| 1 | 吞噬凋亡肿瘤细胞的树突细胞疫苗抗肿瘤效果观察(英文)显示文摘目的 :研究吞噬凋亡肿瘤细胞的树突细胞疫苗的抗肿瘤效果 ,以确定一种有效的树突细胞疫苗。方法 :由黑色素瘤细胞 (BLb - 10 )生成凋亡细胞 ,树突细胞 (DC)与凋亡肿瘤细胞培育后 ,收集和提纯吞噬凋亡肿瘤细胞的树突细胞 ,再对其表型变化及抗肿瘤效果进行检测 ,并与加肿瘤细胞肽 (mTRP2 )的树突细胞的结果比较。结果 :吞噬凋亡肿瘤细胞后 ,DC更加成熟。表现出促炎症细胞因子 (IL - 1,IL - 6 ,TNF -α,IFN -γ和GM -CSF) ,趋化因子 (MIP - 1,MIP - 1和MIP - 2 ) ,细胞表面分子 (MHC -II,CD11bCD40和CD86 )以及某些趋化因子受体 (CCR7)表达增加而某些趋化因子受体 (CCR2和CCR5 )表达减少。吞噬了凋亡黑色素瘤细胞的树突细胞疫苗能 (i)更强地刺激体外T细胞增生 ,(ii)诱导体内Th1型免疫反应而导致更有效的肿瘤特导细胞毒CD8+细胞介导的免疫 ,和 (iii)防止了免疫鼠肺肿瘤转移 ,而加肿瘤细胞肽的树突细胞疫苗只能减少免疫鼠的肺肿瘤转移。结论 | 陈庄 Li Zongheng Jim Xiang | 2001 | 泸州医学院学报2001,24,5: | 15 |

| 4 | Current trends in tai chi for stroke rehabilitation显示文摘Background:There are an increasing number of studies focusing on the effect of tai chi for different diseases.As a special form of physical activity,tai chi may be beneficial for the rehabilitation of stroke,a leading cause of disability worldwide.Objective:This review summarizes the existing literature on the potential benefits of tai chi for stroke rehabilitation and offers recommendations for future research.Methods:Studies on the biomechanics and physiology of tai chi for stroke rehabilitation are reviewed.Research on tai chi for stroke rehabilitation and related diseases are summarized.Finally,the shortcomings of existing studies and recommendations for future studies are discussed.Conclusions:Tai chi appears to be beneficial for stroke rehabilitation.But reporting quality of existing studies are sub-optimal.Future trials should define tai chi style,apply rigorous methodology to sample size calculation,randomization,recruiting criteria,and outcome measures.To avoid inadequacies during the research and reporting processes,investigators may wish to follow CONSORT guidelines and refer to well-conducted clinical studies on tai chi. | Yong Zhang Yanzhe Ning Hongwei Liu Li Zhou Yihuai Zou Zongheng Li | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticle-decorated nanonetwork-structured carbon toward high-performance lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been regarded as promising next-generation energy-storage devices owing to their inherently high theoretical energy density.Unfortunately,the poor capacity and cycling life caused by severe polysulfide shuttle effect and sluggish redox kinetics in sulfur cathodes greatly impede the practical application of Li-S batteries.Herein,a new class of nanonetworkstructured carbon decorated with oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticles(NSC-CeO_(2−x)),in which carbon skeleton is composed of highly conductive carbon nanotube core welded by hybrid carbon shell,has been developed via one-step heating treatment of hybrid molecular brush and further employed as functional interlayer to modify separator of Li-S battery.Owing to the synergistic effect of the highly active CeO_(2−x)nanoparticles and the threedimensional carbon nanonetwork in enhancing the preservation of the soluble polysulfides and boosting the redox kinetics of sulfur species,the NSC-CeO_(2−x)significantly promotes the electrochemical performance of sulfur cathode.As a result,the as-constructed Li-S batteries exhibit an ultrahigh initial sulfur utilization of 92.9%and an extremely large capacity of 751mA h g^(−1) at a high rate of 5 C.Remarkably,a stable capacity of 728 mA h g^(−1)over 300 cycles at 1 C is also achieved. | Chuanfa Li Pengwei Ma Shenghao Lin Zongheng Cen Junlong Huang Yin Cui Shimei Li Shaohong Liu Ruowen Fu Dingcai Wu | 2023 | SusMat2023,3,1: | 0 |
| 6 | The effect of baduanjin exercise in rehabilitation for functional ankle instability:A study protocol for a randomized controlled pilot trial显示文摘Introduction:Patients with functional ankle instability(FAI)have problems with joint control,balance,gait,and postural symmetry.Baduanjin is a type of traditional Chinese exercise that has been shown to be effective in treating many diseases and symptoms.However,to date,the effect of Baduanjin in patients with FAI has not been proved.This pilot trial is an assessor-blinded randomized controlled trial,and its objective is to study the efficacy and safety of Baduanjin on the rehabilitation of patients with FAI.Methods:Seventy-two participants,who are eligible according to specified inclusion and exclusion criteria,will be randomized(in a 1:1 ratio),using a random number table,into two groups:a Baduanjin group and a conventional treatment group.The Baduanjin group will be subjected to the Baduanjin exercise in addition to the conventional treatment therapy.Participants’exercise programs will be implemented for 4 weeks(5 days a week).All participants will be assessed at baseline,and after two and 4 weeks of treatment.The surface electromyography results of the bilateral erector spinae,tibialis anterior,and peroneus longus will be the primary outcomes,while the balance function under different conditions and the level of FAI in daily life measured using the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool will be the secondary outcomes.Ethics and Dissemination:The trial has been approved by the Research Ethical Committee of Dongzhimen Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(no.DZMEC-KY-2019-18),and it will follow the principles of the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials statements as well as the Declaration of Helsinki.The findings of this study will be submitted for publication in peer-reviewed journals.The results will also be disseminated to the participants via phone calls or e-mail. | Li ZHOU Juanjuan AI Qingwen GENG Kuangshi LI Yiting SUN Ruyu YAN Diyang LYU Zongheng LI | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Nursing2021,3,2: | 0 |
