1Sequential fate-switches in stem-like cells drive the tumorigenic trajectory from human neural stem cells to malignant glioma显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is an incurable and highly heterogeneous brain tumor,originating from human neural stem/progenitor cells(hNSCs/hNPCs)years ahead of diagnosis.Despite extensive efforts to characterize hNSCs and end-stage GBM at bulk and single-cell levels,the de novo gliomagenic path from hNSCs is largely unknown due to technical difficulties in early-stage sampling and preclinical modeling.Here,we established two highly penetrant hNSC-derived malignant glioma models,which resemble the histopathology and transcriptional heterogeneity of human GBM.Integrating time-series analyses of whole-exome sequencing,bulk and single-cell RNA-seq,we reconstructed gliomagenic trajectories,and identified a persistent NSC-like population at all stages of tumorigenesis.Through trajectory analyses and lineage tracing,we showed that tumor progression is primarily driven by multi-step transcriptional reprogramming and fate-switches in the NSC-like cells,which sequentially generate malignant heterogeneity and induce tumor phenotype transitions.We further uncovered stage-specific oncogenic cascades,and among the candidate genes we functionally validated C1QL1 as a new glioma-promoting factor.Importantly,the neurogenic-to-gliogenic switch in NSC-like cells marks an early stage characterized by a burst of oncogenic alterations,during which transient AP-1 inhibition is sufficient to inhibit gliomagenesis.Together,our results reveal previously undercharacterized molecular dynamics and fate choices driving de novo gliomagenesis from hNSCs,and provide a blueprint for potential early-stage treatment/diagnosis for GBM.Xiaofei Wang Ran Zhou Yanzhen Xiong Lingling Zhou Xiang Yan Manli Wang Fan Li Chuanxing Xie Yiming Zhang Zongyao Huang Chaoqiong Ding Kaidou Shi Weida Li Yu Liu Zhongwei Cao Zhen-Ning Zhang Shengtao Zhou Chong Chen Yan Zhang Lu Chen Yuan Wang 2021Cell Research2021,31,6:8
2Effects of forward-flight speed on plume flow and infrared radiation of IRS-integrating helicopter显示文摘To address deeper understandings about the aero-thermal performance of an integrating infrared suppressor under more realistic situations,a numerical investigation is motivated in the current study,concerning the effects of forward-flight speed on exhaust plume flow and infrared radiation of the Infrared Suppressor-integrating(IRS-integrating)helicopter,wherein the forward-flight speed is changed from 0 m/s(hover state)to 100 m/s,while both the engine exhaust parameters and the main-rotor operation parameters remains unchanged during different forward-flight velocities.The results show that the interaction between forward-flight flow and downwash flow alters the exhaust plume development and the internal flow inside the IRS-integrating rear fuselage more complicatedly,tightly dependent on the forward-flight speed.Of particular concern is the situation where the forward-flight flow has nearly the same level as the downwash flow,the hot mixing flow could possibly interacts with the helicopter rear fuselage to play a local heating effect.With the increase of forward-flight speed,the ejection coefficient is generally increased and the average exhaust temperature of mixing flow is decreased,leading to a reduction of the infrared radiation intensity of exhaust plume in 3–5 lm band.However,the influence of forward-flight speed on the overall infrared radiation intensity of IRS-integrating helicopter is conjectured not monotonous due to the complicated interaction between forward-flight flow and downwash flow.Under high-speed forward-flight states,the overall infrared radiation intensity of the IRS-integrating helicopter in 3–5 lm band is reduced with the increase of forward-flight speed.With respect to 3–5 lm band,the forward-flight speed has little effect on the infrared radiation in 8–14 lm band.Zongyao YANG Jingzhou ZHANG Yong SHAN 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:2
3All-in-One Deposition to Synergistically Manipulate Perovskite Growth for High-Performance Solar Cell显示文摘Nonradiative recombination losses originating from crystallographic distortions and issues occurring upon interface formation are detrimental for the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells.Herein,we incorporated a series of carbamide molecules(urea,biuret,or triuret)consisting of both Lewis base(-NH2)and Lewis acid(-C=O)groups into the perovskite precursor to simultaneously eliminate the bulk and interface defects.Depending on the different coordination ability with perovskite component,the incorporated molecules can either modify crystallization dynamics allowing for large crystal growth at low temperature(60℃),associate with antisite or undercoordinated ions for defect passivation,or accumulate at the surface as an energy cascade layer to enhance charge transfer,respectively.Synergistic benefits of the above functions can be obtained by rationally optimizing additive combinations in an all-in-one deposition method.As a result,a champion efficiency of 21.6%with prolonged operational stability was achieved in an inverted MAPbI3 perovskite solar cell by combining biuret and triuret additives.The simplified all-in-one fabrication procedure,adaptable to different types of perovskites in terms of pure MAPbI3,mixed perovskite,and all-inorganic perovskite,provides a cost-efficient and reproducible way to obtain high-performance inverted perovskite solar cells.Yifan Lv Hui Zhang Jinpei Wang Libao Chen Lifang Bian Zhongfu An Zongyao Qian Guoqi Ren Jie Wu Frank Nuesch Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:2

5A Preliminary Review on the Metallogeny of Pb-Zn Deposits in China显示文摘Lead and zinc resources are abundant in China, with the reserves of 100 million tons ranking only second in the world. There are more than 3000 lead-zinc mine areas nationwide. The classification of lead-zinc(Pb-Zn) deposits has been a highly controversial issue. From the standpoint of evaluating the potential of mineral resources, we construct a Pb-Zn deposit predictive type of classification scheme, and propose a Pb-Zn deposit comprehensive classification scheme(including 5 classes and 13 sub-types) that regards mineralization as the primary factor and the ore rock as secondary. According to the temporal and spatial distribution of Pb-Zn deposits, we conclude that a multi-period, multi-cycle orogenic environment is the most favorable for lead-zinc deposit growth, that the Proterozoic is the major eon for the growth of igneous-type deposits, the Paleozoic is an important development era for sedimentary Pb-Zn deposits, and the Mesozoic and Cenozoic are the heyday eras of magmatic type lead-zinc deposits. 13Geological Setting of the Porphyry Copper Deposit Series of China显示文摘In accordance with the terms global minerogenic series, regional metallogenic series and ore depositsystem which are put forward here, metallogenic environments at different levels are discussed for theporphyry copper deposit series in China. It is considered that the porphyry copper deposits in China arecontrolled not only by the boundaries of convergent plates but, more importantly, by the boundaries ofintraplate divergent mobile belts and those between continental blocks. Besides, the emplacement ofhypabyssal and supper-hypabyssal calc-alkaline magmas and the temporal-spatial distribution of China’sporphyry copper deposits are governed by the superimposition of fracture systems of the pre-Alpine base-ments. 15Feature extraction of gear-localized defect using adaptive lifting scheme and local gradient maps显示文摘In this paper,the adaptive lifting scheme (ALS) and local gradient maps (LGM) are proposed to isolate the transient feature components from the gearbox vibration signals. Based on entropy minimization rule,the ALS is employed to change properties of an initial wavelet and design adaptive wavelet. Then LGM is applied to characterize the transient feature components in detail signal of decomposition results using ALS. In the present studies, the orthogonal Daubechies 4 (Db 4) wavelet is used as the initial wavelet. The proposed method is applied to both simulated signals and vibration signals acquired from a gearbox for periodic impulses detection. The two conventional methods (cepstrum analysis and Hilbert envelope analysis) and the orthogonal Db4 wavelet are also used to analyze the same signals for comparison.
