1人工盐胁迫法鉴定谷子及狗尾草物种耐盐基因型显示文摘研究分析了发芽生理法和盐床法在鉴定谷子和狗尾草属其它物种耐盐性基因中的应用。结果表明 :发芽生理法可对谷子的耐盐性基因型进行有效筛选鉴定 ,适宜NaCl浓度为1 0 0 %~ 1 5 0 % ;但狗尾草属的青狗尾草、法式狗尾草和金色狗尾草等野生种 ,由于受种子休眠性的影响 ,发芽生理法受到一定限制 ,0 2 5 %盐床法较为适用 ;并鉴定出了数个耐盐基因型 ,为谷子耐盐生理和基因研究提供了基础。智慧 刁现民 吕芃 李伟 Zoya Akolavo 2004河北农业情报2004,8,4:14
2Interleukin-6 compared to the other Th17/Treg related cytokines in inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND The connection between inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and colorectal cancer(CRC)is well-established,as persistent intestinal inflammation plays a substantial role in both disorders.Cytokines may further influence the inflammation and the carcinogenesis process.AIM To compare cytokine patterns of active IBD patients with early and advanced CRC.METHODS Choosing a panel of cytokines crucial for Th17/Treg differentiation and behavior,in colon specimens,as mRNA biomarkers,and their serum protein levels.RESULTS We found a significant difference between higher gene expression of FoxP3,TGFb1,IL-10,and IL-23,and approximately equal level of IL-6 in CRC patients in comparison with IBD patients.After stratification of CRC patients,we found a significant difference in FoxP3,IL-10,IL-23,and IL-17A mRNA in early cases compared to IBD,and IL-23 alone in advanced CRC.The protein levels of the cytokines were significantly higher in CRC patients compared to IBD patients.CONCLUSION Our findings showed that IL-6 upregulation is essential for both IBD and CRC development until the upregulation of other Th17/Treg related genes(TGFb1,IL-10,IL-23,and transcription factor FoxP3)is a crucial primarily for CRC development.The significantly upregulated IL-6 could be a potential drug target for IBD and prevention of CRC development as well.Tsvetelina Veselinova Velikova Lyuba Miteva Noyko Stanilov Zoya Spassova Spaska Angelova Stanilova 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,16:10
3入侵害虫南美斑潜蝇在西藏首次发现及其寄生蜂调查显示文摘【目的】南美斑潜蝇Liriomyza huidobrensis为我国重要的入侵害虫,我们于2017年7月首次发现其已扩散至西藏。本研究旨在了解西藏地区南美斑潜蝇的发生现状及其寄生蜂种类。【方法】2017和2018年6月上旬-9月中旬对西藏拉萨、林芝、山南和日喀则4个地区的南美斑潜蝇的发生危害及其寄生蜂组成进行了调查采样。【结果】调查的西藏这4个地区均发现南美斑潜蝇分布和危害;温室发生时间为6月上旬-9月中旬,而露地的发生高峰在7月下旬-8月上旬。其寄主植物有9科21种,主要有豆科(Fabaceae)、茄科(Solanaceae)和伞形科(Umbelliferae)等,主要嗜好经济作物有豇豆Vigna unguiculata,扁豆Lablab purpureus,莴笋Lactuca sativa var.angustana和白菜Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis。其寄生蜂包括姬小蜂科(Eulophidae)、茧蜂科(Braconidae)和瘿蜂科(Cynipidae)共计3科9属16种,分别为双斑潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus bimaculatus,豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea,小斑潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus minoeus,万氏潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus wani,Diglyphus sp.,纵纹瑟姬小蜂Cirrospilus vittatus,Hemiptarsenus sp.,芙新姬小蜂Neochrysocharis formosa,底比斯姬小蜂Chrysocharis pentheus,普金姬小蜂Chrysocharis pubicornis,Chrysocharis sp.,潜蝇柄腹姬小蜂Pediobius metallicus,Pnigalio sp.,西伯利亚离颚茧蜂Dacnusa sibirica,Dacnusa sp.和Gronotoma sp.;其中优势种为西伯利亚离颚茧蜂、双斑潜蝇姬小蜂和豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂,其个体数量占比分别为总采集个体数的48.7%, 22.1%和12.9%。【结论】西藏南美斑潜蝇的寄生蜂种类丰富,发挥着重要的自然控制作用。建议进一步加强优势寄生蜂生物学、控害潜力评价以及利用研究,为南美斑潜蝇的绿色防控提供指导。潘立婷 许永强 杜素洁 王伟 Zoya YEFREMOVA 达娃 刘万学 2019昆虫学报2019,62,9:8

5Hypoxia,HIF-1α,and COVID-19:from pathogenic factors to potential therapeutic targets显示文摘The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and its pathogen,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)have become the greatest current threat to global public health.The highly infectious SARS-CoV-2 virus primarily attacks pulmonary tissues and impairs gas exchange leading to acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and systemic hypoxia.The current pharmacotherapies for COVID-19 largely rely on supportive and anti-thrombi treatment and the repurposing of antimalarial and antiviral drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir.For a better mechanistic understanding of COVID-19,our present review focuses on its primary pathophysiologic features:hypoxia and cytokine storm,which are a prelude to multiple organ failure and lethality.We discussed a possible link between the activation of hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)and cell entry of SARS-CoV-2,since HIF-1αis shown to suppress the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)receptor and transmembrane protease serine 2(TMPRSS2)and upregulate disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 17(ADAM17).In addition,the protein targets of HIF-1αare involved with the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokine expression and the subsequent inflammatory process.Furthermore,we hypothesized a potential utility of so-called“hypoxic conditioning”to activate HIF-1α-induced cytoprotective signaling for reduction of illness severity and improvement of vital organ function in patients with COVID-19.Taken together,we would propose further investigations into the hypoxia-related molecular mechanisms,from which novel targeted therapies can be developed for the improved management of COVID-19.Zoya O.Serebrovska Elisa Y.Chong Tetiana V.Serebrovska Lesia V.Tumanovska Lei Xi 2020Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2020,41,12:5
6Synthesis, X-ray structure and luminescent properties of Sm^(3+) ternary complex with novel heterocyclic β-diketone and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen)显示文摘A new neutral ternary samarium complex Sm(Phen)HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is (1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-propanedione) was synthesized. Molecular structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. Under UV-light this complex is demonstrated bright red luminescence (λmax=647 nm), which was corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition in Sm3+ ion. 7Oral microbiota and host innate immune response in bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw显示文摘Bacterial biofilms have emerged as potential critical triggers in the pathogenesis of bisphosphonate(BP)-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(ONJ) or BRONJ. BRONJ lesions have shown to be heavily colonized by oral bacteria, most of these difficult to cultivate and presents many clinical challenges. The purpose of this study was to characterize the bacterial diversity in BRONJ lesions and to determine host immune response. We examined tissue specimens from three cohorts(n530); patients with periodontal disease without a history of BP therapy(Control, n510), patients with periodontal disease having history of BP therapy but without ONJ(BP, n55) and patients with BRONJ(BRONJ, n515). Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-amplified 16 S r RNA gene fragments revealed less bacterial diversity in BRONJ than BP and Control cohorts. Sequence analysis detected six phyla with predominant affiliation to Firmicutes in BRONJ(71.6%), BP(70.3%) and Control(59.1%). Significant differences(P,0.05) in genera were observed, between Control/BP, Control/BRONJ and BP/BRONJ cohorts. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)results indicated that the levels of myeloperoxidase were significantly lower, whereas interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels were moderately elevated in BRONJ patients as compared to Controls. PCR array showed significant changes in BRONJ patients with downregulation of host genes, such as nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain containing protein 2, and cathepsin G, the key modulators for antibacterial response and upregulation of secretory leukocyte protease inhibitor, proteinase 3 and conserved helix–loop–helix ubiquitous kinase. 8New insights into the phylogeny and biogeography of subfamily Orontioideae (Araceae)显示文摘Proto-Araceae,the earliest diverged lineage within the family Araceae,includes two subfamilies,Gymnostachydoideae(one species)and Orontioideae(eight species).Based on an extensive sampling(a total of 198 accessions)of six chloroplast non-coding regions(5799 aligned sites),we assessed phylogenetic relationships among the genera and species within subfamily Orontioideae and estimated the timing of intercontinental disjunct events in the Northern Hemisphere.Overall phylogenetic relationships among the genera were consistent with results from previous studies,but several new important findings were discovered,primarily within Symplocarpus Salisb.ex W.P.C.Barton.First,two major lineages within Symplocarpus were identified:one lineage included S.foetidus(L.)Salisb.ex W.Barton,S.nabekuraensis Otsuka&K.Inoue,and S.renifolius Schott ex Tzvelev(Japan),whereas the other included S.nipponicus Makino,S.egorovi N.S.Pavlova&V.A.Nechaev,and S.renifolius(Korea).Symplocarpus renifolius in Japan was tetraploid and closely related to the tetraploid S.foetidus in eastern North America.Populations of S.renifolius in Korea were confirmed to be diploid(2n=30)and shared the most recent common ancestor with the other diploid species,S.nipponicus.Second,two recently described species,S.nabekuraensis and S.egorovi,were deeply embedded within S.renifolius in Japan and Korea,respectively,and their distinct taxonomic status requires further assessment.Finally,two intercontinental disjunction events in the subfamily,one in Lysichiton Schott between eastern Asia and western North America and the other in Symplocarpus between eastern Asia and eastern North America,were estimated to be between 4.5 and 1.4 million years ago(Pliocene and Pleistocene)and between 1.9 and 0.5 million years ago(Pleistocene),respectively.Joon Seon Lee Seon Hee Kim Sangryong Lee Masayuki Maki Koichi Otsuka Andrey E.Kozhevnikov Zoya V.Kozhevnikova Jun Wen Seung-Chul Kim 2019Journal of Systematics and Evolution2019,57,6:4
9The intragastrointestinal fate of paclitaxel-loaded micelles:Implications on oral drug delivery显示文摘The goal of the present study is to elucidate the intragastrointestinal fate of micellar delivery systems by monitoring fluorescently labeled different micelles and the model drug paclitaxel(PTX).Both in vitro and ex vivo leakage studies showed fast PTX release in fluids while micelles remained intact,except in fedstate simulated intestinal fluid and fasted-state pig intestinal fluid,thus referring to the intact absorption of micelles and PTX leakage in the gastrointestinal tract with D-a-tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS)micelles showing higher stability than other micelles.All groups of micelles were absorbed intact in Caco-2 and Caco-2/HT29-MTX cell models and the absorption of TPGS micelles was found to be higher than other micelles.The transport of the micelles across Caco-2/Raji(1.6%-3.5%),Caco-2(0.8%-1%),and Caco-2/HT29-MTX(0.58%-1%)cell monolayers further verified the absorption of micelles and their subsequent transport;however,more TPGS micelles transported across cell monolayers than other groups.Moreover,the histological examination also confirmed that micelles ente red the enterocytes and were transported to basolateral tissues and TPGS showed the stronger ability of penetration than other groups.Thus,these results are succinctly presenting the absorption of intact micelles in GIT confirmed by imaging evidence with prior leakage of the drug,upta ke by enterocytes and the transport of micelles that survive the digestion by enterocytes and mainly by microfold cells in material nature dependent way with TPGS showing better results than other groups.In conclusion,these results identify the mechanism by which the gastrointestinal tract processes micelles and point to the likely use of this approach in the design of micelles-based therapies.Iqbal Zoya Haisheng He Luting Wang Jianping Qi Yi Lu Wei Wu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:3

11Investigation of upper crust anisotropy in Ghaen-Birjand region, east-central Iran显示文摘A number of aftershocks of the May 10th 1997, Zirkuh (Ghaen-Birjand) destructive earthquake have been used to investigate the anisotropy in the upper crust by observing shear wave splitting. Particle motion diagram and aspect ratio methods were used as two different approaches to obtain splitting parameters. Clear shear wave splitting was observed on the records of the selected aftershocks, indicating that the media in the region was highly anisotropic. By using particle motion method, the direction of fast shear wave was found 22N19E, while the delay time between the fast and slow shear waves was obtained to be (6516) ms. By aspect ratio method, the direction of fast shear wave was determined to be 35N18E and the delay time between fast and slow shear waves was found to be (4910) ms. For a simple horizontal layer with a thickness about 5 km and uniformly distributed anisotropy, a stress aligned cracks model was used and the result was interpreted in terms of vertical aligned cracks in the direc-tion of N22E, having a density about 0.01. It is assumed that cracks are fluid-filled since they are located in the upper crust. Finally, by using Hudson cracks model for three crack densities 0.005, 0.01, 0.03, the velocity curves of shear wave were plotted as a function of angle between the symmetrical axis of cracks and the azimuth of source to receiver. It was concluded that when shear wave was polarized parallel to the crack surface, the velocity was uniform, but the velocity curve varied clearly if shear wave was polarized perpendicular to the crack surface.Mohammad-Reza Gheitanchi Zoya Zarifii 2004地震学报2004,26,5:1
