by the first four principal components. Moreover only 14.29% and 23.26% of the variation in community phylogenetic structure were explained by the first four principal components at the small and large scales, respectively. Phylogenetic β diversity was slightly significantly correlated with both spatial distance and environmental distance, however, environmental distance had a less explanatory power than spatial distance, indicating a limited environmental effect on the community phylogenetic structure of grasslands on the Mongolian Plateau. 10Anti-eavesdropping Network Coding Algorithm Based on T-N Threshold显示文摘Catering to the public nature of Ad hoc network in open channel and data communication being easily eavesdropped,this paper proposed an antieavesdropping algorithm which is based on network coding.The algorithm is based on the RSA signature algorithm introducing the timestamp and homomorphic mechanism to detect tampering and replay attacks,as the basis for calculating safety,being used as one of measurement indicators in router by node safety to establish t pieces of routing entry.It generates encoding vectors by introducing the random number when the source node is encoded and the random number will be divided into n pieces.As long as the sink node receives t pieces of fragments,we can restore the original encoding vector and decode it.If the eavesdropper wiretaps are less than t,they can not get any meaningful information.It is designed for increasing the number of linearly independent coded packets.It can improve the decoding efficiency by adopting generational grouping strategy while being encoded.Simulation and theoretical analysis shows that the anti-eavesdropping algorithm based on network coding improves network performance and security by coding gain.LIU Jun YANG Jingyu CHENG Zijing WANG Mengyuan 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,2:2
11Exosomes secreted from cardiomyocytes suppress the sensitivity of tumor ferroptosis in ischemic heart failure显示文摘Heart failure(HF)patients in general have a higher risk of developing cancer.Several animal studies have indicated that cardiac remodeling and HF remarkably accelerate tumor progression,highlighting a cause-and-effect relationship between these two disease entities.Targeting ferroptosis,a prevailing form of non-apoptotic cell death,has been considered a promising therapeutic strategy for human cancers.Exosomes critically contribute to proximal and distant organ-organ communications and play crucial roles in regulating diseases in a paracrine manner.However,whether exosomes control the sensitivity of cancer to ferroptosis via regulating the cardiomyocyte-tumor cell crosstalk in ischemic HF has not yet been explored.Here,we demonstrate that myocardial infarction(MI)decreased the sensitivity of cancer cells to the canonical ferroptosis activator erastin or imidazole ketone erastin in a mouse model of xenograft tumor.Post-MI plasma exosomes potently blunted the sensitivity of tumor cells to ferroptosis inducers both in vitro in mouse Lewis lung carcinoma cell line LLC and osteosarcoma cell line K7M2 and in vivo with xenograft tumorigenesis model.The expression of miR-22-3p in cardiomyocytes and plasma-exosomes was significantly upregulated in the failing hearts of mice with chronic MI and of HF patients as well.Incubation of tumor cells with the exosomes isolated from post-MI mouse plasma or overexpression of miR-22-3p alone abrogated erastin-induced ferroptotic cell death in vitro.Cardiomyocyte-enriched miR-22-3p was packaged in exosomes and transferred into tumor cells.Inhibition of cardiomyocyte-specific miR-22-3p by AAV9 sponge increased the sensitivity of cancer cells to ferroptosis.ACSL4,a pro-ferroptotic gene,was experimentally established as a target of miR-22-3p in tumor cells.Taken together,our findings uncovered for the first time that MI suppresses erastin-induced ferroptosis through releasing miR-22-3p-enriched exosomes derived from cardiomyocytes.Therefore,targeting exosome-mediated cardiomyocyte/tumor pathological communication may offer a novel approach for the ferroptosis-based antitumor therapy.Ye Yuan Zhongting Mei Zhezhe Qu Guanghui Li Shuting Yu Yingqi Liu Kuiwu Liu Zhihua Shen Jiaying Pu Yanquan Wang Changhao Wang Zhiyong Sun Qian Liu Xiaochen Pang Ao Wang Zijing Ren Tong Wang Ying Liu Jinhuan Hong Jiajie Xie Xin Li Zhonghua Wang Weijie Du Baofeng Yang 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4:2
12Stretchable, self‐healable, and breathable biomimetic iontronics with superior humidity‐sensing performance for wireless respiration monitoring显示文摘Stretchable,self‐healing,and breathable skin‐biomimetic‐sensing iontronics play an important role in human physiological signal monitoring and human–computer interaction.However,previous studies have focused on the mimicking of skin tactile sensing(pressure,strain,and temperature),and the development of more functionalities is necessary.To this end,a superior humidity‐sensitive ionic skin is developed based on a self‐healing,stretchable,breathable,and biocompatible polyvinyl alcohol–cellulose nanofibers organohydrogel film,showing a pronounced thickness‐dependent humidity‐sensing performance.The as‐prepared 62.47‐μm‐thick organohydrogel film exhibits a high response(25,000%)to 98%RH,excellent repeatability,and long‐term stability(120 days).Moreover,this ionic skin has excellent resistance to large mechanical deformation and damage,and the worn‐out material can still retain its humidity‐sensing capabilities after self‐repair.Humidity‐sensing mechanism studies show that the induced response is mainly related to the increase of proton mobility and interfacial charge transport efficiency after water adsorption.The superior humidity responsiveness is attributed to the reduced thickness and the increased specific surface area of the organohydrogel film,allowing real‐time recording of physiological signals.Notably,by combining with a self‐designed printed circuit board,a continuous and wireless respiration monitoring system is developed,presenting its great potential in wearable and biomedical electronics.Qiongling Ding Hao Wang Zijing Zhou Zixuan Wu Kai Tao Xuchun Gui Chuan Liu Wenxiong Shi Jin Wu 2023SmartMat2023,4,2:2
13Molecular imaging of advanced atherosclerotic plaques with folate receptor-targeted 2D nanoprobes显示文摘Vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques are responsible for most cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).Folate receptor(FR)positive activated macrophages were thought to be a prominent component in the development of vulnerable plaque.The objective of this study is to develop folate conjugated two-dimensional(2D)Pd@Au nanomaterials(Pd@Au-PEG-FA)for targeted multimodal imaging of the FRs in advanced atherosclerotic plaques.Pharmacokinetic and imaging studies(single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),computed tomography(CT)and photoacoustic(PA)imaging)were performed to confirm the prolonged blood half-life and enrichment of radioactivity in atherosclerotic plaques.Strong signals were detected in vivo with SPECT,CT and PA imaging in heavy atherosclerotic plaques,which were significantly higher than those of the normal aortas after injection of Pd@Au-PEG-FA.Blocking studies with preinjection of excess FA could effectively reduce the targeting ability of Pd@Au-PEG-FA in atherosclerotic plaques,further demonstrating the specific binding of Pd@Au-PEG-FA for plaque lesions.Histopathological characterization revealed that the signal of probe was in accordance with the high-risk plaques.In summary,the Pd@Au-PEG-FA has favorable pharmacokinetic properties and provides a valuable approach for detecting high-risk plaques in the presence of FRs in atherosclerotic plaques.Zhide Guo Liu Yang Mei Chen Xuejun Wen Huanhuan Liu Jingchao Li Duo Xu Yuanyuan An Changrong Shi Jindian Li Xinhui Su Zijing Li Ting Liu Rongqiang Zhuang Nanfeng Zheng Haibo Zhu Xianzhong Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:2

19Hypervalent Iodine(Ⅲ)-Mediated Benzannulation of Enamines with Alkynes: an Efficient Synthesis of Substituted Aminonaphthoic Acid Derivatives显示文摘An intermolecular two C-C bond formation procedure for the synthesis of carbocycles mediated by hyperva-lent iodine(III)reagents was developed.This metal free protocol provided a new approach for the synthesis of use-ful substituted 1-amino-2-naphthoic acid derivatives via benzannulation reactions.Various N-unsubstituted and N-alkyl substituted aromatic enamines with terminal alkynes and non-terminal alkynes can be converted into corre-sponding 1-amino-2-naphthoic acid derivatives under mild reaction conditions.When meta-substituted phenyl enamines were employed in the reaction,two cyclization paths were detected in the reaction and ortho-cyclization products were the only or major products.Good functional group tolerance,readily available material and high atom utilization efficiency make this method a potential procedure which may find broad application in organic synthesis.Peng Gao Mingjin Fan Zijing Bai Yunyang Wei 2015Chinese Journal of Chemistry2015,33,4:1
