1Coal and gas outburst mechanism of the “Three Soft” coal seam in western Henan显示文摘Based on the particularities of gas outbursts,i.e.,low gas bearing capacity and low gas pressure in the 'Three Soft' coal seam in western Henan,we applied the theories of plate tectonics and regional structural evolution to investigate the mechanism of this seam and its impact on the coal seam gas formation.Our investigation revealed that coal and gas outbursts are distributed in a strip in a NW direction,with a number of high-penetration mines scattered towards the south side and low-gas mines largely located on the north side.We analyzed the statistics of 38 gas explosions and the rock-coal sturdiness number coefficient f of 167 sampling sites in the region and found the gas outburst mechanism that features a 'low indicator outburst phenomenon'.The mechanism is characterized by structural coal as its core,a low gas bearing capacity,low gas pressure and sturdiness coefficient f mostly less than 0.3.Our research results provide a theoretical foundation for effective control of gas disasters.LEI DongJi LI Chengwu ZHANG Zimin ZHANG Yugui 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:10
2Elemental Geochemistry of the Interlayer Oxidation Zonein the Shihongtan Sandstone Type Uranium Deposit, Xinjiang显示文摘According to the oxidation intensity of ore-hosting sandstone, the interlayer oxidation zone of the Shihongtansandstone-type uranium deposit in the Turpan-Hami basin can be divided into 4 geochemical subzones, namely, intensely-oxidized, weakly-oxidized, redox and unoxidized primary subzones. The elemental geochemical characteristics of thefour subzones have been studied in detail, and the results show that U, together with other elements such as Re, Mo, Se, Sr,S, REE, Corganic etc., is enriched in the redox subzone. Re and U have similar geochemical properties in the reduction-oxidation process. The geochemical properties of Mo and Se are similar to those of U in the reduction condition, butdifferent from those of U in the oxidation condition. 3The Application of LM-BP Neural Network in the Prediction of Total Output Value of Agriculture显示文摘Gross agricultural product is an important indication to measure the agricultural development level of a region. It would be affected by many factors,having the characteristics of non- linearity. For this reason,LM- BP neural network was put forward as the model and method for predicting gross agricultural product. 5Chemotherapy initiation with single-course methotrexate alone or combined with dactinomycin versus multi-course methotrexate for low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia: a multi-centric randomized clinical trial显示文摘We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of single-course initial regimens in patients with low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN).In this trial (NCT01823315),276 patients were analyzed.Patients were allocated to three initiated regimens:single-course methotrexate(MTX),single-course MTX+dactinomycin(ACTD),and multi-course MTX(control arm).The primary endpoint was the complete remission(CR)rate by initial drug(s).The primary CR rate was 64.4%with multi-course MTX in the control arm.For the single-course MTX arm,the CR rate was 35.8%by one course;it increased to 59.3%after subsequent multi-course MTX,with non-inferiority to the control(difference-5.1%,95%confidence interval(CI)-19.4%to 9.2%,P=0.014).After further treatment with multi-course ACTD,the CR rate(93.3%)was similar to that of the control(95.2%,P=0.577).For the single-course MTX+ACTD arm,the CR rate was 46.7%by one course,which increased to 89.1%after subsequent multi-course,with non-inferiority(difference 24.7%,95%CI 12.8%-36.6%,P<0.001)to the control.It was similar to the CR rate by MTX and further ACTD in the control arm(89.1%vs.95.2%,P=0.135).Four patients experienced recurrence,with no death,during the 2-year follow-up.We demonstrated that chemotherapy initiation with single-course MTX may be an alternative regimen for patients with low-risk GTN.Lili Chen Ling Xi Jie Jiang Rutie Yin Pengpeng Qu Xiuqin Li Xiaoyun Wan Yaxia Chen Dongxiao Hu Yuyan Mao Zimin Pan Xiaodong Cheng Xinyu Wang Qingli Li Danhui Weng Xi Zhang Hong Zhang Quanhong Ping Xiaomei Liu Xing Xie Beihua Kong Ding Ma Weiguo Lu 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,2:2
6Programmable Adaptive Security Scanning for Networked Microgrids显示文摘Communication-dependent and software-based distributed energy resources(DERs)are extensively integrated into modern microgrids,providing extensive benefits such as increased distributed controllability,scalability,and observability.However,malicious cyber-attackers can exploit various potential vulnerabilities.In this study,a programmable adaptive security scanning(PASS)approach is presented to protect DER inverters against various power-bot attacks.Specifically,three different types of attacks,namely controller manipulation,replay,and injection attacks,are considered.This approach employs both software-defined networking technique and a novel coordinated detection method capable of enabling programmable and scalable networked microgrids(NMs)in an ultra-resilient,time-saving,and autonomous manner.The coordinated detection method efficiently identifies the location and type of power-bot attacks without disrupting normal NM operations.Extensive simulation results validate the efficacy and practicality of the PASS for securing NMs.Zimin Jiang Zefan Tang Peng Zhang Yanyuan Qin 2021Engineering2021,7,8:2

9Mechanism of stepwise tectonic control on gas occurrence: A study in North China显示文摘To gain an understanding of gas occurrence, distribution is the fundamental basis for preventing gas disasters. Presently, how tectonic structures control gas occurrence remains problematic. This study proposes the theory and elucidates the mechanism of stepwise tectonic control on gas occurrence according to the characteristics of gas occurrence and the patterns of gas distribution in coal mines in North China. On the one hand, tectonic compression and shearing lead to stress concentration and thus deform the coal and reduce the coal seam permeability, further contributing to gas preservation. On the other hand, tectonic extension and rifting lead to stress release and thus improve the coal seam permeability, further contributing to gas emission. Therefore, the distribution zones of tectonic compression, ubiquitous coal deformation, and gas accumulation have been step-wisely revealed, and the coal-gas outburst proneness zones are finally identified. 15低剂量辐射对环磷酰胺化疗毒性作用的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the effects as well as the possible mechanisms of low dose γ-ray pre-irradiation on hepatic damage,DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes and genetic material damage caused by high dosage of cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods:Kunming strain male mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,sham-irradiated group,low dose irradiation group(LDR group),cyclophosphamide chemotherapy group(CTX group) and low dose irradiation combined with chemotherapy group(LDR + CTX group).Having being raised for one week,all the mice were implanted subcutaneously with S180 cells in the left inguen(control group excluded).On days 8 and 11,mice of LDR and LDR + CTX groups were given 75 mGy whole-body γ-irradiation,30 h later mice of CTX and LDR + CTX groups were injected i.p.3.0 mg cyclophosphamide.All the mice were sacrificed on day 13.DNA damage of the peripheral lymphocytes was analyzed using single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE);ALT activity,total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB) of the plasma were analyzed using automatic biochemistry analyzer;MDA content,SOD and GSH-PX activity of the hepatic homogenate were analyzed using chromometry;genetic material damage was analyzed using micronucleus frequency(MNF) of polychromatoerythrocytes(PCE) in bone marrow.Results:1.Differences of MDA contents,SOD and GSH-PX activity of hepatic homogenate between 5 groups had notable statistical significance(P < 0.01);in control group MDA content was the lowest,SOD and GSH-PX activity were the highest,while in CTX group MDA content was the highest,SOD and GSH-PX activity were the lowest;compared with CTX group MDA content decreased significantly(P < 0.01) and SOD and GSH-PX activity increased significantly(P < 0.05) in LDR + CTX group.2.Differences of ALT activity of plasma between 5 groups had no statistical significance(F = 1.262,P > 0.05).Differences of TP and ALB of plasma between 5 groups had statistical significance(F = 12.879 and 6.336 respectively,P < 0.01);TP and ALB in control group were higher than those of other groups and compared with sham-irradiated group,TP and ALB in LDR group elevated significantly(P < 0.05).3.Differences of DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes had notable statistical significance(F = 6.383,P < 0.01);DNA damage in control group was the lightest,while DNA damage in CTX group was the severest;compared with CTX group,DNA damage in LDR + CTX group was much lighter(P < 0.05).4.MNF of PCE between 5 groups had remarkable significance(F = 179.652,P < 0.01);compared with control group and sham-irradiated group,MNF in CTX group increased significantly(P < 0.01);compared with CTX group,MNF in LDR + CTX group had a tendency of decline,which had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.CTX can damage the hepatic tissue through oxidative stress;75 mGy γ-irradiation before CTX chemotherapy can induce activities of anti-oxidative enzymes,promote elimination of free radicals,so as to alleviate the damaging effects of oxidative stress to hepatic tissue caused by high-dose chemotherapy.2.A 75 mGy γ-irradiation before CTX chemotherapy has no obvious effect on ALT activity of plasma,but may have protective effect on the protein synthesis function of liver.3.High-dose CTX chemotherapy can cause DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes;75 mGy γ-irradiation before chemotherapy may have certain protective effect on DNA damage.4.CTX has potent mutagenic effect,can cause significant increase of MNF of PCE;75 mGy γ-ray pre-irradiation did not show obvious protection against genetic toxicity of high-dose CTX chemotherapy.Hongsheng Yu Li Yu Aiqin Song Zimin Liu Yeling Zhang Xinjia He 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,2:1
16Latest Report of All Permanent ECR Ion Source LAPECR2显示文摘The all permanent ECR (Electron Cyclotron Resonance) ion source LAPECR2 has been under construction in IMP for more than one year. Everything is going on well as expected. This source is expected to be mounted on the IMP 300 kV high voltage (HV) platform. And it is supposed to be able to deliver intense high charge state ion beams for the five successive experimental terminals. 20Two-Step Preparation of Hierarchical Porous Carbon Materials Derived from Tannin for Use as an Electrode Material for Supercapacitors显示文摘The development and utilization of biomass and agroforestry processing byproducts for high-value applications have been an important topic in the field of renewable materials research.Based on this,a two-step microwave hydrothermal pre-carbonization and KOH activation method was proposed to synthesize tannin-based activated carbons with a high specific surface area,hierarchical pore structure,and good electrochemical performance.The microstructure,texture properties,and physicochemical characteristics were investigated.The results show that the prepared tannin-based activated carbons presented a hierarchical pore structure(micro-and mesopores)with a specific surface area as high as 997.46 m^(3) g^(−1).The electrochemical analysis shows that the tannin-based activated carbons have good wettability and charge transfer rates.Under the three-electrode system with 6 M KOH as the electrolyte,the active material TAC_(600-4) had a maximum specific capacitance of 171 F g^(−1)at 0.5 A g^(−1).As the current density increases to 10 A g^(−1),the specific capacitance can still be maintained at 149 F g^(−1),indicating a good rate capability.Therefore,the specific surface area and pore size of tannin-based activated carbons can be effectively adjusted by the alkali/carbon ratio,making it a promising supercapacitor electrode material and providing a new method for the high-value development of tannins in the field of electrochemical energy storage.Jianping Deng Qianqian Zhang Yuling Lan Lingcong Luo Zimin Dai Zhonghang Lin Zhixin Lu Jiancheng Yuan Yiqi Fu Lu Luo Weigang Zhao 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,6:0
