| 1 | Response regimes of nonlinear energy harvesters with a resistorinductor resonant circuit by complexification-averaging method显示文摘In this paper, the steady-state response regimes of nonlinear energy harvesters with a resistor-inductor resonant circuit are theoretically investigated. The complexification averaging(CA) method is used to theoretically analyze the energy harvesting performance and reduce the motion equations into a set of first-order differential equations. The amplitudes and phases of both the response displacement and the output voltage are derived, and the corresponding stability conditions are determined. The response regimes are studied with the variation of nonlinear stiffness coefficients and coupling parameters, which are verified by the time domain analysis. The frequency island phenomenon is found and analyzed. Additionally, the backbone curve for deducing the extreme vibration frequency and amplitude is derived. Simultaneously, the analytical expressions of the switching points(critical amplitude and frequency) to identify the hardening and softening properties are established. Accordingly, a criterion is given to determine the occurrence of the jump phenomenon, and its effectiveness is verified. Overall, this paper presents an in-depth theoretical analysis of nonlinear energy harvesters with a resistor-inductor resonant circuit. | 5 | Mechanics of flexible and stretchable piezoelectrics for energy harvesting显示文摘As rapid development in wearable/implantable electronic devices benefit human life in daily health monitoring and disease treatment medically, all kinds of flexible and/or stretchable electronic devices are booming, together with which is the demanding of energy supply with similar mechanical property. Due to its ability in converting mechanical energy lying in human body into electric energy, energy harvesters based on piezoelectric materials are promising for applications in wearable/implantable device's energy supply in a renewable, clean and life-long way. Here the mechanics of traditional piezoelectrics in energy harvesting is reviewed, including why piezoelectricity is the choice for minor energy harvesting to power the implantable/wearable electronics and how. Different kinds of up to date flexible piezoelectric devices for energy harvesting are introduced, such as nanogenerators based on Zn O and thin and conformal energy harvester based on PZT. A detailed theoretical model of the flexible thin film energy harvester based on PZT nanoribbons is summarized, together with the in vivo demonstration of energy harvesting by integrating it with swine heart. | 7 | A cubic triboelectric generator as a self-powered orientation sensor显示文摘Recently, triboelectric generator(TEG) has attracted a lot of attention due to its high output voltage and low-cost fabrication process. Here, a novel cubic TEG box is designed, which has separated electrodes on different surfaces. Thanks to the specially designed structure, it can scavenge vibration energy from all directions. Firstly the device is investigated through finite element method(FEM) simulation. Then the device is evaluated by experiments. The measuremental results show that this device can generate an amount of 25 n C charge during once shake by charging a 10 n F capacitor. Besides, an output voltage about 100 V is obtained, which is able to directly light up several light-emitting diodes(LEDs) simultaneously. At last, the device is utilized as a self-powered orientation sensor, which shows explicit directivity. | 12 | 三稳态压电-电磁复合能量采集器性能研究显示文摘为了提高双稳态压电电磁复合能量采集器(BPEEH)的能量转换性能和转换效率,该文在典型BPEEH的基础上,提出了一种新颖的三稳态压电电磁复合能量采集器(TPEEH)。与传统的BPEEH相比,其兼有一个新颖的电磁发电装置,进一步构成三稳态系统。该文通过对TPEEH结构装置建立数学模型,进行了数值分析,并得到该采集器系统的势能变化函数。在此基础上,通过实验验证了外界激励频率、磁铁间距及电路负载电阻对该采集器输出电压和功率的影响。实验结果表明,当磁距为16 mm,外部磁间距为26 mm,外部激励频率为10.2 Hz时,TPEEH采集器有最大的输出电压(为6.3489 V),同时在外部负载电阻为500Ω时,采集器获得最大输出功率(为0.08 W)。与传统的BPEEH采集器相比,TPEEH采集器的采集谐振频率低,采集频带宽,输出电压和功率高,从而提高了能量转换性能和效率。 | 彭召洋 宋芳 熊玉仲 | 2023 | 压电与声光2023,45,6: | 0 |
| 13 | 悬臂梁压电俘能器结构设计与电学性能有限元分析显示文摘为探明压电俘能器结构参数和不同压电材料对其电学输出性能的影响,基于压电效应,运用有限元仿真分析方法,采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件中的结构力学模块和AC/DC模块,建立悬臂梁压电俘能器初始结构模型,并对使用不同压电材料的俘能器进行电学输出性能分析。研究结果表明:根据汽车在路面行驶的速度,得出路面振动频率为6.67~13.33 Hz,不超过20 Hz。路面振动频率为0~18 Hz时使用PZT-5H的俘能器电学输出性能较高,路面振动频率为19~20 Hz时使用PZT-5A的俘能器电学输出性能较好,根据路面实际振动频率范围建议选用PZT-5H;根据电学性能输出效果,对初始俘能器进行结构优化,得到优化后的结构参数[支撑结构尺寸(长×宽×高)为(1×20×1)mm^(3)、压电材料尺寸为(30×20×0.06)mm^(3)、金属基板尺寸为(30×20×0.1)mm^(3)、质量块尺寸为(4×20×1)mm^(3)];振动频率为10 Hz、振动加速度为1g条件下,计算得到悬臂梁压电俘能器的最佳外接负载为35 kΩ,对应的输出电压为0.30 V、输出功率为1.24×10^(-6)W,相对于优化前的俘能器输出电压(0.19 V)和输出功率(0.22×10^(-6)W)分别提升了58%和463%;对悬臂梁压电俘能器进行特征频率分析,计算得到其1阶特征频率为76.9 Hz;而悬臂梁压电俘能器在频率为0~20 Hz工作时,输出电压和输出功率均随着路面振动频率增加而增加;此时路面振动频率远离1阶特征频率,不会对使用寿命产生影响,证明所设计的俘能器模型在路面振动频率范围内使用是合理的。 | 李辉 许龙舟 毛鹏 谢正阳 赵信博 王振军 | 2023 | 长安大学学报(自然科学版)2023,43,6: | 0 |
